Beach birthday treat in January

Friendly staff, spoke English, check out was at noon. Thin walls, sometimes noisy neighbours, construction going on next door. Close to town, beautiful beach and city.

Don’t stay here

Awful room very basic , dirty looking onto a nightclub which went on to 4am .
Bathroom awful but there was toilet paper . Fan in bedroom full of black dirty/dust . Heater hanging off the wall . Little security .
Bed very basic sheets looked clean but slept on top with a towel over the pillow although little sleep with the club next door . Way to expensive for what this is .

DO NOT STAY IF YOU ARE OVER 30 years old. The room was sparse but clean and the staff was nice. No elevator and no AC. The biggest issue was the local outdoor night club around the corner that played blaring loud music until 3:30AM. You have to keep windows open since no AC, so, no sleep for you. We had planned on staying 3 days but checked out after one sleepless night.

Close to the beach

Unfortunately quite negative. Hotel in desperate need of TLC. With breakfast only one coffee was allowed, additional one had to be paid. Very noisy area with club playing loud music till well after midnight, on Saturday well beyond and at 3am with very loud fireworks. Also restaurants and bar staff congregated and continued talking loudly till the very early hours of the morning being a real sleep disturbance.

If you like your sleep stay back from beach area

This is a great party seakers location but if you want to sleep at all then this may not be the place for you. Night club goes on until 4am and dust carts and deliveries start at 4.30 ish. The staff were helpful but the rooms and location not as good as we had thought.

Fantastic location for everything we wanted.
Second visit there, but unfortunately paper thin walls meant we had NO sleep due to pursue noise and snoring in next room.
Decor could do with an update, though there are some beautiful pieces of furniture in hallways, rooms leave a lot to be desired.

Great in the summer, still good off season.

The hotel is right by the beach. The rooms have all necessary amenities. The beds are comfortable enough to sleep on and balconies are big enough to enjoy the sight of the beach. The front desk was very nice and helped us when we needed it. The room was well kept.

We do not recommend contacting the hotel in advance — it is simply pointless. You will not receive any reply, and your messages will either be ignored or not read at all.

We only stayed at this hotel for a few hours, but unfortunately, we did not feel welcome at all. Our first interaction at reception was disastrous. The staff member was condescending, and we had to insist for them to agree to store our luggage while waiting for our rooms to be ready. We were even asked whether we had read the booking conditions before making our reservation, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming.

When we returned later, there was no one at reception. We had to go through the hotel’s restaurant (which is part of the hotel) to find someone willing to give us our room keys. Unfortunately, the welcome there was not much better.

For the price we paid, we were not expecting luxury — but we were at least expecting a pleasant and professional welcome. Sadly, that was not the case.

En global, el sitio no está mal. La cama muy cómoda, pero el baño no tanto, ya que la ducha no tiene cortina y se genera charco. Eso sí, pedimos una toalla para evitar el charco y sin problema. No tiene ascensor.
Está pegado a la playa y en plena zona de cenas y copas, lo que es una ventaja por la cercanía, pero si quieres tranquilidad, no es tu sitio. Nosotros hemos estado en septiembre con las restricciones del COVID y la zona estaba tranquila en diario, no tanto el fin de semana.
El desayuno que se incluye esta muy bien, no es buffet, pero te quedas bien. Se encuentra aparcamiento en la zona fácilmente porque hay mucho movimiento de coches, pero hay que tener cuidado con los gorrillas.
En general la experiencia es buena, pero podrían reformarlo un poco para mayor comodidad.

Frühstück besteht nur aus Kaffee, frischem Orangensaft (Highlight des Frühstücks) und einem Toast mit Tomaten oder einem Croissant.
Das Personal ist unfreundlich im Restaurant und auch nicht fähig englisch zu sprechen, selbst wenn man englisch spricht wird auf spanisch geantwortet.
Sehr schön war die Lage, bei der man in weniger als 2 min am Meer war.

Les réceptionnistes sont accueillants et la situation géographique de l'hôtel est très bien mais ça s'arrête là. Les chambres sont vétustes et l'hygiène est déplorable. Par quoi commencer, moustique écrasé sur le plafond, le ventilateur est tellement sale, le placard et la tête de lit déboîtés, des taches sur les rideaux, le rideau de douche je ne vous en parle même pas (j'ai pris 1 seule douche en tong). L'odeur est nauséabonde vraiment, au lieu de rester ici 5 jours comme prévu, nous écoutons notre séjour au bout de 2 nuits

Punti di forza: La posizione è stupenda, di fronte al mare, stanza pulita, arredi minimal ma funzionali, bagno spazioso, personale h24 molto gentile e disponibile, connessione wifi buona, la colazione servita al bar di sotto essenziale (caffè latte, cornetto o tostate con la marmellata o il pomodoro e un succo), il prezzo è ottimo. Punti deboli: non ha l'ascensore (la scale è lunga e un po' ripida, eravamo al 2 piano), non ha l'aria condizionata, né frigo né microonde, qualche volta il rumore della strada e delle porte che sbattono è fastidioso. Conclusione: è molto semplice, ma confortevole. Ci tornerei volentieri.

No es lo que parece en las fotos

45 min para desayunar pq atienden antes a los guiris q entran de la calle. Primer día sin mantequilla y último sin zumo natural y me quisieron cobrar el desayuno de mi hija q bajó 10 min tarde a las 11.10h y no desayunó ahí. Tbn ponía q era desde las 8 y hasta 8 y 30 no atienden. No es buffet. Solo café y tostada o croissant. El personal del resturante lamentable su atención. La hab casposa. Vieja . Puerta rota. Muy básico. Ruido del restaurane de abajo. Vista lateral a muy poco mar. No vale lo q pagas. Lo único el personal de recepción rotativo. Gente joven maja. Pedí cambio de hab el primer día pq me dieron cama 1.35 a compartir con mi hija. Paredes sucias. Muebles viejos. Ducha medio rota. Lo único x la ubicación. Pero hay 8 mas. Todos los rest al lado tienen tbn hab de hotel y Solmar o Neptuno tenían mucha mejor pinta. Peor solo la Barraca de al lado. En las fotos parece blanco ibicenco idral. Nada que ver con la realidad...sin ascensor.

El hotel esta pegado a la playa pero tiene un olor a tubería que es insoportable, aunque en las habitaciones nose percibe el ruido entra como sI las paredes fuesen de papel...
El baño decadente, taza de water rota, bañera negra de tanto fregarla, toallas cada una de una madre....
Habitación muy triste.
No estaba para nada sucia pero al estar tan dejada la habitación daba cosa asta dar el interruptor .
Un dineral por algo que no lo vale sale mejor andar un poco asta la playa.
Desayuno.....tristisimo dos mini rebanadas de pan.

L’albergo è fronte mare ma è ridotto male all’interno delle camere. Non ha un ristorante quindi bisogna usare uno, al suo interno, dove ti da la colazione base e il resto che prendi lo paghi. Speravo in qualcosa di più affascinante. Il personale peró è decisamente cordiale

Lage Top - und sonst eben 2 Sterne Hotel... wichtigstes Utensil: Ohrstöpsel. Es ist seeeeehr laut - die Soundanlage des Marina Beachclubs steht gefühlt mitten im Zimmer, und das bis 4 Uhr morgens.

Las habitaciones necesitan una renovación

Las habitaciones necesitan una renovación pero están limpias. No tienen aire acondicionado pero si ventilador q ayuda a mantenerlas frescas. Tampoco hay secador en las habitaciones. El desayuno no es buffet. Sólo hay que cruzar el paseo para estar en la playa y se puede aparcar en la misma calle del hotel.

Short break on Malvarossa beach

Perfect location on the beach, good to know though that the hotel is not sound proof so you hear the nightlife outside. Standard is basic but rooms are clean. Stairs, no elevator, no problem for us but we saw an old guest struggling up the stairs. Friendly staff and good coffee in the morning! Basic breakfast is included in rate.

3 schlaflose Nächte, Service grauenhaft, Lage gut

Trotz geschlossener Tür, Fenstern und Rolladen war es grauenvoll laut. Während es sich oben im Hotel nicht schlafen ließ, wurde im hotelzugehörigen Restaurant lautstark die Musik erhöht. Trotz Bitte etwas Rücksicht zu nehmen, da ich leider erkrankte, wurde nicht reagiert. Die Musik ging jeden Tag bis 4:00 Uhr früh. Wir waren quasi 3 Tage wach. WLAN funktinierte nicht. Das Frühstück ist entweder ein Croissant oder ein hartes Toast mit Tomate drauf. Service im Restaurant war einer der grausigsten. Teller wurden auf den Tisch geklatscht, ‚bedient‘ wurden nur die externen Gäste. Ausstattung im Hotel war sehr heruntergekommen und beschädigt. Bett war sehr unbequem und das vom Hotel zugesicherte Taxi kam nicht aufgrund des Taxistreiks, wodurch wir unseren Zug verpassten und neue Tickets selber kaufen mussten. Lage hingegen ist traumhaft.
