The rooms were basic and could do with some TLC. All furniture was chipped/peeling, fairly dusty, wallpaper peeling in places. Some marks and yellowing of linens. The bathroom was marginally better. Have stayed in better NH hotels for the same price but location is king.

This was not brought up at the hotel as the reception staff were not interested in customer service. Check in was extremely slow even as the only arriving guests at the time, often stood talking to each other while guests waited, didn’t give relevant information (e.g. where breakfast was or what time).

Breakfast was good, plentiful choices and constantly refreshed as things ran low.

The 3* is pretty much for location and for the bar/breakfast staff. These staff members were brilliant, friendly, and helpful. They should be on reception as the only people interested in being in a customer-facing role. The breakfast staff deserve to be praised and acknowledged by the hotel as their saving grace.

Check-in was nice and easy. Had a butterfly come out of the air vent at night which was not nice. AC was not working properly either. Otherwise, the room was good. Location was great, just one street away from the City of Arts and Sciences which was very convenient. Turia park can lead you to Old Town.
Excellent pastry shop around the corner for breakfast option (La Pequena Pasteleria de Mama Valencia) and dining options around.

overall this is an OK hotel, if you get a good deal on price, otherwise doesnt live to normal NH standards
rooms are small, gym is very very small, pool is tiny - but all of these are usable again if you get a good deal overall. Breakfast was bland and not worth the money.
Area is great and very accessible. Lots of options nearby though and is great to walk around

It was very well located and the bus passed just in front of the hotel. It was a short walking distance from the Ciudad de las Artes, just a block away. And there was a shopping center with huge supermarket two blocks from the hotel.

Loud AC and almost no cool air, refrigerator not working at all, there was a silver fish on the ceiling, asked for a double bed, but got two single beds instead; I had a really good experience at NH Vigo but not NH Valencia Las Artes, it would be decent if the price was 50eur, but I paid 110eur per night, you would expect better.

Overall it was a good hotel, I wouldn’t give it a four star rating. There was no iron in the room and even though I requested one and was there for three nights it never arrived. We were charged for the water in the room, which is not made clear until checkout and it’s extortionate at 4€ a bottle. I would also say the breakfast room is much too small for the capacity of the hotel and the food choice is limited

Really pleased with our stay here. We had adjoining rooms for our family which worked really well. Plenty of space and reasonably well appointed. The pool was small but totally workable for a few families at a time and felt like a real luxury. The bar staff were all super friendly!

The hotel was very comfortable, and nice for the price. The underground parking structure was very challenging to maneuver in the tight spiral ramps. If you have a slightly larger vehicle (we had a Peugeot 5800?). It was too tight to feel safe as you are going down the ram0 and finding a space in the parking areas. Avoid it, if possible. A small fiat or smart car should have no problems there.

I have been on a 3 week vacation through Portugal and Spain and have stayed in 6 hotels and some Apartments. I must say that NH Valencia Las Artes was the worst. It started with a scary drive into the parking garage. I have never been in such a narrow garage with such difficult turns. Next I walk into the lobby and think this does not seem like a 4 star hotel. Next I go tot he room. It is so tiny and bare and felt like a dorm room. No kettle or coffee maker, no complimentary water (all other hotels I stayed at provided those).The AC barely worked. Luckily we only booked this hotel for 1 night.

My observations are primarily focused on the \"Pet Friendly\" aspects of the NH Valencia Las Artes.

Parking beneath the hotel was easy and well priced. We booked one of their pet friendly rooms which, although somewhat small, was well designed to help mitigate any random barks your dogs may volunteer during the night. We traveled with our two small dogs and were happy to discover that the hotel did not add on any additional fees for the second dog.

Our room was very dated. The flooring was that horrible vinyl laminate from the 90’s that just looks and feels cheap. The bathroom was well equipped, but also ready for a make-over. The windows to the street are not double-glazed, so the room was subject to street noise. The queen bed ranked up there with one of the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. It was hard as a rock. Bring earplugs and a bottle of your favorite hooch!

The area around the hotel was GREAT and just steps from the Ciudad de las Artes, which is an amazing place to walk your dogs. There is also a small park directly behind the hotel that is lit at night and is super convenient when you need to take your dogs out for a quick break.

The staff was excellent and super friendly. Overall, I really appreciated the hotel being so accommodating to pets. Criticisms aside, knowing that our dogs were welcome and being so close to truly spectacular places to walk them helped make our stay in Valencia very enjoyable.

Had a fantastic time staying in this hotel. Staff were very friendly and were helpful with any queries I had. Location is brilliant as you are right on the doorstep of the museum. Also a 20 minute bus ride from the beach which was bonus. Stayed here on my own and I'd definitely return. Saler mall also round the corner to keep you busy.

the hotel a bit old, very noisy, the ac didnt work, and the room
was super small for 3 persons.

2) Internet connexion was not good inside the room. It was excellent in the lobby an hallways; even in the bathroom was good, but not in the bed/desk area.

Good located hotel with bus stop just round the corner. The no 24 or 25 and C1 bus takes you directly into town in about 20 mins. The 95 takes you to the beach in approx. 35mins.
The views from the top floor are amazing. You have an amazing view of the Palau de les Arts which is an incredible building. Pity there is no bar up there so you can really enjoy the views in comfort.
The reception staff are a little hostile. 2 were very nice, but I did learn that this is how Spanish people are in Valencia and in the cities…a little unfriendly (but you get used to it).
My room on the 2nd floor was great. Quiet, very comfortable bed, AC, good shower & hairdryer. Good mini bar with cold drinks and snacks. Very good & quick laundry service too.
The breakfast is fabulous with lots of homemade typical Spanish food and also you can drink the local drink Horchata which is fantastic. The restaurant is also excellent with a fantastic day menu at very reasonable prices.
I was a little disappointed with the bar areas. There is only 1 small bar in the lobby, which is not so nice to drink at. The upstairs areas would have been great for a small bar and the rooftop (solarium) would have done a good trade if there had been a bar up there. A real pity as there isn’t really any outside places to sit and have a drink and enjoy the surroundings.
Overall a great place to stay. Strongly recommended.

I stayed 3 nights, 2nd day the TV stop working, they try to fix it but were unable, they changed us to another room, we left and return at midnight, AC was not working properly, try to get help but nobody answer in reception, had to sleep with open windows. Terrible night.

I travel a lot. This hotel belongs to the one of the best. Excellent location, very good connotations to the city centre. All bus stops are very close to hotel. Cidad de l ass Artes only few meters away - one of the biggest attraction of Valencia. Any way i can only recommend.

We’ve stayed at the NH Arts in Valencia before. The first night we reported the a/c malfunction after the 1st night and were told it was fixed, but the 2nd night it was the same. Overall found the lobby floor had broken tiles and it looked dirty. It’s a shame....

Small room! The bathroom was a disaster indeed could not sit on the toilet properly had to sit sideways because there was a walk right in front with so little leg room only a small child could fit. Bathtub was half the size of a standard bathtub. Air conditioning broke and not working. I tried to go to reception four times and very time no one there. Reception was always unmanned no matter which time of the day it was. Disappointed

The hotel staff are rude! Told us to “google the number and book ourselves” when we asked them to book a table at restaurant. We also asked them to order pizza for us and whilst the hotel staff said yes he was very rude. We told him to ask for the difference in size for the medium and large pizzas and when he got the answer of 26cm we said can you find out how many slices. He said you can always cut it yourself in which we responded with we don’t have scissors or a knife. He was then prepared to give us a knife rather than ask a simple question! If we could get a knife so easily, it makes us question the safety of the hotel!! On another occasion, when we returned from going out, we found our hotel door was open - again no safety! The swimming pool is fairly deep and there are no cameras or signs to say how deep the pool is! I’m actually surprised this is a 4 star hotel, would definitely not recommend coming here!!

Nice Modern and Cmfortable Hotel

Very nice and extremely clean modern hotel next to the City of Arts and Sciences, the architectural marvel of Valencia. Quick easy #19 bus right across the street to the old city and the popular Rusafa neighborhood.

The room was extremely clean and very comfortable and had a great bathroom. Nice indoor pool and sauna.

The entire staff were very helpful but Raul and Jesus really were extremely helpful and friendly. Gracias Chicos.

Location of the hotel was perfect. It was easy to walk to historical sites and restaurants. The facility was very clean and the staff was helpful. They encouraged us to leave our bags for 1/2 a day while we wondered the city before our evening flight. I would definitely stay here again.
