As for the hotel room, it is not well maintained at all. The room smelled, it wasn’t vacuumed properly. The carpets are DIRTY. The carpets could use a good shampoo. There is water damage everywhere. The area where you have to wait for the vallet to bring your car is unbelievably unkept. The poor vallet drivers must be so cold. Take care of your employees and staff, they are your biggest investment. Pay your cleaners more so they are motivated to clean better. The hotel needs a lot of work.

Also the vallet system of getting down from the car while holding traffic is nerve wracking.

The lobby was small and quite busy when we checked in. We were able to get a drink from the bar and used our room key to take the elevator to our room. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. We ordered Uber Eats and got our food quickly and the front desk staff alerted us to the delivery. Breakfast (and coffee) was amazing. A super great and comfortable stay.

The staff was patient and accommodating to my children and pets and they were very forgiving when we forgot to book a pet-specific room. The breakfast was typical quality for this type of hotel, but the variety and selection was excellent. We booked the \"premium snacks room\" and that is pretty much a scam. No snacks in the room, they give a $30 voucher to their \"pantry\" of snacks that are 3x the typical price (think: $6 for a single Kraft mac and cheese cup!). We got a single voucher for three nights stay with three kids. Not worth the difference in price AT ALL.

From the minute we were picked up at JFK by their shuttle to the moment we walked into the lobby after a long flight, we felt truly welcomed. After traveling, that first impression means everything — and they did not disappoint.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the entire stay even more enjoyable. It was such a relief to arrive somewhere that felt inviting and taken care of from start to finish.
Highly recommend for anyone flying in or out of JFK!

Very important!!! The hotel shuttle does not drop you off at the airport. It goes to the air tram. A 10-15 minute ride and arrives every 20 minutes.

It’s a perfectly placed hotel to stay at if you have a flight from JFK. The restaurant is perfect and the snacks will satisfy. Also the shuttle got us there nice and early for our flight. This is a hotel we would easily stay at again.

The waitiing time to be collected by the shuttle was much too long. I spent almost an hour in the cold. Management needs to place a more prominent sign on their vehicles as it is not easily visible especially on a black vehicle.

Friendly stuff. Building condition is poor ( old furniture, water stains all over the bathroom, peeling wallpaper on the walls, damaged carpet in the hallway). Building requires repairs. Otherwise it doesn’t cost the money I paid.

The hotel smiled like weed all over, my first room had no door. I moved to 2 different rooms, 2nd room was so dirty but we only had 5 hours to sleep so we just went to sleep so we don’t miss our next morning flight.

Hotel was very dated. Rooms deco seem to be from the 70s and toilets have not been maintained properly. Our shower head water pressure was pathetic and the water could not be adjusted. It was too hot or too cold.
