Moto GP weekend

The hotel was quite good the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is a bit of a way out of the centre but that was not a problem for us. The children's pull out bed was a bit uncomfortable. I would stay here again.

Not the nicest part of down town. Bu takes 10 min to walk to the science center. About 30min to walk to the port. 10 min walk to lasrge shopping mall.

Modern, clean hotel for a great price

This is a fantastic, modern hotel with great transport connections outside the door to the city centre. The hotel seems to have been totally refitted very recently and it's very funky.

On the downside, the Wifi in the hotel was very bad and almost unusable. The connection would drop every couple of minutes and made work very, very difficult. This issue was apparent on several devices and everyone in our party experienced the issues. They also require a new login every 24 hrs and this is really pointless. If they must have a login system, why not have the room number and booking surname?

Also, the rooms would really benefit from a fridge!

A great stay

The hotel offered everything we required with friendly, helpful staff and parking. The room was clean and comfortable and even though we were close to a busy roundabout it was quiet. Taking a bus into the city centre was very easy and there were restaurants within a short walking distance in a commercial centre.

Clean hotel nice rooms

Hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious. I thought it was a bit high considering the location but we stayed during a festival.
Breakfast was a mad house because the hotel was full but crossants were delicious. Coffee and juice was from a machine so it tasted so so.

Basic hotel close to Arts and sciences attractions

No nearby metro stop, so car is a must.
We stayed for 7 nights, breakfast provided is basic and exactly the same every day.
No chance for car parking on nearby streets (very heavily used) so the €15pd charge becomes necessary.
Internet is an additional charge which I feel is a mistake by the hotel management

Staff are pleasant and speak reasonably good English.

Hotel ideally situated for being close to La Fe Hospital. Breakfast was nice. Shower gel was empty in shower was my only complaint and the tv was very poor only 3 old analogue channels on a 20 yr old tv.

Bit out of the way , bus service is good from the street behind the hotel.
Not much in the way of restaurants to eat in in the area. Hotel staff were excellent, but if the owners spent a few dollars to upgrade would be a help! Rooms are set up with sofa bed which is always made up so makes room a bit cramped!

OKAY FOR THE MONEY

NOT TOO BAD. THEY NICKLE AND DIME YOU FOR EVERYTHING. $15 A DAY FOR PARKING, $9 A DAY FOR WIFI, COFFEE (VERY GOOD) $1.50 PER CUP. BREAKFAST BUFFET IS A SAVING GRACE. GOOD LOCATION FOR A BIT OF A WALK TO THE SCIENCE AND ARTS CENTER. BUSES WERE CLOSE FOR OUR SIGHTSEEING DOWN TOWN. STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

This hotel was a good base for us while staying in Valencia, it was clean and comfortable with a very good buffet breakfast. Would have liked to have been a little more central, but catching a bus or a taxi from outside the hotel was not a problem.

The rate for the room was reasonable the parking rate for customers should be part of the Hotels description on the web as it is excessive as is the internet charges. Breakfast was reasonable but again if you have to drive getting into the Hotel is a challenge.

don't confused with Holiday Inn Hotel. if you want to use internet, then you have to pay money per hour. it's not small amount. and the location is not closed to down town, have to take a bus or taxi. nothing around the hotel. only one poor restaurante in next door. the heating system was not working well. it was really cold at night( it was FEB)

Holiday Inn Express Valencia-San Luis - Good clean

A quality hotel from a reliable brand, modern, clean, air-con, sat tv etc.A good, clean, cheap hotel, great for those who dont mind a taxi ride, to far to be a centre hotel, but at under fifty euros (out of season) for two inc breakfast, its a no-brainer.

Hotel is out of town but the number seven bus is regular and takes you very near. A taxi from Valencia station cost 7.50 Euros, cheap, however when the staff called a taxi to take us to town from the hotel we were charged 13 Euros!! Beware!! Step out in the street and stop a taxi, that way you don't get ripped off. Staff are helpful and the room was clean. For me this hotel will only be for short stops, I found the room so small and there was no wardrobe to hang clothes. Apart from a tiny resturant at the back of the hotel there is nothing else nearby. Breakfast was basic but adequate, the same thing each morning, the menu never changed. There was no fridge in the room and no facility for making tea or coffee. The only computer downstairs was not working so no internet facility. This has been so for a while from reading previous reviews.
Price was good. If you are looking for somewhere cheap, clean and basic and you are prepared to travel into town, go for it, if not stay else where preferably nearer town.

Good Hotel for the Price

Conveniently located to the modern section of Valencia, about a 10-15 min walk to the Science and Art Center. However you need to take a bus to the old city. No restaurants or anything around but the hotel has a good breakfast included. The only suggestion is, ask for a room on the higher floors or opposite of the garage. The hotel is connected to residential houses and our room was over 4 garages that were opening all night long.

Hôtel situé sur un énorme rond point trés facile d'accès.

Notre séjour c'est effectué en 2 fois ,nuits étapes d'un long trajet aller et retour. réservé et payé en ligne pour une première visite de Valencia.

La première fois, 2 nuits, chambre pour 4 très petite, mini placard pour vêtements, drap tâchés, pas d'alèse au matelas et petit, le matelas du canapé lit des enfants troué! Salle de Bain petite, WC dans la salle de bain, Baignoire abimée et robinetterie bancale, chambre bruyante avec les bruits du couloir et des voitures.
La lumière du couloir passe sur les cotés de la porte!

La deuxième fois, 1 nuit, nous avions demandé à la fin du 1er séjour à avoir une chambre en hauteur et orienté à l’arrière du bâtiment, ce qui a été fait. là il y avait une alèse au matelas, mais toujours le matelas du canapé lit de mauvaise qualité et les enfants sentaient les barres à travers. ( 2 enfants de 20 et 25 kg)
Là aussi S de B propre mais baignoire abimée et robinetterie à revoir.
En résumé, hôtel pas cher et vieillot au niveau des salles de bains, pratique car parking pour la voiture (c'est ce qui nous avait fait choisir cet hôtel à la réservation, ne connaissant pas la ville, en plus de sa proximité de l'Océaographique). Le personnel n'est pas désagréable mais un peu sec.
Cet hôtel nous a rendu service à bas prix et nous a permis de découvrir Valencia, la prochaine fois nous resterons ailleurs.

La zona non è un granché, ma tutto sommato ben collegato, a 50mt dall'albergo ci sono le fermate del 7 e 13 che portano in centro, di fronte la 99 che porta alla città della scienza ed al centro commerciale; da li con il 20 o il 23 si arriva direttamente alle spiagge della Malvarrosa e Cabanjal.
Il personale è un po' apatico e fatica a salutare, avendo avuto a che fare con loro solo per check-in e check-out poco importa.

Cerca de nada y lejos de todo, coche para cualquier cosa, la habitacion era pequeña y la cama matrimonial para 2 nose si seria de 1.05m...bastante ruidosa y no por los ruidos del exterior sino x los interiores y limpieza la justa y necesaria por no decir k un poco pobre. Mucha modernidad pero carece de muchas cosas.. no tienen los amenities básicos que todo hotel tienen para sus clientes. La atención en recepción deja mucho que desear, las paredes son de cartón. Si pretendes descansar en ese hotel la llevas clara... todo se oye. Muy caro para lo que realmente es. Yo no volveré, ni tampoco se lo recomendaría a ningún amigo/conocido.

J'ai passé une nuit à l'hôtel, tres accueillant, bien desservi, assez confortable dans l'ensemble.
Cependant manque de place pour circuler dans une chambre pour 3/4 pers. Pas de frigo dans la chambre.
Point négatif petit dej, et parking prix non compris dans celui de la chambre, hors aux alentours, des hôtels proposent, pour moins cher voir, même prix, ces services et sont compris dans le tarif... bien dommage!..

De manera no muy buena, he tenido que usar este hotel por ingreso de familiar reiteradamente cada cierto tiempo , a pesar de las circunstancias el hotel ha sido perfecto, limpio, camas comodísimas (mi primera necesidad), cerca del hospital y con servicio personal muy bueno.

Bei starkem Wind pfiff es sehr laut, trotz verschlossener Fenster.
Keine Informationen auf dem Zimmer zu Metro, Bus, Valenbisi, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Resaurants, Kneipen, etc.
Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit eigenartigem Kaffee. Sonst alles prima.
Ich fand das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss gut. Mein Mann nicht. Ich würde wiederkommen.

Goede locatie!

Dit hotel bevindt zich op een zeer goede locatie. Op loopafstand van het centrum van Valencia en Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias de Valencia. Wij hadden een familiekamer met 2 bedden en een slaapbank en vonden het toch aan de krappe kant. Erg fijn dat ze honden toelaten en een gesloten privé garage hebben.

très, petit bémol pour les transports en commun.

Séjour d'affaires pour le salon du carrelage, l'hôtel est un peu trop éloigné de tout et particulièrement du réseau métro - tram. Le personnel est au top, ayant eu un problème pour revenir à l'hôtel le dernier jour, je suis arrivé à midi et ai laissé la chambre vers 13h00, aucun supplément ne m'a été demandé.
En taxi, de l'hôtel à la feria environ 17 €.

Nous descendons chaque année dans cet hôtel car il se situe sur notre passage. Seul reproche : facturation d'une olace de parking pour la nuit (15 euros), idem pour un petit chien 15 euros également. Nous trouvons ces prix trop élevés.
