I will stay here again but will always request quiet room. Staff was friendly and spoke English. Community room has a microwave and tea kettle and couch. Easy with elevator. Only three stories and mostly young people. Better than most hostels but I got a private room.

I had a room with shared toilet and the toilet was next to the reception with no privacy at all. It has no ventilation.
The first night, there were some Colombians I believe at the reception or maybe on a small room next to reception and talking very load and I can hear their conversation.
I opened the blind and then I cannot close it again. So the second night I had a bright light from the street in front of my face while sleeping.
It is worth to spend 20 extra euros and going to a better place. Not sure how are the rooms upstairs with private bedrooms, they may be o.k.
Finally, they had that toxic air freshener that you plug into the power outlet and release VOC chemicals that are awful for your health. This is popular in some Spanish hotels but I don't blame them. You need to be a researcher with access to the latest evidence based publications to understand how toxic are those chemicals
Eventually they will be banned as it trigger athma and allergic reactions

Having booked this accommodation primarily requiring Parking, was then told by receptionist parking was not available. When I stated that at time of booking this was main factor that led me to book, she then mentioned that I could phone an outside private parking provider nearby to see if they had vacant places. Eventually she did phone herself and booked. Proceeded to offer me a room that although it looked clean stunk of urine/ammonia (shower in the room, though toilet/bathroom was outside in corridor) and looked very surprised arguing with me when I refused to stay in given room, eventually offered another room which looked clean and didn't smell. Will not stay there again.

Es war okey dort. Im Gemeinschaftsad wurde das Handtuch nie gewechselt und es war insgesamt nicht sehr sauber, ich glaub es wurde immer nur der Boden gewischt. Das Zimmer war teilweise auch nicht gut sauber. Die Gegend in der es sich befindet ist nicht die sicherste, aber dafür nah am Hafen und man ist auch zu Fuß recht schnell am Strand.

Es horrible, la habitación es pequeña y encima la ducha esta en una esquina de la habitación sin paredes, solo la mampara. La tele esta en la pared encima de la ducha prácticamente, una cosa surrealista y dudo que legal. No ofrecen mucho más, el servicio comunitario una cosa terrible donde llevan incluso los rollos de papel a medio usar de otros sitios, ningun sentido. En la ducha de la habitación todo oxidado y cayéndose a cachos, el suelo roto... Posiblemente el peor hotel de valencia.

Llegamos a las 13:30,no había recepcionista, llamamos al teléfono que indica y nos dice que está limpiando, que hasta las 14:00 no se puede hacer chelín in. A las 14:30 check in bien. Nos dan llave, habitación pequeña, básica, para dormir no necesitas más. Gel y champo de Mercadona, vale. Al llegar a la noche para dormir el colchón fatal, hundido para el centro, una cama de 135 en la que 2 personas caen hacia el centro… poco más que decir a parte de mi dolor de espalda

Demasiado cara la habitación para lo que es. La tuberías del jacuzzi olían horrible, uno de los estores no funcionaba (no subía ni baja porque la correa no estaba en el sitio adecuado, lo tuvimos que “arreglar” nosotros), si subías las persianas te veían los residentes de las casas de enfrente, la nevera que hay, a parte de estar sucia, no enfría, una de las almohadas tenia bolitas y se notaba… Aun así, volvería pero a otra habitación, no a la que llaman suite.

La habitación muy pequeña (cogimos la cuádruple), olía a alcantarillado. La reforma en su momento la hicieron con tan malas calidades que está todo en mal estado: las piezas cromadas del baño repletas de cal y óxido, los muebles totalmente desconchados. Las camas eran cómodas pero la ropa de cama muy mal; sábanas q llevan ya demasiados lavados y unas mantas ásperas, con quemaduras... Se escucha cualquier mínimo ruido en pasillos y habitaciones. Cogimos este hotel por su cercanía al puerto (para embarcar en un crucero) y porque era de los pocos en Valencia con habitación cuádruple. Menos mal q solo era una noche, de los peores hoteles (o el peor) en el que hemos estado.

Le lieu est très bien situé. Près du port et de la mer. Quartier avec plein de restaurants sympas à 5' dans des petites rues dans des anciens lieux . Bien situé car la migne5 pour l aéroport est directe et la cité des sciences est à quelques pas. Une chose serait a améliorer mettre des rideaux aux chambres car le vis à vis est trop important et obligé. Laisser les volets fermés. Cependant nous avons demandé de changer de chambre dès la première nuit en raison de ce souci et nous avons eu une chambre avec stores et volets dès le lendemain .
