Room was basic window looked on to brick wall massive bed very comfy no milk left for a coffee reception staff were lovely check in was good went down to restaurant nice touch they give everyone free drink I had chicken burger for dinner was lovely not many chips my husband had pork nachos not a lot of topping just on top which meant once he eat top half he had bowl of dry nachos no cheese on it
Went to concert after that came back staff were rude I know they are busy but waited 20 minutes to try get drink ended up we left

Fui para el Maratón de Valencia, hicieron muchos arreglos para los participantes. Nos dieron desayuno a una hora más temprana y está justo en la avenida de los corrales de salida. Muuuuy recomendado. Le quite una estrella en limpieza simplemente porque el teléfono de la habitación tenía polvo pero el resto del cuarto estuvo muy bien.

We didn't stay for breakfast. I was pleased by how they quickly handled my problem with, I believe, was a drunk person who thought my room was his, in the early hours, who was very persistent, trying the door and not taking no for an answer.I would have liked for them to just recap with me when I checked out to see how I'd slept after. Which to be honest wasn't great. The hotel we've used on numerous occasions, over several years . The staff are great, the facilities excellent. So I won't let that one incident colour my judgement of the hotel. In fact it was good to see how quickly they sorted it once I'd rung them .

This is a 3-star hotel. The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately, our shower did not work for 24 hours, and there was also a leak from the bathroom. The area on the left side of the street didn’t feel very safe or clean. Staff were not very friendly—when I asked about compensation for not having a shower for 24 hours, the response was dismissive (‘so what do you want me to do?’). Overall, the front desk and staff came across a bit rough around the edges. We ended up checking out a day early and returning to Barcelona. Breakfast was fine.

we loved this hotel. the staff was so nice and helpful. the room was pretty basic but very clean and very comfortable. we slept great on the bed. i saw some other reviews where people said the breakfast wasnt worth it. i completely disagree ! the breakfast was INCREDIBLE. lots of choices and all quality food. the coffee was amazing. my wife and i were actually saying we couldnt wait to come back and stay here. and we will definitely suggest it to friends.

The place was nice, accommodating, nice staff, they were very patient with other people making it difficult. Breakfast bar was great. Just unfortunate the street noise seeped through.

Seems like there is no sound damping what so ever, even being on the side opposite the main streets i was hearing everything throughout the night. Especially motor bikes, from 1-3am. I expected some noise, but i also expected since they are located near a busier area they would have some sound mitigation.

No nice hotel. Very clean and staff very friendly. Location is ok if you like to walk as it's 30mins from centre. Longer walk to the beach. You can take a bus which stops outside hotel. Only issue was the cooked breakfast which was cold. Other than that it's a good hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay in this Hotel. All staff were fantastic from receptionists to Bar and catering staff, Cleaning staff. Excellent menu and Buffet Breakfast. Hotel is well located near bus and metro routes. Loads to do in Valencia. Eventhough it was December the weather was lovely up to 23 degrees. Taxi booked by Hotel is 20 eur to Airport.

Unimpressed & disappointed. Meant to have a queen size bed, but the bed was more like a single. Was given a voucher for a welcome drink but not able to use it. First night I thought I would try the restaurant was there early (for Spain), probably around 6:30 to 7:00, a waitress told me to “sit anywhere” as the restaurant was only 20% full. Ten minutes later while waiting to be served was told I couldn’t sit where I was and I must move. I was asked to sit in the back of the empty restaurant. So, I ended up having a really nice meal at a local restaurant. The next night I had plans but after dinner thought I would give them a second chance and have a (after dinner) drink at the bar. Ordered a beer and was told I could not use my welcome drink voucher as it had to be used earlier in the night only, not a welcoming gesture at all. Very small room. Hotel is a long way from old town area - a good 30-40 minute walk walk.

Very nice hotel but it is a long way from anywhere. A good 30 minute walk to the city and at least an hour walk to the beach.

The staff tried to accommodate my needs, such as a plug adapter or use of their freezer for medicine storage, but actual room was located on a separate building next door, and our room was actually a basement with windows with minimal lighting, windows were so high up, we could not see anything outside. I wish this had been disclosed in advance.

Negative experience but good room

The room was overall good, the food was good (not great), the restaurant service was bad. The hotel rate was great and the food prices were good. The front desk service was good. Minor hiccups with the cleaning (we needed clean glassware). The issue with the restaurant service was that we kept being brushed aside for other customers that should have been behind us in line. This happened several times, we thought too often to be a coincidence or a misunderstanding, and one customer receiving the preferential treatment called it out when the waitress attending my mother abandoned her to assist him. Parking was really challenging on the first day, which was a holiday. I found a parking space eventually and went back to the same spot the next day, there were more parking spaces available then. There was an overwhelming scent from cleaning supplies when we arrived but it faded. The elevator was a bit jumpy. The beds were very comfortable and clean. That is always the most important factor for me. The view out the window was not pretty. The decor of the room is really nice. The fridge didn't work, and a nightstand light bulb was flickering but to be fair I just turned off the light and didn't notify the lobby. I can imagine this would be a good hotel for a young family with kids, if you are lucky enough to belong to the group that they will attend to first. If not just use the room and avoid the restaurant.

The hotel is located at 15 minutes walk from the Ciudad de Artes y Ciencias, and at 40 minutes walk from the city center, so it is very convenient. It is a pretty new building so the rooms are ample and very comfortable. Bathroom is big enough and very modern with great shower and water pressure. Our room had a nice closet with safe.
No carpet floors, that is a plus. Plenty of buses around to move within the City. The buildings (there are two, the main hotel and other building across the street with the same kind of rooms) have limited garage spaces underground for small cars, or medium size cars if you know what you are doing. Very good and pleasant stay.

It has been a very neat and cosy hotel. Good conditioned, clean, and quiet overall. Overall it an excellent boutique hotel with little that can be picked on - it might be slightly far away from the city centre (about 30 min walk). But if location is not the top priority, this hotel should be in the top of the list.

The hotel itself and staff are excellent, but the area is not as nice as we would have hoped for. The walk from town was approx 30 mins which was very nice in the daytime. But myself and my husband felt a little unsafe around the back streets at times. They seem to be doing the area up but some of the areas were very run down and can make you feel nervous late at night. There is a bus there and back to town but as a couple we love to walk everywhere.
But the hotel as we said is lovely and we would recommend the restaurant for very good value and beautiful food. Over the main road using the bridge is a lovey cafe for breakfast as well and a great supermarket
