But 2 out of 3 elevators did not work.
Additionally, we were unable to use either the cycling bike or the treadmill in the gym as both were out of order. When we mentioned this at the reception, the issue was not properly addressed.
All in all, the value for money was poor

Good size clean room, very close to shopping centre and amenities far from old town - (about 40 min walk). Safe area to hang late at night streets are wide and safe full of restaurants and coffee shops. Location wise is across stop 6 on Hop on Hop off sightseeing bus

Very clean- the staff at the restaurant/ bar very friendly and helpful. We asked for late check out and card worked until 3hrs before check out/ we had to go to front desk to recharge for the remainder of time- was ok. Therefore 4 not 5. We understood as an event was happening making employees in general nervous.

The hotel is deteriorating in many areas. The elevators are leaking, and the windows are broken. The wooden doors and panels have water, there’s some high moisture feeling. The shower head had tips missing, so the water was splashing everywhere. The sink wasn’t clogged, but it was accumulating some considerable amount of water. The room service number wasn’t being picked up 22:20 (before closing which was at 23:00), called reception and they told me to come downstairs, when I arrived at a quarter to the hour of closing they said they couldn’t prepare the food as the kitchen was closed. Had to order take away from another place as only pizzas were available after that time. The air conditioning in the room was not cooling properly.

The room was a nice size, bathroom very spacious. We opted for the morning breakfast buffet and it was very plentiful and we enjoyed that very much to start our morning. The hotel is very conveniently located with everything within walkable distance. Excellent location and would absolutely stay here again

I recently spend a week at this hotel, and I can highly recommend it! The staff is very friendly and speaks english. The facilities are very nice, clean and well kept; there is a great bar/restaurant area with good drinks and food, nice outdoor seating where you can enjoy a beverage as well and a nice pool area. The rooms unfortunately don't have balconies, but they are nice and has everything you could want - the bathrooms are updated and feature bidet and waterfall shower.
It's location i very ideal, it's close to a lot of resturants and two shopping centers, also the aquarium and museum are just a walk away. All the things we wanted to see was within a 30min walk distance.
The hotel also has a spa in the basement which i definitely worth a visit!

Breakfast was busy but very well managed, items were restocked quickly and usually without a need to ask.

Housekeeping was great, staff very friendly and professional.

Only negatives... Hotel is serviced by 3 lifts, 1 was out of order for the the 5 night stay which lead to long waits at busy times like breakfast. Lifts like to give you the \"grande tour\" too, I must've visited every floor despite being roomed on the 1st floor.

Initial impressions of room not great - strong smell of cigarettes. Suspect previous occupant used the terrace as a smoking area but took a good 24h with terrace door open to clear the smell.

Disappointed that the TV wasn't smart - no access to streaming content.

Hotel is near the Túria gardens and just a 15 min walk to the nearest metro (maritim sereria).

Spa circuit is good but some elements were not working.

Drinks are fair prices and good measures.

We opted for room only as there are lots of cafes in the area.

From the airport, take metro line 5 to Marítim - Serrería station, exit, and walk 2 minutes to the 99 bus stop, which is a four-stop ride to the hotel. City of Arts and Sciences is walkable, with two large Shopping centres, a 2-minute walk.

The hotel was lovely. The terrace and pool area provided a welcome relief from the sun. It was well maintained, with palm trees for shade, good seating and a bar.Hotel room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. The air con was great! The breakfast buffet had lots of choice for all tastes. Very convenient for sites, shopping and transport.Half hour walk to beach. Really enjoyed my stay here.

A breeze in hot Valencia

Lovely stay at this delightful hotel. It was super hot in Valencia but the aircon, pool, and general ease of use of the hotel made it a breeze!
Spa was closed for annual maintenance, which we knew and didn't matter to us.
We had a couple of minor maintenance issues which were resolved very quickly and efficiently.
Staff were unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful.
The only thing we'd mention is that it would be nice to have someone checking on the pool for high jinks a bit more often - it's a small pool so if you get a bit of high spirits it can make it uncomfortable for other users, and a subtle discouragement of this would be helpful. But in general the vibe was really nice, relaxed without being careless.

The hotel itself was beautiful. Theres a spa downstairs with a sauna and steam room, massages, etc. Theres an ourdoor pool with a bar and a nice shaded seating area with lounge sofas. We didnt eat at the hotel restaurant, but the hotel bar inside was nice with friendly service. Breakfastcwas not too expensive to add and it was pretty good. Variety of baked goods, cheese, cold cut meats, eggs, and 3 drink stations dispersed around the room.

We were on the top floor, so the views were spectacular! Plenty of floor to ceiling windows that opened to fresh air and and the bussle of the city.

Next door was a large shopping mall and across the street was an iutdoor shopping mall.

Bus stations were close and the hotel had a bike rental service as well.

No iron & ironing board in a 4- star hotel

This has to be the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in which didn’t have an iron and ironing board - the only solution was the cleaning service offered by the hotel which also ironed clothes but also wasn’t available till the next day - there was no use in this for us because we were checking out in the morning. The room also had a strong cigarette smell.

Lovely hotel in a great area, easy walk to the beach, science centre, oceanarium and malls with good restaurants. The room and bathroom was modern and spacious, good choices at breakfast. The only negatives we had were there are not many sun beds and we would like to have been able to turn the air con off during the night as it was quite noisy and chilly. Only 2 euros to get a bus into the city and about 4euros for the tram, taxi cost 33euros to the hotel and 28euros back to the airporrt

Several issues were experienced throughout the 4 night stay.
We are younger adult females and felt as though that our age made us taken less seriously and treated like leeches. Opening the mini fridge we noticed it was emitting a lot of heat. Besides making the room uncomfortable, we thought it might be a fire hazard. We called the front desk and after over an hour, no one had come. We called again and they said that no one was coming, and offered no resolution, so we had to unplug the fridge. Only after the second day did they replace the fridge and fix the A/C, however it never ended up being very strong. We wanted some ice since the room had lukewarm tap water at best, and were treated as if we were a massive inconvenience and not even spoken to. We would have rather paid for it and been treated like humans. I came to breakfast 20 minutes after the other two in my group had come down, and the staff at the front desk were really unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to enter the breakfast hall, saying my room # does not exist and dismissing me to the side— after I said that my friends were inside. Only when my friend came up did she finally decide to confirm my last name and let me in. When we tried to call a taxi upon check out, we asked for a large cab multiple times while clearly carrying 3 large suitcases and bags. The cab driver arrived in a small car and was extremely angry at US, expressing her frustrations frequently throughout the ride.

Only negative was when I went to bar to get a cup of ice , the elderly man did not pay attention to me even after I asked for some. Other than that the hotel was good and would come back again.

We stayed for two nights in June with kids in adjacent inter-connected bedrooms. Their family rooms are in this form which was great because it gave us two bathrooms to use simultaneously. However, the AC was working very poor in both rooms which points to their overall central AC system being in very poor condition. It became quite hot in the rooms at night and we had to open the windows (they open only slightly) to let some cool air in.

We had purchased their breakfast buffet at a discounted price, and it was great! Lots of fruit and other options to eat.

When we first arrived we asked reception where the car park was. The receptionist was rude, abrupt and unhelpful until pressed to provide more details. And this was to a Spanish speaking guest. The room itself was basic. The TV had no streaming services. There were no complimentary robes to wear and the pool was tiny for a big hotel and drinks were banned from the area. Also it took 15-30 minutes to get a waiter to buy a drink. Needing us to go to the bar and ask if someone could serve us. Overall for a 4 star hotel it was terrible. If I paid for a 2 star it would meet my expectations.

This is possibly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at in this price point. To start let me say that the hotel staff is very nice and friendly. I was shocked by the hotel itself for starters. The room was very bland with only a mural behind the bed but other than that, no pictures- nothing ! Then the room did not even have a coffee maker, nothing for making tea. The hotel itself was so humid it was uncomfortable. It wasn’t better in the hotel room as the thermostat would automatically turn off so I would wake up sweaty and miserable, the walls and windows are so thin you can hear every conversation in the hallway and hear all the noise from the street. To make matters worse, the bed frame was not attached to the wall so every time I tried to sit up in bed the the bed would push away from the wall leaving a gap between my body and the wall- ridiculous !! Then there’s the so called restaurant, the restaurant seating area is not in use as they really don’t have restaurant. They have a bar that serves bites/ finger food( salad, burgers, pizza , etc). You eat at either the tables provided by the bar or outside on the patio. As advertised the hotel has a spa area and a gym but guests do not have automatic access to it . To enjoy these amenities you have to pay an additional 18 Euros. I got access to the spa and found that there’s not much there. The spa has many problems so not worth the cost. I will not return.

This hotel was great! Great location with comfortable facilities. We booked a family room and were given 2 adjoining rooms which was a pleasant surprise. Each room was big enough that they could have fit all 4 of us in one! The showers in the rooms were great with actual powerful flow, as powerful as the ones at home and definitely better than any I've experienced in other hotels. Breakfast buffet was really good with a wide selection. Two outdoor pools, one small shallow pool for the little kids to splash about in and one bigger pool for the older kids and adults. The indoor pool is part of the spa and comes at an extra cost and is for adults only (i didn't use it so can't comment). There is a tiny gym available which you don't need to pay for. I did make use of it but even by hotel gym standards it's pretty poor but as a casual gym goer who was just trying to burn off a little of the extra holiday food i was eating it was fine. Location was perfect for us. Its based next to the oceanarium and science museum both within a ten minute walk. Shopping centre just round the corner and plenty of local shops and eateries within walking distance as well. Bus stop right in front takes you to the zoo. We took a taxi to the beach - it was only a ten minute drive. Overall it was a wonderful stay

I arrived and my AC unit was not working, resulting in my room being hotter than outside. It took roughly two hours for maintenance to \"fix\", however, it still remained very warm in my room. On top of that, there was a large crack in the closet mirror, the faucet in the shower had green mold at its head, the hallway's walls had holes in them, the hallway's carpet was stained and dirty, and the elevator's glass wall had a HUGE crack (4 feet high), which made us constantly feel unsafe when using. The pool area did not have any lounge chairs, resulting in people having to sit on the floor. Lastly, the \"breakfast\" was horrible, the food was cheap, it had an odor, and much of the meats were undercooked. Overall I do NOT recommend staying here, and I personally requested a refund.

Our group of seven all loved this hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel facilities were great. Service was outstanding. The GM and staff couldn’t do enough for us. Lots of choice at breakfast and we enjoyed drinks and food in the hotel. Definitely recommend. Excellent value.
