Very welcoming & quiet & effecient, nice bar area with friendly staff, rooms very clean, although our room faced an inner courtyard, which wasnt a pleasant view & we couldn't draw the curtains as being over looked on all 3 sides. Had breakfast in the Hotel on one morning, bit disappointing, quality of food was not that great for the price, 16 Euros each & wouldn't go back, but overall a nice stay

We arrived late evening after 7pm, so it was much quiet and checked in fast. The breakfast selection was great, a lot to choose. The staff were helpful. The room was clean and bathroom/toilet was huge. To me the downside was there wasn’t no coffee/tea service in the room, have to get it from the cafeteria, I didn’t think anyone will go down to get coffee in their pyjamas in the morning.

The air conditioning was supposedly working fine but our room got more humid the longer our stay progressed as well as hot. We all had to sleep above the sheets with a window open. Bathrooms have been remodeled to look modern and new but this is an old hotel and it shows when you pay attention. Staff at the front desk were very nice but just not a great hotel. Seek elsewhere.

We’ve been travelling around Portugal and Spain for the past month and have been staying at various hotels. (Beautiful countries but haven’t been impressed with customer service and staff at restaurants, hotels and stores compared to our country Canada). The service at this hotel was great, especially the lovely lady who checked us in who was friendly, professional and helpful. (Also convenient the staff spoke English). The hotel rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious and updated, bed and pillows very comfortable. 20 min walk to historic town and heart of Valencia. Would stay again and recommend it. Our friends we’re travelling with also agree this hotel was one of our favourites during our trip.

The wifi doesn’t work in room at all. Lifts are slow and almost always crowded. The shower in the bathroom was unable to balance between hot and cold water. On the positive side, the staff is very nice, cooperative and helpful.

We stayed here about 7 years ago, but the area is not so nice now, lots of new apartments being built and a lot less restaurants around, unfortunately mainly all tapas which is okay for a quick lunch, but something more substantial should be offered in the evening. Also most kitchens do not open until 8.30 pm.

The hotel is, in general terms, a good hotel. The room I had was a good size and reasonably appointed. It had a fridge but no kettle (I was able to borrow one). The bed was satisfactory, but the hard mattress had a slight dip on one side. The view was of 'tired' apartment blocks across a bitumen flat roof, however, this did afford a good level of quietness, which for me was preferable to a view. The air conditioning was reasonable but it did not work for 24 hours (hence the 3* rating given) and with the room temperature nearing 27 celsius, it was 'challenging' to this guest from the cooler location of North Wales! I was able to borrow a fan from reception during the night, which helped. I did not use any hotel facilities other than the room. I would consider using the hotel again.

Two male maintenance personnel showed up out of nowhere and actually opened the door. They claimed to fix something but we never reported any issue. That was a little strange. Also, the area is not really walkable. . The hotel is around and old area full of old condos.

The staff are not helpful. I had a surgery and I ask if some one from the front desk or house keeping can bring ice to my room they refused and said no service to bring anything upstairs. I had to go downstairs being dressy and sick the same day of surgery to get ice from downstairs. It was my second time staying at this hotel neither of my stay was good. Spend a little more and chose a better one than this hotel .

Sadly disappointing. Check in was good, beautiful lobby. But on arrival to the room, the walls had a lot of damp along the skirting in room 208. The room was extremely humid.
The phone in the room wasn’t working so I rang reception via my mobile for room service menu and was directed on to the kitchen. The kitchen informed me there was nothing available as the kitchen closed and put the phone down on me, even though online it states it is 24hrs.
On going to reception for advice on where to get food, they said a limited menu is always available and the lovely lady personally ordered a pizza and delivered it to my room.
In the morning, the gym is due to open at 0700 but at 0900 it was still locked. I felt privileged when they unlocked and allowed me in at 0910.
Checked out after one night to move to another hotel.

The staff is friendly and the location is nice, but this definitely does not seem like a 4-star hotel. It is more like a motel or a 3-star hotel. The windows need some cleaning. Sometimes we had to wait for the elevator (and there are two!) for 10 minutes and we couldn't use the emergency stairs. Not the best thing if you are in a hurry.
Other than that, the bed is comfortable, and it is pretty quiet location with lots of nice restaurants around.
