Convenient location, apartment style suites and extremely personable and helpful staff makes ValenciaFlats an anmazing option for families looking to explore and enjoy everything Valencia has to offer. Javier, the overnight concierge, was amazing and we're so thankful for his friendliness and recommendations. He pointed us to the best paella ever which was a highlight for our family trip. The other staff was great too in helping us in our quest for authentic paella and how best to get around.

Alvaro at reception imediately made us feel welcome He shared alot of info and even gave us a bus pass someone had left to give us a few free bus rides. The room was big, well equipped and the attached restaurant had great food, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Easy walking to the Arts and Science Museums. You can't go wrong

this place is great. its right near the arts and science center. the bed was very comfortable, the tub was nice. the kitchen had everything we needed like pots n pans, dishes, cooking utensils etc. the staff was very helpful. there is laundy on site 24/7. to the people who were saying the rooms needed an update - ok, the rooms were not brand new but they were clean with every single thing we needed. my wife and i would stay here again for sure.

Spacious and Convenient Stay Near the City of Arts

The apartment was very spacious, including the living room, dining area, and both bedrooms. Even the bathroom was quite large, though it was the only one in the flat. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent, and overall, for the price and the location, it was a great value.

The flat is just a short walk from bus stops, the City of Arts and Sciences, and several bars and restaurants. Despite being a one-bathroom apartment, the comfort and size of the space made it an excellent choice for our group.

My family and I really enjoyed the hybrid hotel/apartment model of Valencia Flats. The location was fantastic for our visit to Oceanographic, and it’s a short walk to Gulliver park which blew my kids’ minds. It’s easy to hop on the bus and take it into the old city. The people at reception were very helpful and took the time to draw us out a map of the area. There is an awesome bakery behind the building for a quick breakfast if you don’t want to use the Elbar cafe that’s attached to VF. There are also plenty of super markets and pharmacies nearby. Overall, it was a great stay.

Apartment near Science Museum

We spent 2 nights in this apartment to visit Valencia. There is a garage that you may use if you arrive early enough as there are not many places. The apartment looks modern and in good condition. We booked a 2 bedroom which faces to main street (it is a bit loud in the rooms due to heavy traffic). The kitchen has all what you need (except dishwaher). It is located very near from Science Museum and Oceanografic. There is a bus stop in front of hotel to go to city center in 15 minutes. We had lunch at the restaurant from hotel (ElBar), great \"menú del día\".

Comfortable accommodations close to the river park

Customer service was good. The facilities were all right. The kitchen equipped with bare essentials, but spacious enough to cook in. The apartment was quite a bit smaller then anticipated and the closet arrangements really didn’t allow us to unpack, which was inconvenient for our 2+ week stay. However, the location is close to the river, which is a fabulous place to walk/ride bikes. There is a mall and large supermarket two blocks away, which is convenient for long stays such as ours, as well. The restaurant is decent, and the staff helpful. There are laundry services, but only one washer and dryer for the whole building, so it’s often being used. Overall was a decent place to stay, and worked well for our extended stay there.

Last minute choice but turned out very well. Great location next to Science and Arts, Hemispheric, Oceanagraphic etc, lots of local bars around the flats and a huge supermarket / shopping centre 4/5 mins walk away. The apartments are spacious, very well equipped, comfortable and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Tip - take the local bus to the Marina, only 1.50 euros per person.

Spent a lot of time photographing the science and art centre. Excellent position. We caught buses to the old town and the beach/harbour areas. Staff were helpful with every question we had. Ate in El Bar a couple of times. The staff were great and the food tasty.

Great location but have a hard time recommending because the walls must be paper thin. We did not get much sleep because there was a baby crying all night and someone above us that was apparently moving furniture around half the night. It was very difficult to get any sleep. Everyone in our party was awake. But it is spacious.

Good, roomy flat with full kitchen and everything you need to cook for yourself and relax. Beds and pillows were extra comfortable too for european standards. Rooms were quiet too.
Only negatives: Decor was pretty basic, no frills. Neighborhood was convenient to city of arts and sciences but otherwise about a mile from other fun neighborhoods.

Our flat was amazing. We only stayed one night but if you stay in Valencia for longer, I definitely would recommend to stay here. You'll be able to cook and have a home away from home. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only downside, we booked the room with breakfast but the breakfast wasn't amazing.

We were at the flat for 4 nights. Lovely flat, roomy, excellent with my two teenage boys having a room to share. In walking distance of museums and the fantastic oceanographic. Staff great friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the ElBar which is below the hotel and linked to it was good and we also tried dinner there and that was one of the best during our stay.

The apartments are in a great location for the science and arts area. You couldn't get much closer! We had a two bedroom apartment which was spacious and clean. The kitchen was limited in cooking equipment but was ok to do a few basic meals. The staff were all very helpful and friendly but I wouldn't recommend the restaurant. We ate there on the first night but each meal came out separately, wasn't great and took ages!

The transfers to and from the hotel and airport were very efficient and good value. I would recommend using this service.

Decent location.

Didn't realize I needed to reserve a hotel parking space ahead of time. Were able to park on the street without too much trouble. Front desk staff not overly welcoming or helpful. Room was quite comfortable and furnished adequately. Location was walkable for our one night stay.

As my first experience staying in an apartment I was glad for the choice. Staff very helpful, quick walk to Arts and Science area. Clean apartment and good breakfast in the restaurant next door. Easy parking with reasonable pricing

Great location for the Science Museum/Oceangrafic

A lovely 4 night holiday in Valencia with our 2 boys (aged 4 and 2).
It was great to have an apartment with a young family and we really appreciated having the extra space and freedom that the apartment gave us. The hotel arranged for a taxi to collect us from the airport and although it was a bit late at 20 euros it was a stress free way to get to the hotel. Reception were great we were able to get into our room with no issues. The appartment was clean and well set up for the family. We travelled around Valencia on the buses that left from outside the hotel or just around the corner. We visited the beach, the old town, Rusafa, the Turia gardens, Gulliver, Oceangrafic and the science museum. It was fabulous for all members of the family and a City break with toddlers that we would definitely recommend. There is a restaurant/bar under the hotel which is really nice with good food and cheap breakfasts. We also discovered a great little bakers just behind the hotel \"la paquena pasteleria de mama\" which was fab. We also good room service from \"Miss Sushi\" which was pretty good too! Nearby is the shopping centre \"El Saler\" which is full of high streeet shops and a huge Carrefour.

Lovely apartment with friendly staff

We stayed at Ciudad de las Ciencias in February half term, we had a great time, the apartment is half way between the beach and town centre and 5 minutes walk to the science museum, so great location. You can buy local bus cards from the green kiosks and you can go anywhere for one euro!

The staff were very friendly and spoke good English, the apartments were clean and spacious. As most people have hinted at on Trip advisor, the walls are thin do if you have noisy neighbours that like to stay up late then don't put the children in the room next to them, as it will keep them up, we were awake until 2am on a couple of nights because of this.

The only one other grumble is that a highchair would have been useful but all in all a great holiday apartment. Would recommend Valencia and Valenciaflats to anyone.

Good value apartment close to city centre

We booked a week stay in Valencia for our summer holiday and decided on an apartment rather than a hotel so as to have our own kitchen etc. Valenciaflats was an excellent choice - with friendly staff, good value airport transfers and an apartment that actually looked just like it does in the picture, we were really impressed. There was frequent house-keeping although the room could have done with a deeper clean as it was quite dusty in places but otherwise clean and well stocked with pots/pans etc. In addition it was only a short bus ride away to the city centre and right next to the City of Arts and Sciences. It was also very close to a large supermarket which was handy and short walk to the bus-stop to get to the beach. Overall a great apartment, location and friendly staff - I would definitely recommend it, especially for those on a budget.

Poor value for money. Few services provided.

Apartments are located close to the Oceanarium. We rented a 2 bedroom unit that could accomodate 4 adults and 2 kids. We were quite disappointed with the place. Beds were double beds only. 2nd bathroom was really small. Toiletries were not provided. Hotel advertises washing-drying facility, but they have only 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire building of 20+ units, and that too available between 8am to 9pm. Oceanarium is overrated, so you might want to find something closer to the city and visit the historic parts of the city.

Great location near the City of Sciences. That's about the only good thing about it. There is basically no hotel type service at this location, so don't call it a hotel. Cleaning is done once in 3 days, even then, only basic. There is a very rude receptionist called German, talks and acts like you are staying in his house and you're not paying. Overall, very disappointing

Mostly a very pleasant stay. The flat was in good proximity to activities, restaurants etc. Free parking was relatively easy to find. The contents within the flat were minimal, but mostly adequate. We did have more than one night of sleep disturbed by other very LOUD guests. We realized that this could happen anywhere, but the staff on duty seemed could not seem to rectify the issue. This obviously distracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Lovely apartment near to science centre

We were really pleased with our accomodation and the facilities. The location was ideal and we used the efficient public transport to go further afield. The staff were always very helpful and welcoming. The self-catering facilities were one of the reasons we chose the apartment as my wife and daughter require gluten free food, but we were really impressed with the wide choice of g.f. food both in the supermarket and offered in the restaurants. Valencia is a lovely city.

Great hotel, 2-bed 2-bath suite was large and well-equipped, staff were all very helpful from providing change for laundry to directions to switching our unit at check in as the first one smelled of smoke. Location is good, short walk from city of arts and sciences and turia gardens, 10 minute drive from the beach. Wifi worked fine in some rooms of the unit but not at all in others. Car park was a tighter squeeze than we were used to but we managed.

Good location

We found Valenciaflats to be conveniently located to the city. The bus stop was right outside the apartments and only took 15 minutes to travel into Valencia. The hop on hop off bus number 4 stop was withing walking distance. A ten minute walk and you were at Carefour supermaket. Whilst there was a kitchen there weren't a lot of kitchen utensils etc. The first apartment we checked into had a very bad cigerate smell in it, even though it is against the law in Spain to smoke in hotel/apartment rooms, so we had to pack up and move to another apartment, which turned out to be bigger and better. The reception staff we all very helpful and friendly. If you are capable of using public transport I would certainly recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to visiti Valencia.

Rigtig fint hotel med sødt, smilende og hjælpsomt personale. Lejligheden var ren og rummelig, og indeholdt alt, hvad en familie som vores havde brug for. Der blev gjort rent jævnligt, hvilket vi satte stor pris på.
Beliggenheden er central – tæt på indkøbsmuligheder, offentlig transport og med mulighed for at leje cykler i nærheden. Der ligger også en god restaurant lige ved hovedindgangen, hvilket gjorde det nemt og bekvemt.
Alt i alt et rigtig godt sted at bo for både familier og andre, der ønsker komfort og god service.

Los colaboradores súper amables, atentos y serviciales. Excelente atención. La zona súper buena, el restaurante es excepcional, la comida y la atención excelente. Nos prestaron paraguas un día que nos llovió y juguetes para mi hijo. El supermercado y centro comercial estás unos metros caminando, así como la ciudad de las artes.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment et tout le monde fut super. Le personnel a été particulièrement accueillant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Chaque membre du staff s'est montré très gentil, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les conseils donnés pour trouver de bons endroits où manger. Grâce à leurs recommandations, nous avons pu découvrir de très bons restaurants qui ont parfaitement correspondu à nos attentes.
