Breakfast was superb and constantly renewed. The rooms were smallish but probably consistent with europe. The bathroom was dire. Felt like a 70’s hangover. The shower didn't work at all and the available room to get in and out of the bath tub was bordering on a potential accident or injury. Bathroom trim was old and worn. The glass frosted door to the bathroom offered little privacy. Club sandwich in the bar was very good. We never did find the restaurant available for evening meals. Food available in the streets nearby. Launderette available just around the corner and 5 min walk. Staff were friendly and very good English.

Room two small once you deploy the sofa bed. Tables rock like small boats. Restroom without all amenities and a door that doesn’t close shut taking away any privacy. Trash can is nice if it worked properly. We tried the breakfast buffet but the staff might’ve been overworked or something as they were not friendly as most locals were.

The maid and the front desk staff were helpful, courteous and professional. The facility was clean in general. The block-out light drapes were dirty or dated. The bathtub had a plastic flimsy shower head and it looks like it had been retrofitted with a half a glass door over the tub. When you took a shower the water was all over the flower. One of the sheets had a hole and above the air vent looks like the paint job was never finished ( rectangular in shape). Finally, although we arrive at 17:00 we were given the room besides the elevator. I thought that being a gold key member with Expedia had some benefits other than pricing. Finally, the internet access was spotty and was unavailable from around 20:00 on Sunday (March 2) through Monday (March 3) at 10:30 AM.

The room was clean overall, the bathroom shower was complicated and had some rust as well as the grouting around the bathtub could use to be redone. Be warned the shower only has a half door and no curtain so expect the floor to get very wet. But did not affect the overall enjoyment of the stay. Overall the room was pretty small and basic but was nice for only a handful of nights.

Very clean hotel. A little tricky to get taxis in that area. Found ourselves walking up and down the street. It’s sort of in the middle of València- with Old Valencia on one end and the beach on the other. Would have rather of been in the been in the center of the either sides. Otherwise, great!

We booked a family room, one king bed on double sofa bed, it was the main reason for choosing this property. When we arrived to the room the air conditioning was broken and the bathroom smell was not nice. We ended up sleeping in separate rooms because there were no other family rooms available. 😏

The hotel is not in the best location. The hotel is pretty run down. The hallway smelled. The metal bars on our window had bird feces dripping from them. You can hear the birds all the time. The pool was closed and the website never mentioned it. The view of homeless people tenting across the street was not a pleasant view to see. But the breakfast was great!

No air conditioning. Room was warm and we had to open the window which had no screen! No coffee maker in room — only a hot pot. We only received one paper coffee cup and one welcome water each day for the week that we were there even though we were two guests.

This property is a bit far from the main attractions and the city center you will either need to take a taxi or public transport. Very good for the price and very clean as well. Although the breakfast isn't worth 17.5 euros per person. It is better to eat out.

It costs 433 euros for 2days. Hotel, lobby, elevator and lobby look old and especially fitness room is joke. The elevators didn't work properly. And also there is no taxi parking place so it was really inconvenience. Breakfast was not great compared the other Marriot. This hotel needs improving

Perfect Hotel for Valencia marathon
The hotel is located close to the registration and start/finish venue of the Valencia marathon. Staff were friendly and attentive with comfortable rooms. Special pre race dinners served in the hotel bar were well priced although breakfast was expensive for what was on offer.
I would recommend staying nearer the city centre for a regular site seeing trip but this was perfect for the marathon.

One of us mentioned their birthday to a male receptionist, and we were surprised with a cake - It was a lovely surprise and we appreciated their kindness. Convenient Location to Tourist Attractions
Very convenient location between the City of Arts & Science museum campus and the beaches near the Aqua Multi-Espacio shopping mall. The #19-bus goes from the hotel to/from the city center for 1.50 EUR and about a half mile walk to the nearest metro stop. We were able to check-in quickly when we arrived and they upgraded our room even though we booked via hotels.com. They refreshed our room with complimentary bottled water and I really enjoyed the almond snack they left for us.

Feels new, very clean, timeless design, very helpful staff and real service. Also a great location. The staff went the extra mile so to speak to make sure we understood the area, restraunts , attractions, etc. the in-house restraint was excellent! Beds and pillows were heavenly. Hotel is located near the arts and science area of the city. The city centre is approx 2 Miles away (€9 euros each way in a taxi). The metro is approx half a mile away with a flat rate of €4.40 to get to the airport. If I was to return to Valencia I would choose a hotel in the city centre.
Staff were excellent, hotel was clean and modern with a nice terrace area.
Rooms were basic and quite stuffy with an old air conditioning system that wasn’t particularly effective. I would have also liked to have had tea and making facilities in the room as well as a safe.

this hotel is good but when we arrived jan 3 , it was cold but not much and they had the heaters on and they were not separated so the entire building has the same temperature they suggested to open the window so we did and honestly we slept like we were sleeping in the street, still warm and the noise was very loud , due to this they gave us complimentary breakfast , breakfast was ok very basic but was free otherwise I wouldn't buy was around 20 euros per person, parking is very very narrow and full of columns everywhere

The beds are not the most comfortable but the hotel is well positioned to take the bus to the old center, it is very clean, it has a good breakfast and its reception staff are most helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
