We absolutely loved our stay at Oasis and spent two wonderful weeks there. The property is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and the staff truly made our experience memorable. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

The location is fantastic close to the beach with a convenient shuttle running throughout the day and into the evening. The beach setup was excellent, with lounge chairs, towels, and even the option to order food from the resort’s restaurants and have it delivered directly to you. The beach itself was stunning and incredibly clean.

The spa was another highlight of our trip. We enjoyed massages during our stay, and the massage therapists were wonderful. We also had an outstanding experience with Staci at the front desk. She was incredibly accommodating and helped make our stay extra special.

What made this trip even more memorable is that we got engaged during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to celebrate the occasion and made it a truly unforgettable experience.

We enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant almost every day, and the food was consistently fresh and delicious. The breakfast staff was amazing, and we also had several lunches and dinners on the property that were equally impressive. The shrimp tacos are a must try!

Our room was spotless, and housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and comfortable throughout our stay.

Another great benefit is the proximity to local attractions and restaurants.

My best friend and I’s stay at Oasis was truly wonderful! All the staff members were so kind and helpful. Whenever we needed a taxi or had any questions about which restaurant to go to they were so helpful! Our room always got cleaned and the property itself was always clean. We got the shuttle right away and got towels on the beach! Truly wonderful staff and wonderful place to stay at! Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Oasis at Grace Bay!

From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcome and cared for. A special thank you to Nae and the front desk team, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip truly unforgettable. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made such a difference throughout our stay.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and every staff member we encountered was exceptional. The drivers, front desk staff, restaurant team, housekeeping staff, and everyone behind the scenes were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.

We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities, including the electric bikes, the convenient beach shuttle, the beautiful pool, and the restaurant. Everything was thoughtfully maintained and added to the overall experience.

One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful anniversary surprise waiting in our room. The beautiful decorations and champagne were such a special touch and made our celebration even more memorable.

We are incredibly grateful to the entire Oasis team for making our trip so special. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-managed place to stay in Turks & Caicos, I highly recommend Oasis at Grace Bay. We can’t wait to return!

The Oasis at Grace Bay is a true hidden gem that offers a peaceful alternative to overcrowded, loud mega-resorts. The entire property is incredibly quiet (at least while we were there in mid-May), featuring beautifully maintained grounds filled with lush foliage and a modern room that was spotlessly clean. The service was excellent—with Stacy providing standout hospitality—and beach transit is effortless via a short walk or an on-demand golf cart shuttle. Regarding the beach, there is a dedicated resort area complete with complimentary loungers, umbrellas, towels, and food and drink service.

The staff at this small boutique hotel where amazing. Stella on the front desk was wonderful. The hotel is undergoing a few little upgrades but is qaa perfect. It was about 1 mile into town but they had bikes if you wanted. The Beach, what can I say. amazing. Will go back after i save mire money and island is very expensive.

I’ve stayed at this property 3 times and it gets better every time. Staff is friendly, they can shuttle you to the beach(or you can walk. Only a 3 min walk), rooms are clean and have everything you need. It’s close enough to town to ride the free bikes in or to walk or a short taxi ride. They have a restaurant attached with really good food. Also, all the big resorts are close for breakfasts or dinners. I usually just have a driver take me to Grace Way on the way from the airport or I ride there on the bike to get groceries. Either way, you’ve got coffee close, food, pools, the beach, etc. love it for the value!

We absolutely loved this property! The staff is amazing. They were warm and welcoming and so helpful. This place is close to everything yet tucked away, so you have a little zen retreat. It’s quiet and peaceful. The shuttle to the beach is so convenient and we loved having a little private beach for guests only. The food in the restaurant is excellent. Everyone at The Oasis was so kind and friendly! I highly recommend this lovely little gem!

Restaurant was lovely and all staff was pleasant and attentive. Grounds , poolside chairs, pool and surrounding vegetation and walkways were constantly being maintained, cleaned and kept “ fresh” for rotation of guests. Staff always smiling and willing to assist with anything. Very relaxing and wonderful stay!

We can’t say enough about the Oasis at Grace Bay. We had a fantastic time at this first-rate resort. It’s quiet, luxurious and far more relaxing than any place of its kind. The food at the on-site restaurant was absolutely delicious. The shuttle to and from the beach was super quick and we never waited for more than a couple of minutes for it to arrive. But what stands out most is the staff - they’re super attentive, fun, friendly and helpful. While everyone was terrific, there are some who deserve to be called out for going the extra mile: Stacie, Diana, Lorne and Ronel were particular standouts. We hope to see you all again soon!

The Turks and Caicos is beautiful but book with understanding the environment and the cost. Grace Bay isn’t a place to go snorkeling so don’t bother packing mask it that’s the only beach you’ll visit. We didn’t see a single fish in the water. All very crystal clear and turquoise colour. Can’t say the people around the island are very friendly and most of the tourists are American. Most restaurants included tip that was undeserving in the cost and the average dinner cost around $200 USD- yes, that includes 2 drinks with dinner and we didn’t pick cheap places to eat
Our resort the Oasis did everything possible to make our stay feel welcoming and friendly. Every small detail was thought of including little slippers and robes for our room. The resort is beautiful, very lush, reclusive and close to great restaurants
Beach is only couple minutes walk away and is absolutely beautiful and nicer area than other hotels who have beach access
Was very easy to get drinks brought to our chairs on the beach

This place truly lives up to its outstanding reputation. Every part of our stay exceeded expectations. The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be warm, friendly, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. The entire property was beautifully maintained and felt pristine. Having two restaurants on site was a huge plus and both served excellent food. The beach was easy to reach, just a short 2–3 minute walk or golf cart service. Overall my stay was lovely. I would recommend the rooms have better lighting as our lamp on the table kept going in and out. So the room was too dim for me. There is no full mirror in the rooms. Also there needs to be more usb connections for the phones. All power outlets were behind the bed or across the room and only one under phone in the room. So bottom line modernize the rooms please. Other than that the property was beautiful, the staff was awesome, the food pretty decent and the location was great! I would highly recommend this place.

The Oasis at Grace Bay is a perfect resort if you are looking for a smaller resort that offers multi-bedroom units. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite with our teenagers, and it was a perfect set up. The resort is quiet and private. There are ALWAYS plenty of seats available at both the pool and the beach, and the beach set up was extremely comfortable with padded lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, and regular chairs. The food and drink service at the beach was quick and easy. The shuttle was always available within 5 minutes to take us to and from the beach or you could easily walk or ride the bikes (both regular and electric) which were also always available. There were also plenty of restaurants within walking distance that you could go to for lunch and dinner. Overall, our stay was terrific and we would definitely return.

This is a smaller property, but the layout is very well thought out to make it feel bigger (you keep finding hidden corners). Staff is super helpful and friendly. You can walk downtown or use the free e-bikes they have to get there even faster.

While the hotel is not directly on the beach, it is a very short walk (hint: cut through the parking lot, it's super close!)

In summary, hotel is great!

As for Turks and Caicos, I would not choose this island as a Caribbean destination... Prices are ridiculously expensive, and it is crowded with cars and people. The beach is nice but can get choppy at times. There are better Caribbean destinations!

We were choosing between this property and Ocean Club West and chose wrong sadly.

From the start it was sub par, the transport from the airport failed to show after a 30 min wait and we had to join the taxi line.
We had a room the 1st night where there were people partying 2 doors down despite being asked to stop. I was woken at 2:38am by the smoke alarm because they were illegally smoking. I had to go to the front desk at 3am due to the banging and partying.

We were moved for 1 night to another (smaller) room then onto an upgraded room. So 3 diff rooms in 5 nights.

This room you could hear the music bar down the street until 2am each night and there are no blackout blinds so the property’s pool lighting lit the room up like daylight.
If your room is on the wrong part of the property it’s very hard to sleep with the music bar down the street so beware of that.

Finally, sadly we found the staff in the property to be cold, almost moody and rude. When you walk past them and say good morning or hello, instead of a warm smile you received a smirk, a reluctant response and not a smile.
When we travelled to other properties during our stay we found them very warm and friendly so I’m not sure why they staff at this priority all seemed so unhappy.

It didn’t spoil our vacation but it was a mistake to choose this property- not the experience I hoped for or expected.

I loved everything about our stay here. The grounds are beautiful, it’s a much closer walk to the beach than I expected maybe 5 mins, the staff was amazing, restaurant was incredible, rooms were great. I saw reviews about noise from the nearby club but didn’t hear anything even over the weekend. I was on that side of the property too so don’t let that deter you. 100% would stay here again.

Cute boutique hotel, clean and grounds were pretty very lushy. Had the hotel pool to ourselves on both days we went to pool! We upgraded room with outdoor shower on balcony which was great. Loved the nice touch of a free charger, beach bag and flip flop bag tags in the room. Hotel does not have direct beach access however and it is not disclosed that there is a very loud club with excessively loud music in close distance our room was the closest proximity to club music booming till 230am:(

This hotel is nice and quiet with updated rooms that have everything you need. The free beach shuttle and e-bikes were great amenities. The front desk was very helpful taking care of anything we needed. This hotel's location is great because you're pretty close to everything. My main reason for giving them 4 stars is that my husband and I wanted more service. For example, there's no one at the pool or the beach to take drink or food orders. You have to go to the restaurant and place an order and they told me they won't deliver it to me, I have to go get it. At the beach, we wanted more of a resort experience where people are walking by, talking orders and bringing you what you need, but you have to go find someone to order and they have it sent my shuttle and then you pick it up from them. Also, maybe it was just certain people, but most of the employees we encountered in the hotel's restaurant weren't very friendly.

Very friendly staff at the Oasis. Alba and Stacey in particular helped us with booking tours. My son fell ill during the trip and we asked to postpone our snorkeling trip by a day. No problem. They also let us check out an hour later.
The property feels secluded but not far away from the heart of Grace Bay. We had lunches on the property at Trattoria Isolana. It has everything you’d expect from a resort restaurant. We walked to half of our dinners at highly rated places nearby, e.g. Infiniti restaurant, Coco Bisto, etc. Every day we took a golf cart ride to the beach which is 2-3 minutes away. The beach chairs are always set up perfectly. You can order any drinks at the beach.
Overall we feel the Oasis offers great value without the $1000+/night price of all inclusive resorts.

Very beautiful place. Check in with was smooth and extremely accommodating with a cold towel, yummy beverage and quick tour. Rooms feel extra safe since the doors require a code for entry. Great pools and lovely Christmas decorations. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and pillows. Robes, slippers, makeup towels. Restaurant is good and the beach shuttle is super convenient. Great location too. Only inconvenience was my room directly faced the construction noise and they start early in the day.

Everything stood out!!!! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. I have a mobility issue to due surgery that I did not reveal to the resort before check-in and upon finding out, they moved us to a room on the first floor so I would not have to walk up two sets of stairs during our stay. The food at the resort was amazing. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner did not disappoint. 10 out of 10. Staff was amazing!!!!!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à l’Oasis. D’abord le personnel est extrêmement courtois et sympathique, répondant à toutes nos demandes. Nous avons utilisé plusieurs fois les vélos électriques fournis gracieusement par l’hôtel, lesquels fonctionnaient très bien. Tout était propre, bien entretenu, le site de l’hôtel est superbe. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le restaurant italien sur place. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, super clean, good onsite restaurant, easy walk to the beach and if you prefer to take the shuttle, never a long wait. Comfortable loungers with umbrellas on the beach. The only improvements I can suggest is better communication with their driver for airport pick ups (driver was great, but there was some miscommunication from the hotel so had to wait awhile to be picked up) & would love if they had filtered water stations so guests could fill up own water bottles to help cut down on plastic waste. I read online that you can drink the water in Turks, but two employees said locals don't, so we went with bottled water.

I highly recommend this hotel! Not because the property stands out but because of the exceptional staff and service provided. I went to with my sister to celebrate my 40th birthday, no plans, no expectations. Once the team heard the reason for my trip they sprung into action making it a very memorable trip.
Special thanks to the entire team but I have to call out Dianna, Iveno, Chef Ordel and Manager Lorne. These folks made me feel welcome and went above and beyond their normal duties.
A huge thank you to the team! I enjoyed my stay and will return 😀.
