Friendly and professional staff.
Spotless, modern, and comfortable room.

The location was perfect — close to key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city and back to to Airport.

Breakfast was excluded while booking for our stay, but with €11 pp for breakfast was great: fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit every taste.

What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality. I left feeling refreshed, well taken care of, and recommending NH Valencia for anyone looking for quality, comfort, and great service in the heart of the city!

First, the rooms are tiny- but that’s okay. We lost power in our room one day, and, the worst part—- there are bed bugs!!! I got home and there were bites all over mine and my husband’s body. Do not stay here. Gross

This hotel is outdated and needs alot if work. There are stairs to reception so you need to grab your suitcases and take them down with you. Elevator doesn’t go down to the reception from entrance of the building.
The room is spacious and very basic but great for a few days stay. It is amazingly close distance (5 min walk) to the science Centre which takes a whole day to see, but far from old town. It is not close to the beach either. It is a 15 to 20 min taxi ride.
Not much food and restaurants around except for locals and one cafe.
Shopping is a good 20 min walking distance.
Over all not bad for the price. Staff not very helpful. Reception wanted to charge me for the breakfast we never had when I went to check out.

This property is just a few mins walk from the Art and Science Museum - if you are planning to spend a few days in the area, this is perfect. There isn’t much amenities in the hotel but they have a decent breakfast. There are lots of restaurants around the area.

Perfect location for the purpose of my trip

Ideal location to be based for visiting the City of Arts and Sciences. As I was travelling solo, I booked a single room but in hindsight I wished I had booked a double room just for having a little more space. I missed not having a fridge in the room but it wasn't a big deal. My room faced the main road so there were occasions were it was noisy but traffic did subside late into the evening. Staff were very polite and efficient in processing my booking on arrival and encountered no issues with my room during my stay. I would definitely consider a return but would book a double room and request a room in a different part of the hotel

I like the way everything was set up in the room, but I like to let you know the sometimes maintenance personal must check the heather on the showers we just have a little incident there in our room, but we enjoy our stayed there and everything else was wonderful, I will recommend it to everyone for their vacations needs. I will be back next time.

The NH is in an excellent location for visiting the City of Arts and Sciences. There aren’t many restaurants right around the hotel, but a short taxi ride or long walk way is an abundance of them. There is a mall nearby and several decent places to eat. The staff was helpful and the room was nice—not luxury but excellent for the price.

Hotel is very nice. Location is great: 300 m to Arts &Science city, 800m to Faller museum. Malvarossa beach is 25 minutes by bus, old city center is about 15 minutes by bus. Single room was small but comfy. Beds are extremely comfy. The only negative point- there was no fridge in my room

We booked a triple room. We had to wait for it to be prepared late at night. Then there was no room to maneuver around the beds at all.
Also, the air conditioning was broken and it was 37C in the room with the staff offering no solution other than to confirm it was not working.
Very disappointing experience.

This hotel shows up on local tourist maps as a “hostel,” unlike the NH Hotel Les Arts which is right beside it. However, it’s not a hostel, it’s a budget hotel offering great value for money. The City of Arts and Sciences (Valencia’s biggest attraction) is right on the doorstep, it’s convenient to both public buses and the hop on hop off tourist buses, and there is a shopping centre with a pharmacy within a few minutes walk in case you forgot any essentials. Staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and it was relatively quiet. Generally I would opt to be closer to the city centre, but for the rate we got, this was worth being a little outside the centre of the city, midway between the city and the beach.

Check in and out went smoothly,rooms cleaned everyday,not much space to put your clothes if staying a long time more for business and short stay.two plug sockets but not near the bed.personally the pillows were too soft for me.The carpet on our floor in the hallway could do with replacing.The hotel was located in a good area for us plenty of restaurants and two shopping malls and department store close by.The science of arts museum 2 minute walk.Bus stop across the road to old town.The beach was a bit far about a 40 minute walk but good excuse to stop and have a beer on the way.we had a lovely time.

Room was comfortable but on smaller end. No coffee maker but room was clean and modern. Bathroom had a few older looking tiles but worked fine. No coffee maker, water kettle, or ice machine. Location is very close to the beautiful City of Arts and Sciences and several malls are a short walk across a bridge.

Warning!! Very late check out!

This hotel has a STRICT policy of check not earlier than 15:00 on the day of arrival, meaning one is paying for just 75% of the day's availabity, forcing you out of the hotel for a big part of the day.
Staff seemed unmotivated (probably very poorly paid) but shockingly, uninterested in the job.
Room very very clean and relatively comfortable.

Great location!

This was myself and my boyfriends second visit to Valencia. We stayed in a NH Hotel on our first visit but this was our first time at NH Valencia Las Ciencias. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English well. The room was clean, spacious and had nice decor. The hotel is right beside The City of Arts and Science, which is an amazing pictureseque area of the city with plenty of entertainment. It's a great area as it's outside of the main city centre so it's quieter. 2 big shopping centres 5-10 walk away. Also a bus stop directly facing the hotel doors that takes you to the city centre. Next door is the NH les Artes hotel, this hotel has a rooftop lounge/bar terrace which guests of Les Ciencias are allowed to use!

The staffs were really helpful and friendly. They even allowed me to check in 10 am in the morning, which totally saved my life after almost 12 hours of travelling. The location is quite nice as well. 3 mins walk from las ciencias, 15-20 mins bus ride to the beach and 10-15 mins bus ride to the city centre. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. It is a residential area, meaning quite some bars, restaurants, supermarkets and even shopping malls were pretty close.
But the room that I had was pretty small. I had a single room which has the small bed and a small bathroom. It had everything I needed but the size was really tiny. and the windows did not block the noise from the street at all. So I had to use my ear plugs to go to sleep. Also there was smell of cigarette coming through the bathroom which spread to all over the small room pretty quickly.

All in all, location is quite good. Hotel is clean with great staffs. But it the room was small and noisy.

We have problems with reception cause the room.
We arrived to the hotel at 13 hours and in reception told us that the room that would be perfect for us (double room, high floor, etc) would be ready in an hour, or we can stay in that moment but twin beds. We asked to come back and get the high floor and double room after, so we let there our suitcase and we came back at 2am but they give us first a room in the 3 floor, that we thought, \"its ok, doesn't matter\", and when we were in the room we saw it was twin beds, so we came back to reception telling them our complain cos we said at 13h we wanted double room, and they gave us a room in the ground floor and with a double room smaller that the normal (we where there 1 year ago and we know them)

My stay was ok, the room was just ok, and The INTERNET WAS HORRIBLE!!!! IF you are trying to get any work done and you need internet access!!!! This would NOT be the hotel for you!!! The Internet barely works (it works at the speed of dial up circa 1999) and if you want faster internet speed you have to pay for it ,an extra 10euros a day. I would not stay here again!

The hotel is similar to a Travel Lodge style you get in the UK. The room was clean and not a bad size but not huge. Bathroom was good with a nice shower over the bath. The room is fairly small but big enough for 2. The location is a little way out of the centre of Valencia but the bus stops right outside the hotel and runs every 10 mins or so, so you can easily access the centre from the hotel.

Walking distance to Berklee, Valencia Campus 5 min

My son was graduating from Berklee College of Music in Valencia Spain. I was literally 2 or 3 blocks from the school at the Palau de les Arts where the school is housed. There was a tour bus stop 2 blks away also. The staff was wonderful and very kind to me and there was always someone who spoke English. The room had the best A/C of any room I have had in Spain so far. Very nice restaurants were right outside the door. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and beautifully displayed. It was also very reasonable. It was in a very safe location. I was even able to walk around late at night and only encountered people walking their dogs and leaving their restaurant jobs at closing. Everyone was very kind and friendly to me. I would highly recommend this hotel particularly to anyone involved with Berklee College of Music at the Valencia Campus or tourists who would like to be close to the Valencia Opera or the Aquarium at the Palau de les Artes.

Within a 5 minute walk to the Arts and Sciences Center! Unfortunately the metro hadn't been completed to the center yet, but once it is completed, it will be very convenient to get to the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful and ordered us a taxi for our flight the next morning. The room was very clean, had a free bottle of water, had a comfy bed, and I loved the orange-scented soap!

Walking distance of the new centre with its entertainment and major attractions. 20min by new road network to / from the airport, taxi €20-€30 (2013) or metro to station and 35 bus to hotel.

A good business type hotel yet still suitable for the older children.

The hote3 was very good for my purpose in the city since i was there only for one night to attend an opera perfor0ance in The Reina Sofia palace of the arts which is just around the corner. The only thing i m5ssed in my short stay in the hotel was a m5i bar which I have had in other such establ5shments before, other than that I dont have any complains

Location was perfect. Very near to The City of Arts and Sciences, shopping and restaurants. Bus stop and taxi stand in front of hotel. City center just a pleasant walk away.

Staff was helpful and, for the most part, English-speaking. Breakfast was generous (self-serve) with a nice variety of items.

City is beautiful and has so much to offer. From the ancient Roman walls and the Moorish towers to the architecture of Calatrava. Also, on the sea with palm trees and soft breezes.

Highly recommend.
