Easy to find, great that they had a car park.
No real warmth of welcome.
Checked in and the room was fine, it seemed clean, however when I went to get into bed, the bottom sheet had clearly not been changed (creased and a number of hairs on the sheet).
I went to reception to explain the situation, I was asked if I wanted it changing - yes please. After waiting around for quite some time for the receptionist / night manager to find a sheet, it was then decided to swap my room.
This room was fine - however upon check out, I was never ask how was my stay......I know hotels are under pressure as costs are considerably higher and it wasn't the most expensive hotel room in Llandudno, however it was how it was handled.
I understand mistakes happen - if I had received an apology and acknowledgement and it had been handled differently then I might have returned as the second room was ok.
However as there are lots of hotels to choose from I wont be returning, which is a shame as it's in a great location

For over £150 a night, I expected more than empty soap dispensers and minni bottles of body lotion passed off as shower gel. At around 9pm, with most shops closed, I had to walk about a mile just to buy basic toiletries. Hardly what one would expects from a “three-star” hotel. To top it off, the “free parking” advertised turned out to be an extra £5. Misleading, frustrating, and poor value for money.

This hotel is very good value for money the staff were some of the best I have come across nothing was too much trouble had too order evening meals before 3 30 but that wasn't any problem the food was excellent and great value for money would go back just for the food. We had a great seaview the room was a little small and only a double bed but it had everything we needed would definitely go back.

No trouble getting a parking space easy access to the building, to the lift which was great for my mum as she can’t do stairs that well.we had a Sea view room very clean beds were really comfortable had tea coffee facilities tv 2 x tub chairs and table nice to relax looking out over promenade.bathroom was very clean had no issues at all. Overall hotel was lovely. Had a lovely warm welcoming feel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection from cereal fruit yogurt toast full English. We had a three course evening meal hats off to the chiefs the food was Delicious! Would highly recommend and look forward to returning again

Stayed here for three nights with my Mum. We absolutely loved the hotel, our rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the food - both breakfast and evening meal - was lovely, and really good value for money. The location is brilliant as well, being within easy walking distance of the pier and shops. We will definitely be back soon.

Lovely staff and great location would definitely go back but not to the room we had. Our room was accessed from out side near the car park and there was a gale blowing. Also smoking area was right outside our window so noisy until quite late. No idea if this can be changed but a flashing white light from the smoke alarm and a flashing red light from the fire alarm, ever 10 seconds, does note help going to sleep.
