The flats are situated on Avenida del Puerto, just 200 metres from the Antiguo Cauce del Río Turia gardens. They are strategically located for easy access to Valencia's beaches and city centre, and very close to the City of Arts and Sciences (Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias).

The property consists of 40 1-bedroom flats, including five lofts. These living spaces have the capacity to accommodate 1-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, making them the ideal arrangement for couples, families, or business travel.

You will appreciate the comfort of the facilities, the meticulous décor, and how the attention to detail makes you feel right at home. The flats are each equipped with one bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and personal hygiene products.

The staff went far and beyond. The rooms were superior, clean, and provided everything we needed for our stay. The location was a great central location to get to different parts of the cities. They had parking for a good price, and we were able to leave our car there without any extra fees for the day we checked out.

Everything was top-quality and clean, and the location was perfect for getting into Valencia by foot or bus. The front desk spoke some English, which was very helpful. We rented a car from Enterprise just a few blocks away for our son’s soccer tournament, and with limited street parking, having a garage to load up was a big plus. We’re heading back for our last night.

Bed was a little firm, would be nice if they had the 20 from the address on the building, and all the action is across the bridge in the old town - short walk. Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

From the reception staff to the cleaning team, the service was excellent. We also used their parking service, which was very convenient. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kids’ welcome pack was an unexpected but delightful surprise. Highly recommended! It’s about a 20–25 minute walk to the city center, but the location is fantastic with a beautiful park for walking right nearby.

Great location to walk or cycle around, as it's close to the long park through the city (Jardin del Turia). Also able to hire bikes from the hotel (extra £) but was very convenient and it's a great city to cycle around!

Staff here are superb. Laura & Aurora checked us in and Laura gave us a run down on the area and matked everything to see on a map. The tourism people couldnt have done as good a job.
Apartments are fitted out extremely well. Kitchen has everything you could require.

Great apartments, spacious and clean. Staff are amazing and very very helpful. The apartment is a little outside of the old town and away from the noise and crowds but close enough to walk. It took us about 20 mins to get to the center. Bus, cans, bikes and Segway’s all available. We’d recommend for couples and would definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay in Valencia, I highly recommended. It is less than 2 city blocks from a major runabout that has great public transportation . Quiet area but not out of the way at all. We stayed at a great flat. Nice staff, small places to eat just a few steps away and major restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Location was a 15 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to a very nice area with restaurants, and a easy 20 minute walk to Old Town. We had a fantastic stay as a family 2 adults + 2 children! The apartment was really modern, clean and well equipped. We loved having a kitchen to self cater breakfasts (also had fridge, oven, hob and microwave) as well as a sliding door between us and the children at night. Ideal location for access to the science park and aquarium, Valencia CF and the old town - all within 15 mins walk! Great wifi for all our work / personal devices. Apartment was really well equipped, clean, modern and fresh. Great arrangement for me and my teenage son and daughter for a two night stay. The most comfortable sofa bed and the the largest that I have ever slept on and two singles for the teenagers, worked really well. Great quality appliances, everything we needed for our stay and so close to the beautiful park, walking distance - for the active - to the Mall, art centre etc in one direction, city centre in another direction and supermarkets near by for the essentials. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

My husband, son & I loved staying at the Ramirez Flats. The room was extremely comfortable with many little extras to help make our stay comfortable and easy.

The location is great. Conveniently located to a beautiful large green space that is easily walkable to the beach, the Ciudad de las Artes & Ciences, the City Center, or the metro if you’d prefer.

The staff were all exceptional. Very friendly, accommodating, and helpful in providing guidance and recommendations.

We loved visiting Valencia and when we return, we will be returning to Ramirez Flats.

I had some issues with the WIFI not working in my room, which was difficult as many of my travel arrangements needed to be changed due to Covid-19 and I could not use WiFi for calling or booking. However, the service was so amazing and helpful that I will be back! The property also is quite quiet after 11 pm or so at night, so sleeping was easy for this light sleeper!

The apartments are lovely. Very well equipped, nice and modern and airy and comfortable. Perfect when travelling with a baby. Staff very friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that one of the reasons we booked this apartment not our usual hotel was because of the lovely bar which features in all the promo photos. We were obviously therefore disappointed to find out that it’s not there anymore. It was Sunday afternoon and we had no food and had planned on eating in the bar. I think you should remove the photos as it’s misleading. However overall it’s an excellent facility and was perfect for our needs.

A cracker of a hotel!

Superb hotel, staff very friendly and our week stay was all catered for. The room / apartment was large, clean and fully stocked with everything you’d need from entertainment to food preparation, if needed. The bar / dining area was one of the best hotel bar areas I’ve been in for atmosphere and service. The food and drinks were of the highest order and reasonably priced. The location is only minutes walk from all the delights the city has to offer from the streets of the old town to the modern space light buildings of the opera house and science museum. You can even walk to the harbour in an hour or get the bus or metro if you fell that’s a little far. Overall a cracking stay made all the better by our stay at the Ramirez. Many thanks

This place was great. The front staff was excellent and very considerate of our children. It could hardly have been more pleasant. I wasn't a big fan of the attached restaurant, mostly because there were better (and more affordable) options elsewhere. Our stay was absolutely amazing, the Ramirez staff are amongst the friendliest we have ever experienced. From arrival to departure s delight. The flat was so clean, well equipped and just perfect. Only a 20 minute walk into the city's historical centre (5 euro taxi back, after a few Agua de Valencia's!!). Local store for all your self catering essential food items only 5 minute walk. Cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough, thank you to all the Ramirez team.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The location was great! Very accommodating when I needed anything. They have bicycles for when you want to venture out in the city, which is very convenient. And a restaurant. Location was prime! I will come back!
