La piscina y el desayuno son del hotel que está al lado eso está bien pero el cuarto que escogí que es la suite dice tener un sofá cama en realidad lo que tiene es un futon que apenas se acomoda bien una persona y en cuando a la limpieza no se ve sucio a simple vista pero si vi una cucaracha y eso no me gustó.

The rooms are outdated it gives motel vibes, and for a huge resort to not have an area to eat is a little insane. Also only two vending machines in the entire building and they both didn’t work, when i asked The front desk about it or where i can go to purchase a soda etc he said no where or outside the resort. Granted i dont Think he was front desk i think He was covering but still.

We checked in on Thursday Feb 26th. As we walked down the hall you could smell a moldy musky smell. I felt water drip on me and looked up and there was a hole cut in the ceiling like 4' by 4' with water dripping and what looked like mold around the hole. There was a 2nd similar hole just down the hall from the 1st. I assume they were trying to fix the issue, but you could see what looked like moldy and a strong musky smell. We went up the elevator and got to the room which had the same moldy smell to it. By this time my wife was already coughing. The bed sheets and pillow cases were not clean. We walked back down stairs and checked out. I had ordered through expedia and both parties basically said it was too late to cancel and that I wouldn't get a refund for the next few days I had paid for. We left and stayed elsewhere

The room I was in needs work. Carpeting and mattress needs replacing. I get the feeling the room was not cleaned properly. Lack of sufficient towels and washcloths. The door to the room was barely on the hinges. I had a hard time getting the security latch on or off without tackling the door sideways with my shoulder. The door just was not properly aligned with the door jam. Bedding was thin, not comforting.
The property itself was good. Staff was awesome. Access to the beach and pool was wonderful. Aquarius shares space with Embassy Suites. They are right next door to each other and Aquarius guests can freely enter the lobby and dining/restaurant area of the Embassy Suites through the courtyard via the pool area. They share access to the beach and pool but it seems like if you stay at Aquarius, you don't get the same amount of amenities or access as the Embassy Suites guests such as free cocktails during happy hour. What a bummer. I will stay at the Embassy next go around.

The property photos are not accurate. The property is old and outdated. As soon as I get off the elevator there’s a horrible odor of mold and mildew. There’s cleaning supplies and dirty laundry in carts left unattended on the hallways all day every day. Upon entering my room, all the furniture was outdated and in terrible condition. There were stains on the carpets and mold on the walls and ceiling. Not to mention roaches! Yes roaches!!!! They were everywhere. I notified staff and was told there was no other room available to move to. The best part about the hotel was the pool. I spent my time in the room actually sitting on the patio and just enjoying the view because after seeing how they dropped the ball on the cleanliness of the hotel, I wouldn’t dare get in the pool/hot tub. I was scared that that hadn’t been cleaned either, and I would hate to come home with some unknown rash or sickness from the pool. Don’t book this hotel save your money!!!

We enjoyed our room when they moved us two days before before we left. Tv didn’t work no phone in the room. No maid for three days never cleaned our room. Got money taken along with my creditcard stolen.
I have put in complaints to be refunded back. I files complaint.
Maybe you can help me. But I will not booking through Expedia again .
Both hotels were a nightmare.
Not a very good experience. Please have someone reach out.,

The room we had on the first floor had bed bugs. We talked to the front desk employee Chance or Chase and he saw the evidence. It was truly disgusting. We have had to spend a bunch of money buying color safe bleach, garbage bags, running multiple loads of laundry, so whatever supposed money we saved using Expedia we lost and then some. Buyer beware!

Property was average but seemed understaffed. Pool area was beautiful but never saw anyone clean it or treat it. The grass area had garbage around the exterior. It only got cleaned when my husband picked up the garbage. Room only got cleaned once, we were told we had to wait for clean bath towels because they were being washed and dried so we had to wait for them to be done.

Most of the staff we encountered especially at the front desk were not very friendly or helpful. Some of the hotel and room was very nice but other parts very dated. The shower leaked water and there was flashing light on the smoke detector that woke me up several times.
Pool and beach were nice. Housekeeping was good.

We absolutely LOVED the pool, beach access and amenities. Loved the pool grill. Plenty of restaurants and fun within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

This property is definitely a little outdated and needs some remodeling. That being said the pool and hot tub area was clean and a huge plus. They should either have a sheet or inform you that you need a special card for the beach & gym. Also that you can eat the breakfast buffet at Embassy with a special rate and card. Didn't know that until morning I checked out. The staff I felt was overall friendly and helpful!

Rooms need major renovation and updates. There was not enough dishes and cutlery. AC units are very noisy and don't seem to be able to reduce the humidity. Our room was on the 2nd floor overlooking the pools, so the noise was awful until late at night when all the kids were gone. No restaurants within walking distance were open Mon - Wed. All restaurant prices in the area are very high as in most of PR. The unit was clean and the staff were friendly. The beach wasn't too bad as it is protected from the ocean.

Property could use updates. Smells moldy. Booked a stay Friday- Monday AM, house keeping only came once to empty trash. Had to request fresh towels, toilet tissue, bedding. Paid for parking, had to validate ticket for every exit. Upon checking I requested to speak with management to express my concerns, waited about 20-30 minutes. They stood in corner talking and looking at me, then proceeded to walk right by me. Nice young lady at the front desk witnessed this- took my complaint. Do not recommend.

Our stay was disappointing due to poor room sanitization — we encountered roaches in the room, which was extremely concerning. Additionally, basic requests like an extra blanket and a chair for the porch (so both guests could sit comfortably) were never addressed. The lack of cleanliness and unresponsive service made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable.

Great hotel, there is a safe beach where you can enter, but up to the waist. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Near the hotel there is a 2 mile walking/running trail. At some point in the trail you have a great view of the ocean.

The pools and hot tub are very nice. Terrible staff not helpful. Very run down hotel. Our room flooded from jakuzi I spoke with 5 different staff personel nothing was done. We were not moved to a different room for last 2 nights. Also house keeping terrible job, took towels but don’t replaced with clean, made bed with blanket inside and sheet on top..
I would not recommend and will stay somewhere else next time

Rooms could use an upgrade. Room service not good because they only left 1 bath towel. No wash clothes or wash towel )even after leaving a note the second night). I also think they picked up the towel from the floor a re folded it since there was a mark on it that said all I needed to know.

There were a few problems with the hotel..gate to get out of the parking lot malfunctioned, they couldnt give a key to the beach until 2 days after check in, tv had no local channels, had a hard time getting them to give us toilet paper. Other than that it was a great stay.

The hotel is falling apart. Rooms are dingy. Housekeeping was not complete. Often they didn’t make beds or provide the right amount of towels. Very slow to respond to complaints or requests for service. Land line phones do not work. Not enough lounge chairs by pool even though there are stacks of chairs looked up. Parking fees were high. This resort is a disaster area.

It is right on the beach though and a country club,beautiful spot,although further fron San Juan and the airport than I thought. We had no towels, no tissue and no kleenex. We stayed in the hotel for four nights with no sheet change! I spoke to the front desk numerous times to no avail. I literally went to Walgreens to purchase tissue. The carpet in the room was dirty, and looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed in years. The hotel is old, outdated and not clean. The Aquarius is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. Hilton should be ashamed. Was planning on staying at the Hilton in Germantown, MD next month. However I will never stay at the Hilton or Embassy hotels again. Would have been better off sleeping in my car!! You should really think about investing in modernizing, and bringing your hotel up to date. Your hotel is truly a scam!! I could go on and on but what would be the point. I'm sure your aware of just how bad your hotel is.

**DO NOT STAY HERE**Terrible customer service, I had to make a unexpected change due to a weather advisory both expedia and the hotel were never able to switch out dates and we lost our money with not accommodation or even replies and showing proof that it was out of our control. I attempted numerous times to call the hotel myself to speak with a manager but they were never available. I also message them directly through the expedia app and their website still with no luck. Another thing to be aware of are the additional \"deposits\" of $150+, \"resort fees\" and parking needing to be paid that they do not tell you until after you book.

Honestly, we didn’t get to explore the amenities of the hotel. First encounter wasn’t the best. Front desk staff (evening shift guy) had a stink attitude, not friendly, very blah attitude and could hardly hear him when he spoke. Lobby is pretty but hallways smell pretty bad- kinda expected with all the water leaks everywhere including in the lobby. We stayed on the 3rd floor and ice machine didn’t work. Don’t think we will return. Gave it a 4 but we hardly were there to be quite honest to give it a true rating.

I booked this hotel for three nights on a business trip. When I arrived at the room the pillows were missing the pillow cases and you could see the dirt on each pillow. The carpet was dirty and old, the furniture in the room was old and parts were chipped like rats had been chewing on it.
The bathroom tiles were old and had old fillings. The curtains were falling apart. The carpet in the hallways of the hotel are dirty and old. I asked the receptionist if I could get a refund at least for the two days and she refused. I do not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

This was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at! When we arrived there was no bell boy , then we bring our luggage up and while waking down the hallway to our room , our son says it looks like someone is going to kill us! we open the door and the place is filled with cockroach’s , bedbugs and mold! The carpet was shredded like a cat was in there! There were zero towels for the pool, we literally ran out of the hotel and didn’t even spend one night! Complete filth!!

This place needs major changing. First of all, it does not stay stay in any of their website that they don't take discover once they don't take discover. No matter what you pay for your hotel they would deny you two. No breakfast and it's such a big hotel. Staff members are rude upon of arrival when they tell you they don't accept discover which at no moment when I booked in this app in their app it stated that they don't use discover. I was told my kids and I could not stay there. I had to open a cash app so I can pay to stay on top of my booking that I already booked. That needs an explanation. Overall, it's a okay place. It's far from everything you need a car and you can use discover they don't take cash but they do take cash app

Also, every time we flushed I had to take the top off the toilet and fix it because the chain was broken. If I didn’t fix it the toilet would run for hours.

Unfortunately out flight was 6 hours late and we only got to sleep here. We never got to see or enjoy the outdoor amenities. The positive - was the staff, the size of the room and the in room amenities. The negative - there was a strong smell of mildew or something in the hallway and in the room. The room seemed old. Even the sheets were fraying. There was no breakfast included and it was pricey. The parking was almost non existent and when you are let in through the gates we were not told to drive all of the way to the end and turn right, opposite the casino. At 4 am it would have been nice to know.

The room was very dirty when we arrived. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, there were mosquitoes inside, and the safe was not working. There were no blankets provided, and even the phone in the room to call the front desk was not working.

We reported all of these issues immediately. The staff was aware but did nothing to fix them. We contacted the front desk in person and by email and waited for hours with no help. The customer service was terrible and very unprofessional.

We even called Expedia to complain, and they could not get a response from the property either. We booked this place based on the pictures and reviews, but it was nothing like what was advertised. The property is dirty and poorly managed.

We asked to cancel the same day because of the conditions, but they refused to let us cancel. Our vacation was completely ruined. DO NOT GO

Some staffs are nice, the area it’s very safe, if you have a car it’s easy to drive around. The beach in front of the resort it is more for kids, and the pool is not that deep. It’s definitely a family resort.

The room is big but definitely need a deep clean! The balcony needs a DEEP CLEAN, the windows are extremely gross and dirty, the bathtub too!

If you want towels you have to go all the way back to get it at the front desk, the breakfast is to expensive $25 for each person.

The bar around the pool is closed at night, should be open at least until 10pm with music… people would be around more.

The room view is beautiful.
In general not amazing bad.
