I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean; the location of the hotel is perfect. You have the metro and a tram stop just across the road. The city centre is only a few stops away and you can also take the metro to the airport

Small and friendly

This is a simple but very comfortable hotel, both for its location and the comfort of its rooms. It is not in the centre of Valencia's attractions, but it has a metro and tram station on the doorstep and is 15 minutes away from everything. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. This small hotel has everything.

I felt safe and welcome at this property. Shopping facilities were all around the property. Very convenient for transport.
A shoot out to the staff who were very friendly and worked very hard to accommodate hotel requests. I do prefer to have access to a safe in room. Something that was not in place. Valuables could be secured at front desk. Some staff spoke several languages which was helpful.
I would definitely consider staying here again if l return to Valencia.

The check-in process was ridiculously complicated and confusing. They were the only hotel that required I check in and pay the first night before arrival, though Expedia indicated this wouldn’t be necessary. The original they gave me to check in didn’t work so they had to send another. Then they credited and debited my card several more times.

The hotel is a long walk (almost an hour) from the main train station.

On the plus side: bed less hard than others I experienced in Spain, breakfast reasonably priced, nice sized room and bathroom.

Great location a 20 minute walk into the centre of Valencia , lovely comfortable room nice bed and great shower we had a room with a terrace which was lovely , hotel staff very friendly asked for a kettle and some mugs for the room no bother a nice touch a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. If I was busting Valencia again would definitely stay here again

it is a very simple hotel, very well located, within walking distance of the historic centre. Despite its simplicity, the hotel is truly exceptional in three respects: the staff is genuinely friendly and dedicated, the facilities work perfectly well in all respects and the breakfast is excellent. In short, the price/quality ratio of this hotel is second to none. And if you're the kind of person who likes to enjoy bars and restaurants that are not so often visited by tourists, this is the perfect place.

Building settling?

Parking is not free, and street parking is non-existent. The lobby was nice for visiting with friends. The door striker plate was out of whack, and it was almost impossible to latch the door so it couldn't just be pushed open, and it was impossible to lock it.

Check in was friendly and efficient, including arranging car parking for us. Our room was spacious with a great terrace looking out towards the city. The location of the hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk into the town centre but we hired bicycles from the hotel (€12) which were great- Valencia is a very bike friendly city. Breakfast was great value although the dining area is small meaning you sometimes need to wait for a table.

The place was perfectly clean, functional and offers an excellent service and good base. It doesn’t offer luxury but is comfortable and good value.
Buffet breakfast is amazingly only €7.20!
Brilliantly situated for public transport to practically anywhere in the city with the metro stop and tram just within a minute away. There are bars, and cafes and casual dining but convenient rather than recommendable.

Pleasant stay in Hotel Olympia Universidades

Pleasantly surprised with this not-so-expensive hotel situated in the center of Valencia. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful (only snag limited knowledge of English language which was a bit of a barrier although they tried their utmost to help). Very recommended.

This hotel is run by a very freindly team. Breakfast is very nice and great value for money. The neighborhood has a wide choice of bars and restaurants at a reasonable price. The Pizza place next to the hotel is worth a visit.

Transport is easy with a direct line to the airport just outside of the hotel. There is also a tram which goes direct to the University and the beach.

I will be back in Valencia next year and this hotel will be my first choice!

Walk to city about 20 minutes but 3 day travel ticket (T3) good value. Has to be bought from customer service centre in Metro station.
Room large, comfortable and clean. Room on upper floor quiet.
AC not working during my winter stay but room a bit too warm. No room safe.
Kettle and cup available on request.
The hard working and efficient lady who cleaned my room on Wednesday was excellent

Well overall I liked the hotel but I think a lot probably depends on which side of the corridor you're on. i was on the street side that was quite noisy but only bothered me on my first night when I'd had a long day. Being right next to the metro and the tram was a bonus.

Pristojan hotel,sobe čiste,svaki dan sobarica čisti i menja peškire.Nije bilo buke.Dobro po vezan saobraćajnim linijama sa plažom i centrom grada.Vrlo sam zafovoljna osobljeđ hotela.Doručak mismo uzimali.Jedima za erka su ptilično male sobe i neugledana okolina hotela.

Excellent stay!

The property is located just outside of the main town area of Vinaros but the walk is easy - only about 15 min. It is also a pretty straightforward 20 min walk from the train station. The property owner/manager Fernando is a a lovely person. He was very courteous with his time and was extremely helpful. I would strongly recommend the property

Stayed four nights with my wife and we both loved it.The hotel is very clean and modern and in very good location. Metro station is few metres away, tram stop right in front and bus stop literally around the corner so it was very easy to get to the city centre but you could also walk there in about 25mins.The room was good size, the aircon worked well and the minifridge was a bonus. Staff is friendly and professional who spoke good english. The bufet breakfast was tasty and plenty to choose from.

Location is plenty of restaurants and bars,
Transportation is very handy, right outside the hotel there is metro station and tram station only take 20 minutes to get to the airport!!
Only problem with me is no waiting lounge.

Perfect location for those who want simple transport from airport. Metro is just 50 metres from hotel. 30 minutes on Metro from airport direct on Line 3.

Good location for walking into old city or an easy tram ride to the seaside. Good selection of bars nearby. Buffet breakfast is good too!

Good value for short stay

Very quiet neighborhood. Room was very tight for 3 people but clean. Couldn’t get A/C fan for circulation to work so slept with window open - hence why I know it is a quiet neighborhood.

staff were very friendly and helpful, beds/rooms were always clean. Our shower head base thing fell off (no one was hurt) but it was fixed straight away and didn’t happen again. Even if we had any issues I believe and felt that they would of been dealt with fast and efficiently, but because the stay/staff were great this never was an issue. Highly recommend, especially if you’re travelling as right next to metro/tram station.

Didn't bother going back to Reception as problem solved by opening window, but A/c unit only blew out heat despite reducing thermostat in warm room. On busy road/tram route but double glazing very good so could not hear traffic noise. No comment on breakfast as not included in my rate. Plenty of shops/eating places nearby, as is Metro station so easy access to all city.

Basic but clean room

Very basic room near university area and right off the bus line. Room could use some updating but otherwise clean and comfortable. No coffeemaker but they made available electric kettle. Rooms are small and our curtain was vinyl. Good for a night and quiet even though it’s off a busy street.

A great hotel. Really helpful staff. Metro station outside for tram to beach or centre. But a nice wslk through gardens which are 5 minutes from the hotel. A great experience made possible by helpful staff and comfy rooms.

Good hotel, excellent location for sightseeing.

The Hotel is located in an area with good, direct transport links to the airport, train station, the marina and beach areas, (the metro and underground are just outside the hotel). A twenty minute walk through the park takes you to the edge of the old city. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, good shower and the toiletries were replenished daily. The continental breakfast menu was good, with fresh fruit, juices, tea and coffee, choice of three hot dishes plus the usual cheeses, ham and sausage cold buffet, plus cereals, rolls, bread, jams and spreads and cakes. My wife is a coeliac and therefore has to have a gluten free diet, we informed the hotel by email prior to our arrival and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived for breakfast, that a choice of gluten free bread, rolls and cake was offered to her. Like other budget hotels there is sometimes slight noise from adjoining rooms and corridors and although the rooms are modern, comfortable and kept clean, the floor laminate floor in our room was a little worn in places.

Very convenient location + great value for money.

The best asset of this hotel is definitely its location. It is right next to the Benicamlet metro station which is one of the most connected metro stations in Valencia. More importantly the metro takes you directly to the airport so door to door from hotel to airport could be as quick as half an hour (even though the trains don't run as frequently as in bigger cities). Also great connections to the city centre or the Science and Arts Park and the Turia riverbed park. The hotel itself is quite small and the lobby doubles up as a breakfast area in the morning but it's pretty manageable for the amount of people. The breakfast bought extra is only € 6.00 and there is plenty of choice, including tortilla, toasts, fruit etc. The room is very modern, comfortable and clean. The only thing was there was no safe to keep your passport but it was safe anyway. Also, the room was too hot but you could open a window to get more fresh air in. In addition, the walls were quite thin and you could hear people in neighbouring rooms as well as corridors. There was also only a walk in shower which I prefer to a bathtub anyway. If you're a light sleeper, it might be quite inconvenient. The staff were very courteous and helpful. It was a great experience and excellent value for money and I would recommend it.

Good value great location

Very well run Hotel beds comfy, great wifi, staff and location. Only drawback was noisy clients next door the walls are quite thin but a few nights stay is fine for most. Very easy access to Metro and bus we would recommend this hotel and return if we are in Valencia

Good value hotel for 1-2 day stay

10 meters to the tram for the beach and 50 meters to the metro to head into town. 20 mins walk to old town. Plenty of bars and restaurants in local area. Parking reasonable. Staff very helpful. Rooms basic but clean. A good value package for stay and location

Stayed as recommended for a friends' wedding. The room was functional, clean, nothing fancy but a decent cheap option. Breakfast wasn't up to too much but only EUR 5 so can't expect a massive spread! Appreciated the midday checkout.

Near to the city and metro nearby

The hotel is great. Metro station just in front of the hotel it link to city, beach and airport as well. Definitely very convenience. They change my room the next day because some complain down stair for the leakage. The first room was much better than that one changed but still acceptable.

Hotel situato poco a Nord del Centro Storico con il vantaggio non indifferente di disporre di una fermata del metrò a pochi metri di distanza (tra l’altro sulla linea che porta direttamente all’Aereoporto). Camera funzionale e pulita con un letto molto comodo ed un bagno semplice ma dotato dei Servizi descritti. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.
