Arrival no welcome smile/confidence.unprofessional paper and card put in front of me to sign no information what they were for after I asked.they were room information and you have a swipe card entry system.room perfect!!.your star attraction Swimming Pool lacking information A.another entry card required B.valid for one day only .C up&down several times pool/reception to find out what should have been told on arrival.D.pride myself on being a fit 81year old but not appreciating the extra enforced exercise of your stairs back&to pool/reception.E.great entertainer’s Friday &Satuday.
Overall a good time!!
Just need to train you staff more make them confident,happy &welcoming so they enjoy working for you.

Lovely hotel but a bit 'tired '. Some toiletries left on top of the shower from previous room guests. Biscuits in the room would be a nice touch. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent catering for all needs. Parking could have been signposted better. Access to hotel from the carpark was up a precarious set of steps, especially if carrying luggage. Overall we would thoroughly recommend this hotel . It's location made it ideal for access to the theatre (the main reason for our visit) ,the shops and visitor attractions.

I had a wonderful stay at Chatsworth Hotel with my mum and we really enjoyed our time there. A special mention goes to the lovely receptionist, Sakshi, who truly made our stay extra special. She was polite, respectful, and always happy to help. Her recommendations for food were excellent, and she was eager to assist with anything we needed. She genuinely made a big difference to our experience and deserves recognition.

The hotel itself was very clean, and although the room was a bit small, it was tidy, comfortable, and cozy. The location is excellent, with easy access to sightseeing spots, which made exploring very convenient. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a great addition to the stay.

Overall, we had a really good experience and would definitely come back again.

Review of the \"Chtsworth\": ironically, the \"A\" from Chatsworth has fallen off the side of the building, amusing my children. We booked this place as it had a swimming pool although it's all very dated. Location is ok, and if you're looking for a budget hotel then you've come to the right place, but if you can afford more, keep looking. The evening entertainment doesn't always finish until 11pm and the noise comes straight through the floorboards so don't expect an early night, especially if you have children.

Staff was nice and helpful, hotel in need of face lift,couldnt have a shower for part of the stay as there was no water, DEFINITELY need new matresses . Pool started of nice and warm until someone turned the cold water directly into the pool on, and then the pool quickly became very cool.
The view from our room was perfect though.

We have stayed here before and everything was lovely, however this time it was an awful experience. The lift to our room was broken no apology for this. my mother can not walk up that many stairs due to breathing difficulties. The room was so hot and small definitely not a family room. It was dirty and duaty. The shower gel left was from previous guests half used. My daughter found a bug in our bed absolutely horrified by this. The bar staff and kitchen/dining staff were helpful and polite. Sadly would not recommend this hotel again to anyone.

Although we enjoyed the hotel the parking was sparse had to pay £5.50 but over night £7.50 to make sure there was no fine .staff were very nice and the breakfast was ample, they cover it all for breakfast. The romm was basic but clean and tidy.

There is no any thing about that I appreciate it. First of all I didn’t like the room as i expected.they charged a money from us like a hotel room.
its looks like guest house.there was water leaking from tap .whenever we on the water . Water is not coming properly we can’t take shower .and the house keeping didn’t clean our rooms.they left it dirty. We are not recommending to anyone about this hotel

Booked a family room, the room was dated and had flickering lights. The Mattress was knackered and creaked every time you moved. We found receipts in the room from 2024 from previous guests down the side of the drawers it wasn't very clean. Plus the toilet wasn't in a good place for a bigger person. I felt I would have been better putting my feet in the bath to sit on the toilet. Bathroom was green and dated with mismatched tiles and poor repair jobs. A real shame as this hotel would have great potential. The lift didn't sound safe either. The room was mega hot

Did not keep up to the value of the money paid. Things to mention are staff at the breakfast service and the location. The block we were allocated did have scaffolding which stood between the view of the beach and the window even if we wanted to ignore. at least Window could have been cleaner.

This is a nice, cosy, well looked after hotel which I found to be clean and comfortable. Do be aware, though, that this is a hotel with nightly entertainment till 11pm, and it’s pretty loud. Those that were downstairs were having a whale of a time, so I’m sure this is a winner for a lot of people. If you want early nights then make sure you request a room away from that area!

It served a purpose - we had a lovely weekend regardless. Not a hotel we would go back to.

After a five hour travel and a few hour at Rhos- on - Sea,I arrived at Chatsworth Hotel anticipating a relaxing time in the advertised pool. Unfortunately it was under maintenance which I was very disappointed about. This was the main if not the only attraction for me personally.
On a plus note all the staff were very friendly and helpful which eased the pain.
Great breakfast,great service. I would come again expecting after a five hour journey that the pool would be open this time.

I enjoyed my stay and I don’t understand the negative reviews. My room was very spacious with a nice view and the location is perfect. It also has a lovely heated swimming pool. Staff were friendly too. Enjoy a nice cup of tea while watching the view in your own room.

I would not advise anyone who is under the age of 60 to stay here. The hotel has entertainment every night apart from Sunday, which is not to be desired. Also the whole hotel is very out-dated and is in desperate need of a complete refurbishment. The breakfast was not the best, the toast came each day burnt and cold and the full English breakfast was very average.

We have stayed several times before, but to be honest were a bit disappointed with our room this time, the room hadn't been cleaned properly (the alternative offered was even worse) and it took a little while to sort. But we got there. Having said that the breakfast was good as usual and the pool is the best in Llandudno.

Hotel in need of TLC. Staff need some training as lack professionalism and customer service. Agree with comments from other guests about coach parties getting priority. Good luck finding clean cups, bowls and plates in the dining room!!!

The downstairs of the hotel is quite dated, however our room had recently been refurbished and was bright and airy, with lovely views of the bay.

The staff, who were rushed off their feet with coach parties, were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was quite basic, with a help yourself buffet, with the usual stuff, bacon, sausage, eggs etc and packet cereal. It would’ve been nice to have a few more options.

The kids enjoyed the pool, which was clean and safe.

Once the ground floor of the hotel is refurbished, it’ll be a really nice hotel again.

The hotel is central to everything that Llandudno has to offer.

Room had been recently updated. Staff were friendly. Considering current situation breakfast was OK, but you must ask if you want more than one piece of bacon or sausage on the plate. Eggs were dry too. However, compared to some big chain hotels that have really cut back on the breakfast offering, it felt close to normality

Could do with a lick of paint in places . But ! Otherwise bedding towels , new bathroon exceptionally clean .Sea view room amazing . 2adults 2 teenagers in one room fine as rooms so large .ALL STAFF very welcoming. This hotel is disgusting. It's dated very dirty and just shouldnt be advertised as a hotel. The first room we was sent to was being decorated and basically not ready, my mum was not very mobile and had to get her a chair to sit on the third floor while we arranged another. It doesn't offer basic amenities like shampoo or conditioner. Took my mum her for her birthday and it was embarrassing she actually cut herself on the so called dresser as it was so worn on the end. I had to clean the room on arrival with antibacterial wipes as there was flies an layers of dust all on the surfaces. We was unable to lock the door at night due to faulty lock so I had to put something Infront of the door. I understand the staff was very busy and to be honest they was really nice especially the man who served the breakfast shock was the only good thing of the whole stay. But to be honest. The whole place needs to be guttered an redone

Went to the hotel with 2 children and 2 dogs in a family room. After trying to rearrange the beds slightly in the room I uncovered something on the floor that was really a matter of concern. I took the packet to reception and quietly told the receptionist what was found. they said they would look into it my children went swimming and I stayed out the room with the dogs for I while I then went to the receptionist and asked what was to happen just to be told the room was checked and there is no longer anything to worry about that was it! If my dogs would if found this before me I’m sure they would be seriously ill or worse or dread to think my children playing with it. My thoughts for rest of evening is what type of people had been in the room before me and the lack of cleaning. To be honest I paid over £150 for one night here which personally I think the time of season is a lot over the odds for the accommodation. However all staff are very nice the breakfast was tasty and pleasant the bar tariff is fair and the location is ideal directly opposite the sea! I’m not one to usually complain and we do a lot of travelling and visiting, I just make a note wether to return to a place. I would return here as what was found in the room was nothing to do with the hotel owners it’s not there fault but I would of appreciated a offer of a different room maybe or even a better apology would of shown me they were more concerned About the issue.

Room was clean, looked like it had been modernised, bathroom was very old fashioned though, I chose this hotel because I was able to take my dogs there, so overall I was pleased with my stay, staff very helpful and friendly, only negative really was that on the terms and conditions it says Dogs were charged at £5 per dog per night, when I checked in they told me it was £10 per dog per night.

We loved the pool. Our room was very old. There was damp on the ceiling and it was generally very old fashioned, apart from the bathroom which was lovely. We only slept in there though so not too worrying.
