We always stay at Agua 4 Iluniun due to its location—it is centrally located between the beach and Valencia Central. We walk everywhere and there are multiple amenities around the hotel. The staff is always helpful and accommodating.

Very loud despite getting a “soundproof” room. Overall was pretty clean but lots of cracks and signs of damage in walls and tiles that need repair. Seemed like some areas were still under construction. Very dark hallways which are kinda creepy.

I stayed for five nights and needed an iron, but I was told I had to pay to have it sent to my room. This was the first time a hotel didn't offer to bring the iron to me; instead, they asked for payment. I didn't request the service—my goal was to iron my own shirt during my five-day stay. Very disappointed.

Day one when we checked in they allocated a room which was not cleaned at all, we saw a bug in shower and pathetic, even-though after long day we wanted to rest, had to deal with this. And the shower was wide open, bathroom almost flooding when you take shower. Personally I don’t recommend this hotel for stay, even though it is one of the high end.

I'm giving the Hotel a 2 Star review because of how hard their staff worked to make things right, otherwise it would be a 1 Star review.

The checkout process was somewhat problematic because apparently Hotel policy was to collect contact information for EVERY adult checking in, why couldn't the adult that made the reservation be enough? They insisted on emails and phone numbers for everyone.

The Hotel had AC maintenance issues and members of our party had to move twice because the AC in their room didn't work. The 1st room would be set at 18°C but would only cool down to 25, which is not cold at all. The 2nd room was worse, finally the 3rd one was cool enough to enjoy our last night there. I was told their AC guy only worked during the day so if any AC came up after duty hours could not be resolved until the next day. Apparently the Hotel doesn't have shift workers for their AC maintenance team. We were not the only guests having issues with AC either, I heard a few others complaining about it.

The Hotel also did not provide an iron for guests, instead pointing out that they had laundry service, which is quite pricey in my opinion. I've traveled to 5 continents, 43 countries total and this is the 1st time I've ever stayed in a Hotel that did not provide an iron.

It's a shame we had such a bad experience, but I don't blame the staff because they really did try their best but greedy owners or incompetent management make it hard for them.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast buffet is worth the price. Lots and lots of options. The hardest thing is to find the entrance to the hotel, to the parking garage, and from the parking garage back to the hotel (there's only one elevator that goes there among the sea of elevators). We spent too much time frustrated walking around the garage. There's a huge mall next door and the hotel uses one floor of their parking garage.
Hotel is a short waking distance from a bunch of restaurants. Reservations are necessary if you want to sit inside where it's air conditioned, even on a weekday.

It's a well located property with all you need right on your doorstep. Spacious rooms and good housekeeping. I've stayed before and enjoyed it however won't be back after this experience. The breakfast area was far too overcrowded on the weekend mornings. The male in charge asked me a question on my third morning there. I'm hard of hearing and not Spanish so didn't pick up that he was asking what hotel I was staying in? When my wife went to intervene he put his hand up and loudly said \"enough\". In no way was his response professional and was in fact offensive. It turned out that the breakfast area was being used by both the illunion 3 and illunion 4 hotels ( I'm not sure if this was a regular occurrence) The outcome was that the staff were overwhelmed and under stress with the buffet food and drinks not being replenished.

I recently stayed at ILUNION Aqua 4 in Valencia. The room itself was quite spacious . It offered plenty of space to relax, and the bed was cozy and clean.

However, the bathroom was a bit of a letdown. The bathtub looked old and worn out, and there was a noticeable smell coming from the drain, which was unpleasant and affected the overall experience. It seemed to be coming from the gutter or plumbing and lingered throughout the stay.

Overall, the hotel has potential with its size and location, but the bathroom maintenance needs serious attention. Fixing these small but important details would definitely improve the comfort level for guests.

We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped through the door. Check in was fast and efficient. Our room was clean, neatly decorated and comfortable. The region around the hotel was close to Arts and Sciences center and unique architecture. Plenty of various food options including the Thai place in the aqua mall. We were surprised as most mall food is mostly chain. It was easy to get around. Breakfast buffet offered hot stuff, cold board, fruit and pastries. Would stay here again.

I recently stayed here with my family for 5 days and wanted to share my thoughts.

**Pros:**
- The breakfast was really good! It offered a variety of options, and I truly enjoyed starting my day with a satisfying meal.
- The location is excellent. It’s within walking distance of popular attractions like the Science Museum, Hemisférico, and the Palace of Art, making it very convenient for sightseeing.

**Cons:**
- Unfortunately, the room left much to be desired. The mattresses were old and sagged easily. We complained on the first night, and the staff placed a blanket on top to mitigate the discomfort. However, it didn’t resolve the issue, and we still had an unpleasant experience.
- The kettle provided in the room was nice, but they didn’t supply any tea bags or coffee. When I called to request some, I was informed that they were available for an additional charge, which seemed rather disappointing.
- The bathroom amenities were lacking. There was only one soap dispenser attached to the wall by the bathtub, and after requesting more soap, they brought me a single bar, as shown in the photo. There were no toiletries or toothbrushes provided, which is something I would expect in a decent accommodation.
- The lifts were extremely slow, making it frustrating to move between floors, especially during busy times.
- Additionally, the floor in our room was broken, indicating poor maintenance throughout the propriety. property.

The property is very nice. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was really good. My only complaint is the AC. The thermostat kept turning off. We called the front desk three times to reset it. It turned off during the night, I woke up at 4 am sweating! They encourage you to call the front desk to reset it even though we had called a few hours before.

This is the perfect spot if you want to be near ciutat de artes y ciencias! It is super clean and easy to get to. It is on top of the mall so you also have quick food options and shopping right there. There are also amazing local spots within walking distance. We didn't even rent bikes. The city is super walkable.

Nice hotel not great for disabled users.

Nice big disabled room, the shower had a disabled chair in it which was idea as when standing on the plastic floor it would sink a little and was slippery when you was using the shower.

The views were amazing from room 505 overlooking the parks and museums. The hotels reception is built on the 4th floor of a shopping centre.but with only a stair access from the hotel to the shopping centre/supermarket/restaurants. The only way for a wheel chair user to access the shopping centre is to get a lift from outside reception to the ground floor and the go around the outside of the building. If you wish to visit a restaurant in the shopping centre then you have to get another lift back up the 3rd floor and do everything in reverse to get back to the hotel.

I know this isn't the hotels fault but if I had known I would of booked else where and feel its important to other wheelchair users.

The facility was very outdated. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We had 2 rooms one had the shower head that was broken and the other room window must have been cracked or broken because I heard a whistling sound all night every couple of seconds this has never happened to me so I had to record it, I couldn’t sleep until past 4 in the morning. The staff on the other hand was very nice and tried to help by switching my room. Unfortunately it’s a poor hotel so I would not recommend or stay in this hotel again. I would not rate it a 4 star hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel located very close to the Oceanographic, one of Valencia’s top attractions. It’s attached to a shopping centre where there is a Mercadona, a great supermarket similar to Sainsbury’s in quality/price. The shopping centre also has a decent bookstore, a Zara shop and a Lego shop where kids can play for free. Valencia is a city designed for walking. I’m in my 50s, so this was a great opportunity to do plenty of exercise just by walking around (it took us about 45 minutes to walk to the city centre from the hotel). I travelled with my partner and little one (2 years-old) and didn’t need to buy the Valencia card. The only issue with the hotel (not their fault apparently) is that the reservation was made for 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, and we’re given 3 single beds. If you’re a parent with a very young child, you know that this is impractical. We spoke to the person in reception who thought putting two beds together was the solution. Again, if you’ve ever tried to do this, then you know this is impractical because of the gap in the middle. In the end, we’re given the type of room I originally booked/paid for the next day, which was great. They could have offered a free breakfast that morning for the inconvenience, but perhaps that’s not their customer service mentality, so fair enough. Aside from this issue the first night, we had a great experience in this hotel.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, just steps away from [like the Palacio de las Artes Reina Sofía ]. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

The breakfast buffet was a real highlight. It offers a wide variety of from fast food to some traditional food along with the likes of Starbucks etc, to cater to different dietary needs. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, with minimal waiting time.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi signal in my twin room on the 4th floor was weak and unreliable. Having a strong internet connection is essential these days, so this did hinder my stay a bit. I did inform the reception desk about the issue on the first day, but unfortunately, there wasn't a resolution during my short visit.

This is a great hotel with a lot to offer, but reliable Wi-Fi is a must-have for many travellers, including myself. If this aspect can be improved, it would significantly enhance the guest experience.
