Very good location, very close to the beach with lots of dining options nearby. Room cleanliness was questionable and had bad smells, including cigarette smells all over the hotel. Breakfast was ok, but with a very limited time window.

The rooms are extremely small and the beds are very hard, although the view was beautiful and the staff was very nice.
If you are here to party and stay out until 4 am then this might be the place for you. Otherwise if you want to sleep around midnight…good luck. The noise from the surrounding clubs and the fireworks at 3 am every night made it nearly impossible.

This hotel is a bit small but very well managed and maintained. The rooms are clean and maintained daily.

It is centered in the heart of the Las Arenas beach and boardwalk and a 10 minute walk to the port and marina.

The bar/restaurant has the second best dinner and late night crowds.

I extended my stay three days and will recommend it ya everyone.

Property was ok, not worth the price they ask. But if you want to be close to the beach it's ok. The staff was very friendly and the bar is ok. Area is just ugly though, have a bunch of thugs outside harassing people for money when they point at an empty spot. Local cops are also worthless, they prey on tourists instead of the local thugs. Beach is clean but definitely lots of trash in the water. Hotel is clean but it needs a little tlc.

The owner of this hotel is a very lucky man. He has as his manager a man called Khalid. As a former flight stewardess and lately a hotel inspector I have met many mangers but none so kind and full of grace as Khalid is. He made our stay a joy, thank you Khalid.

Simple adequate stay at the beach

Hotel was perfectly fine for a clean and quiet night right off the beach. Adequate with no frills. Decor a bit better than expected. Staff were rarely sighted (we had to wait a few minutes at check in) but you can ask in the bar for a staff member if you need someone.

We stayed on a Monday night in July; it was quiet however there is a bar downstairs so not sure if weekends would be noisier or not but we had a very quiet night sleep-wise.

Cafes and restaurants along the beach and the beach itself is fantastic - huge, sandy and good for kids swimming/wave hopping etc.

The only thing about the hotel is the incredibly strong and for me very unpleasant smell of the disinfectant they use. As it was just one night we put up with it but when we got home I could smell it in everything we brought into the hotel room!

Nice hotel on the beach. We had a lovely sea view. Very clean. Coffee, fresh orange juice and toastadas for breakfast included in the price. Lots of restaurants close by. Good value for money.

Its a good location, economical price but the owner is not accomodating. Customer service doesnt exist here at this property and we opted to leave right away instead of staying there. I made this effort specially of writing this review to give heads up to the future guests at the location. If the price is too good, expect it will be a dungeon with no windows on a beach front property. Pics on the listing were misleading.
Front desk employee tried to do everything to help but it was beyond his capacity when owner steps in. Anways its a great beach

I felt that the rooms were not value for money. They were very small, which made it difficult when you have luggage open. Should have a safe for storing valuables/ money/passports.
The music played in the restaurant below our room was very loud till all hours of the morning, plus we could hear the goings on in the room next door!!!

The man who ran the door was extremely rude and disrespectful. He goes by the name of Francisco and threatened me and my friends who were extremely mild mannered and respectful. He made both verbal and physical threats toward us in the one conversation we had when I went to check in. He was maybe the worst hotel employee I have ever come across in my history of traveling and although the hotel itself seemed quite nice I could not stand to be treated like that and chose to cancel my stay.

What a location! Could see the beautiful sunrise from
window. Just along the beach walk and many restaurants are near the site.
Can’t complain about narrow room and poor amenity. Room was clean but smelled of disinfectant??.

Very basic, but well-located

We booked El Globo knowing that it was budget accommodation, but happy to be right next to the beach as we were participating in a sports competition there and wanted to be close. On a positive note, the location was perfect, the staff friendly enough, the showers hot, and the bed comfortable. However, the negatives included hairs in the bed, a tiny shower (impossible for a large person), its position directly over a bar, and the fact that breakfast is only from 9AM to 11AM! This last detail was especially distressing to us as we weren't able to have a bite to eat or even a coffee, simple as it may have been, and wasn't listed on the hotel information when we booked. Overall, the stay was do-able, but disappointing.

Your best bet on Maldarosa beach, Valencia

This facility is strategically located directly on the boardwalk on Maldarosa beach at the port of Valencia. Kaliad, The manager is extremely hospitable and will make sure that your stay will be comfortable. There is a wonderful and Affordable Mediterranean/American restaurant directly in the hotel overlooking the ocean and the area is surrounded by at least 10 other eateries. The location is very accessible to the downtown for site seeing, museums, and the famous Science Park. You can scroll for km, ride a bicycle, jog, volleyball all types of great activities right there on the boardwalk. There are plenty of activities at night music, DJs, dancing at one of the hottest beach clubs in Valencia.

This hotel is above a smoky loud bar. The rooms are simple and clean, quite adequate, but you are definitely paying to be close to the beach. Overall touristy and not quiet, but probably great if you are looking to party.

first desk crew is happy and enjoy talking/practising their English.very helpful. wifi is strong and although the rooms could use some renos, they seem to be preparing for updating the rooms. I found that the bleach smell while wanting to take a shower goes away by letting the water run for a bit. Breakfast I have to say is weak compared to a North American breakfast or the variety offered when staying in a hotel in Portugal. Still it's better than nothing. Service is the restaurant is weak but the view is captivating as I got to watch the beach waking up with people and the waves, cloudless skies and beautiful sun to greet me in the mornings. Gorgeous area to experience at least once staying in Valencia.

The staff was very helpful, and our room was spacious compared to some of our other hotels in Spain. Our room furnishings were a little simple and older, but everything seemed to work.
Not a lot of great restaurants near the beach though, so plan ahead for food.

Beach hotel in the middle of lively area!

Good location between bars and restaurants, very close to the beach.
We were not bothered much with noice, but it is in the middle of a very busy area, so expect to wake up now and then;-)
Hotel is what these hotels are, not big luxury, but location is the thing. We had a nice stay, would book again.

El personal del hotel muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El hotel y la habitación muy bonitos. Las vistas al mar y playa fantásticas pero la habitación tenía muchos desperfectos: el cristal de la ventana partido y empañado, el grifo de la ducha se rompió y no paraba de salir agua, por lo q nos tuvieron q cambiar de habitación. El ruido de la discoteca al aire libre se oye incluso con tapones de los oidos. El desayuno muy justo (zumo, croissant y bebida).

The hotel is clean which is our nr1. The shower was nice and OK, basic but clean. Breakfast is basic 1 cup coffee or tea or orange juice. 2pcs bread with marmelade or butter or jam. 1 cup more? Then you need to pay extra, even if you skipped breakfast the day before…. This is a bit too cheap and makes you wonder?… All people are nice also the night-watch. You can go out to nightclub (Mya is nice) and get back to the hotel at 6:00hrs. No problem! Its location is fantastic at the beach. Mind you a room with sea view makes no sense as big trucks are moving sand the whole day long… All and all? Great place for a weeks holiday!

Peor imposible, nos tuvimos que ir a las 2:00 de la madrugada ya que no se podía dormir de tanto ruido de la fiesta que hay frente al hotel, el hotel carísimo para los servicios que da, parece más un Hostal que un Hotel, si lo que buscan es descansar olvídense, cama incomodo suma, olor a humedad y ruidos a parte de parecer que tienes al Dj en la habitación, x supuesto el hotel no se hizo responsable de nada y pagamos 160€ por no dormir y no poder hacer uso de lo contratado, lamentable todo…

Venir a un hotel junto al mar a descansar y encontrarte en un sitio donde la cama es incómodisima y para colmo la altísima música del Marina Beach Club que parece que la tengas en la habitación aún con la ventana cerrada hasta altas horas de madrugada. Alucinante el precio para no poder ni dormir, de lo peor que encontrado.

Vistas de la playa en primera línea.

Espectacular habitación con vistas a la playa, en primera línea, habitación muy cómoda, de estilo sencillo y funcional. Bar restaurante debajo del hotel. Personal agradable. Habitación y baño limpios.
En mi opinion colocaría alguna estantería en el baño para quitar el carrito puesto que el baño no es muy grande hay que mover el carro cada vez que se entra al baño

Hotel sulla spiaggia, pulito e personale molto gentile, sono stato con tutta la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Si potrebbero fare delle piccole migliorie ...esempio mancava asciugacapelli e qualche presa in più per caricare cellulare.
