the location is very nice as it places you one bus ride away from the beach, the tourist attractions, and the airport.

The room view was toward the inside of the building, which wasn't great, but you're not there to stay in the room, are you?

Regrettably, the room's ventilation was not ideal, as the only window faced the air conditioning units, leading to a warm, humid environment and considerable noise from the units. Furthermore, the bathroom lacked ventilation. Although the experience was passable, I would not opt to stay there again.

This is the second time in seven years that l have stayed at this property. I was given the exact same room which has had no renovations at all in all these years. The room is very dated and needs some work. It would be really nice to have a coffee maker in the room. I would pay extra for that if necessary. The location is ideal for my needs. I will not be choosing this hotel again if l return to Valencia. There are other options, perhaps more costly, that would suit my needs better.

Disappointing Stay, Not Worth the Price

I recently stayed at Sweet Hotel Renasa, & I must say it was not a good experience at all, especially considering the amount of money paid. There are definitely better hotels available that would provide at least a decent level of service for a similar price. The room was incredibly small. It felt cramped and suffocating, almost like being in a prison cell. The lack of space made it difficult to move around comfortably and enjoy my stay. Furthermore, the condition of the toilets was highly disappointing. There was water on the floor, and I even found hair on the toilet commode seat. The glass in the toilet was wet, which gave off an unclean and unsanitary impression. The placement of the bed right next to the door was another issue. It resulted in a constant disturbance from the noise in the corridor. The staff members were talking loudly early in the morning, making it impossible to get a peaceful night's sleep. I had to resort to using a white noise app on my phone just to drown out the noise and try to rest. Adding to the discomfort, the radiator in the room made loud thud sounds, which further disrupted my sleep and added to the overall lack of tranquility. No iron facility. Based on my experience. The issues with the room size, cleanliness, noise, and maintenance were significant enough to overshadow any positive aspects of the hotel. I am genuinely surprised that this hotel has received an 8* review, as my experience did not align with such high praise

Good rooms, avoid breakfast

Stayed for 3 nights early August. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. My only grip with the hotel is the breakfast. Limited choice, the ‘hot food’ ie scrambled eggs, bacon etc are brought out at 08:00 not kept warm through to 10:00. Essentially by 8:15 everything is cold. Limited selection of fruits and what is there can be of poor quality.
Free parking in the streets nearby, but you may have to drive around the block a few times to find a space

This hotel is excellently placed to reach the city centre and the airport via the Metro.
The staff were very helpful and amenable.
It has a coffee, snack or meals dining area open all day. There are also many good restaurants and snack bars near and easy to walk to.
Breakfast has a wide selection and is worth the money.
Highly recommend this clean and welcoming hotel.

Stayed for one night prior to early transatlantic flight. Staff was very nice and allowed to check couple of hours earlier vs usual, as was leaving 4 am next day. Facility is very clean. Staff is welcoming. Area is next to University campus, walkable and nice. Relatively close to Terranos / Old town gates Towers and Turia river dry bed gardens. Nice one day stay. Recc with no reservations….

This property was super clean and the staff was both friendly and efficient. As we were a group of three couples scattered throughout the property we found each room was different in both size and amenities. We had the biggest room but no fridge or bidet while the one other couple with the cheapest room had both of these. The third couple had a much smaller room than the rest of us and also without the amenities of the cheapest room. All in all, we were happy because of the cleanliness and super staff!

It was a nice, 3-star hotel, probably a 3.5 but I can’t give a 4 star due to property conditions and others things. The rooms were ready and cozy, clean and tidy. The buffet wasn’t that great, there wasn’t a good range of food, there was cross contamination of meat and vegetarian stuff as some of my friends my cannot eat meat. There were broken things in the rooms, sometimes the blankets had dirt marks, the shower head was dark of not being clean and I think for the price it wasn’t worth at all even for a 3 star. I have payed less for 4 star that have better conditions. It was okay experience but I wouldn’t comeback or recommended it.

Could use just a few improvements

I wanted to give this hotel the full stars but I have to be completely honest...there were a few items that bothered me. The first item that got under my skin is I specifically booked this hotel for the access to the gym even though I paid about 20% more than some of the other hotels who were closer to the city center. When I arrived the gym was closed and I was told due to COVID however they didn't advertise this when booking. Also, all the gyms in the local area were still open so I think this must have been a liability issue with the hotel. A few other recommendations if this hotel wishes to compete with some other hotels is to offer a few items that usually come standard with a room: kettle, cups, complimentary tea/instant coffee. Also there was only 1 towel and 1 hand towel in the room. I've never seen this before...almost all rooms I've ever stayed in offer 2 of each. Overall my stay was not bad but I'm just offering some feedback for improvement.

The manager refused to speak with us when we had a question about checking out early from the hotel. I understand if there is a no refund policy, but for a manager of a hotel to refuse to speak to one of their guests is completely unprofessional. The hotel staff acted too good to help us with any problems. We tried to obtain a receipt at the end of our stay and it was near impossible to get a receipt depicting our stay. They thought a printed out credit card charge was sufficient. My friend stayed in a different room and he received a completely different format for a receipt.
Anyone can go to the front desk and ask for a key. My travel buddy was given a key to the wrong room and walked in on a woman in the middle of the night. Anyone was able to ask for a key without showing any form of ID. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Beware parking your car here...window was put in on first night....strangely nothing was stolen and suspiciously convenient there is a car window place right across the road from the hotel which the staff knew the number for...so maybe happens a lot?

The hotel was clean but very basic. it was located on a very busy street so was noisy at night. It suited me as my trip was for business purposes and I could walk to my location each day. I would not recommend the food at all, the fruit was nice for the breakfast but the cereals were dry and tasteless. The hot breakfast was oily and cold. I also ate in their cafeteria one evening and I did not enjoy the food at all. It was cold and again very bland. The reception staff were friendly, in particular, Paco who was so friendly and extremely helpful.

Really nice service from staff (gave us directions/map and recommendations, ordered a taxi for our middle of the night check out, brought us a wine bottle opener to the room ... they even let us use forks and knives from the restaurant for our snacks in the room! The mini gym was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was good as well (cereals, toasts, pasteries and muffins, cheeses, ham, sausages and srambled eggs, etc) but served warm...instead of hot! Good walking distance from metro stations (2) and the tram. Very good value for the price!

While visiting our daughter, who is attending the Univercity of Valencia for the semester, we stayed at the Hotel Renasa. The front desk team was quite polite and helpful. The housekeeping team did a good job. The rooms were basic, nothing fancy, but they were clean and well maintained. I would avoid the restaurant. We went into the restaurant around 9 PM one evening, which is more than acceptable in Spain. Three of the personnel noticed us, never came over to greet us or set the table. Two parties walked in behind us and were greeted. We were sitting at the next table and still no service. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere.n

In the morning the staff was wonderful guiding us around and giving us ideas to get around Spain.

Close to friends' home so ideal for me - only 20 mins to centre of Valencia. Overall great hotel and value including lovely cafeteria and staff and incredibly comfortable beds!

One of reception was a bit unhelpful as I was having intermittent problems with key cards not working the door or lights, and looked frustrated at having to sort things out. Wifi problems were resolved quickly.

Parkeer gelegenheid is niet optimaal, verouderde parkeergarage.

Laatste avond bleek warm watervoorziening niet te werken, zou alleen werken tussen 7.30 en 8.30. Wij moesten helaas om 05.00 uitchecken. Dit was erg vervelend maar was wel duidelijk gecommuniceerd.

I forgot my sunglasses, and they were really, really kind to save them for me, pack them, and deliver them to a courier. The room was spacious and clean. One night, there was a bit of noise, with people listening to music loudly, but once again, the receptionist resolved the problem very quickly.
