Lovely spacious apartment. Good facilities. A lot of traffic noise but ear plugs were provided and I slept very well. I wasn't able to get breakfast, the kitchen seemed to be closed a lot, the most I managed were a couple of coffees on the last day.

Unable to give a full review. I was unable to check in. No answer at the property and no response to communication. Had to find other accommodation. I had booked 3 nights, and had still not had a reply by the end of my stay. Based on this I would not recommend booking it!

Despite being advertised as bed and breakfast no breakfast was provided and there was not a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea.
The furnishings in the room were spartan and the only chairs were collapsible camping chairs.
If I had known that breakfast was not provided I would not have stayed there!

This propert is a flat or apartment located on the seventh floor. My room was on the corner of this large apt. My room has sliding door windows and balconies. I must mention that the furniture was very basic. Chairss must be handle with care. The room has a refrigerator, wine cooler and bottle opener, but no glasses or basic utensils. Traffic noise at night is minimal.

Convenient location to everything (Piazza Maggiore, Bologna Centrale). Mario is very helpful and accommodating. Area is busy, and noisy at times, so not a sleepy part of the city, but everything is a 10-15 minute walk.

Pleasant guest house

Easier to find than I thought and Mario was easy to get in touch with prior to arrival. Room felt safe and secure. Bed was comfy and the fridge was useful. Shared bathrooms but always clean and always at least one available. Pleasant homely feel despite being obviously in the middle of the city. Would recommend for a short stay.

Ok, i was confused.
I thought this was a hotel. Its not
When i got to the propery it says B&B. Its not because its a basic room only.
Good location close to railway station and town center.
Located on a very busy road so even with the windows closed its noisy, which I didnt like.
Owner is helpful and made cappuchino which was very nice. Bathroom was shared but kept spotless.

This isn't a regular hotel but a group of rooms on the 7th floor of a building, with 2 shared bathrooms and a lounge.
My room was large, included a fridge, and was nice enough. Marco, the proprietor, was friendly and let me leave bags there on the departure day. The location was good -- walking distance from the train station and fairly close to the historical centre.
Overall, fully satisfactory and good value (as long as one doesn't require a private bath).

Overall the property is in a good condition , small elevator , breakfast was quiet enough to gain some energy before a morning activity , bathroom is clean and shared among the other rooms ( more than one bathroom ) , Mario was nice and helpful , The property is 10 minutes walk from Bologna train station and Piazza Maggiore , There is a super market just down the property ( pam )

Very comfortable apartment with large spacious rooms and very clean communal bathrooms. For us one improvement would be a hot breakfast of fresh food, rather than packaged croissants. But we had a very nice stay at this place!

Good place for a quick overnight in Bologna

Bologna Center is a great place to stay for a quick stop in the city. Located directly between the city center and the central train station, it is perfect for a stopover with quick access to further travel by train or to the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are large in an old building in a good neighborhood. The only downside was that you can hear quite easily between the different rooms, and through the sliding door (it is an older building, so to be expected). Otherwise, can be recommended for a stay in the great city of Bologna!

Not so great for the price charged

The host was very welcoming but the room was very basic, furthermore since the building was historical the sound insolation in the windows was non-existing. I didn't get to sleep at all. You could hear street and people all the way up to 3am which is most unpleasant. Shared bathrooms were clean but there was no water pressure in the shower. Dropping show is not what you want at the end of the day.

Nice b&b, no heating

This b&b is located in a renovated apartment, rooms and bathrooms(shared) are nice. You get the breakfast brought into your room and it's nothing special, but ok. Its located about 10 mins on food from the train station and the main square, good location.
It was not a good stay, however. We were staying there in october and the heating of the building was not working, they have no other way of heating and the windows are terribly isolated. Therefore, there were about 15•C in the room, which made it really unconfortable to spend any time there. Extra blanket was provided though, so sleeping was not that bad, apart from the rather loud traffic (bad isolation again). I'm sorry I had to write this, because it could have been a great place to stay, but due to low temperatures it really wasn't.

Mario is a friendly and informative host. Nice to have breakfast brought to the room. Shared bathroom, but not a problem. An easy 10 minute walk to the centre of the city. Did a terrific \"Taste of Local Food\" with Alessandro arranged through the tourist bureau, Parmigiano Reggiano, balsamic vinegar, prosciutto tastings and then a wonderful lunch that went until 4pm.

Just fine

We were warmly greeted. Two bathrooms were in the hall, newly appointed and very clean. Breakfast was brought to us in our room. Despite the traffic outside, the room was pretty quiet. The bed was comfortable. We had only one suitcase so the ride up to the sixth floor in the small elevator was not a problem. The locale was two stops from the train station---walkable without suitcases at a leisurely pace.

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment is centrally located and easy to get too. There is lift due to it being located on 7th floor.

There is one area there they cn improve. The hosts love air freshener an scented candles. When we arrived we stayed for 20 minutes before going out again, the smell made me physically ill for several hours that afternoon. We'd fully opened the windows of our room, luckily the smell was gone. The corridor and bathrooms I tie to spend as little time as possible in.

Very nice place for a couple of days visiting

Nice place to stay a couple of days in Bologna. Very clean bathrooms so don't be put off by the fact that bath is shared with the other guests, it's clearly not a problem at all.
Location is great and there's a big supermarket in the same building pretty much, also walking distance from the train station.
Perhaps the breakfast needs some hot food in it or at least something that does not contain sugar, but other than that all went well

Comfort in the center of the city

Stayed two nights in Feb. 2016. Mario was a great host and made us welcome while also letting us be. The included breakfast is simple--breads, jams, juice, yogurt and coffee--but perfect for heading out on the town. The shared bathrooms are quite nice and we never had to wait for other guests. It's 10-15 minutes walking to all of the city's sights, but far enough away that it's quiet in the evenings. The grocery store on the corner is great if you just want a night in. Ask Mario for a restaurant tip... He led us to a great small ristorante that ended up being our best meal during our 9 days in Italy.

Not a normal hotel but fine for a short stay

Quite good location near the main sightseeing areas and not too far from the station. The hotel room is more like a rented room in someone's penthouse, with a shared bathroom. The manager (owner) was very nice and helpful, but the experience will be a little unusual if you are use to just hotels. For me, it was good for a single night stay before my flight.

A perfectly useful option

Spending a day & night in Bologna on way to airport after several weeks in Italy on business and holiday. BCT was pleasant, well run, and the staff member I met was pleasant and helpful. Whilst not in a particularly interesting neighbourhood it is still in the historic centre, with interesting quarters only a very few minutes walk away, and convenient for the railway station. A large bright & reasonaly well equipped room, this suited me fine for 1 day and would have been OK - if a little lacking in character - for longer

Clean, well located, and afordable. About a 10 minute walk to Piaza Maggiore and the historic town center. Room are simple but large and clean. Two spotless bathrooms shared among the 5 rooms. Mario is a great guy with lots of information.

We loved our stay in bologna center town. The only problem and we thought it was a terrible problem was finding the hotel. We found the street found the number but could not figure out where the hotel was. The number was for an apartment building there was no sign for the hotel there was no apartment or floor number in the hotel description of our reservation. We even investigated the names of the tenant list to see if it was on there and we could buzz them as the door was closed and locked. Nothing. We finally had to call and find out it was on the 7th floor. As I said, we enjoyed our stay. We tried many of the local recommendations from our map but our experience finding the place was a lot more stressful than it should've been.

This small bed and breakfast is on the 7th floor of a large office or apartment building which is a little weird, but when you walk inside, there is a nice hallway that leads to the rooms and two shared bathrooms. Everything is brand new- the bathrooms and bedrooms, and everything was extremely clean. It was really nice to receive breakfast as well: it consisted of espresso, yogurt, biscuits, toast, cookies, croissants, jam, and nutella. The owner was nice and gave us a map, guidebook, and suggestions for our time. It was convenient to the center of Bologna, about a 10 minute walk from the center. Nearby there is a large supermarket. Enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

OK, I came by car and expected a parking lot which wasn't available unless walking 10 min with my luggage.

ボローニャは小さい街なのでバス停から少し離れてもここ以外がおススメです。

宿の場所はマンションの７階になります。
自宅の一室(部屋数は3部屋程)を宿として営業しています。受付はないので道路に面しているインターホンを鳴らして扉を開けてもらう形になります。ちなみに男性オーナーの家なので何部屋かある内の1部屋は男性オーナーの部屋です。
私たちがチェックインを終え部屋に入ろうとした際、(まだ部屋に入る前に)言われたのが、部屋は綺麗に使ってね！床に水を垂らしたらすぐ拭くように！と同じことを二回づつ言われ！
扉の鍵の明け方はこうやるように…はい、見ててあげるからやってみて！(ただ回すだけだが言われた通りやる事に、、、)

それとバスムールを使ったら横にあるモップで必ず掃除してからでてくるように！とモップの場所を案内される、、

説明が終わり指定された部屋に落ち着き
数分後、トイレに行き帰ってくると直ぐに部屋のドアをノックする音が、ドアを開けてみるとオーナーがドアは静かに締めてね！締め方教えてあげるから見てて！、、、さすがにokokと適当にあしらうことに！

その後気づいた事ですが、14:00以降のチェックインだった私のところに14:20にメールが、宿のオーナーからで20分過ぎてるけど何時にくるの？との催促メールが送られていました。14:00以降のチェックインなので以降ならいつでもいいのでは？

滞在して感じたのは神経質なルームメイトの家に泊まりに行った感じです。決してお客様対応はされません。オーナーと話して感じたのはアジア人系に対してなにやら嫌悪感を抱いている様子でした。

- LOCATION : excellent. very close to 'Pizzeria San Martino' located in downtown, it takes 10-12 minutes by walking from the hotel. Plus ther is a big supermarket right next to the hotel.
- CLEANLINESS : very good.
- CONVENIENCE : very good. Desite of the shared bathroom, never waited and very clean.
- SERVICE : I reserved breakfast included room, but I didn't have breakfast while I was staying for 5 days except first day, because I had to get up early because of work but the man who manage the hotel never showed up until I left the hotel.

Comodo posto per un weekend a Bologna

Raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione centrale 15 min, a 15 min a piedi dal centro, molto pulito, personale accogliente.
L'unica cosa e' l'affaccio sulla strada trafficata che mette tanto rumore.

一般のアパートを6部屋改装した中の1部屋で、広くて清潔だがバス、トイレが共同なので女性には勧めない。

バス、トイレが共同で夜中に起きて行くのが不便。シャワーを浴びるにも他の利用者がいれば待つ必要がある。B&Bなので個室の鍵も簡易的なもので女性には勧めない。従業員はオーナーと思われるが英語があまり通じず、4泊しても鍵をかけて出かけるので当然ベットメーキングやごみ捨てはなされておらず、タオルの交換もない。朝は8時半から朝食が出るが、遅すぎて利用する事はなかった。また、夕方は7時にはオーナーの部屋が閉まり、リクエストするにもコンタクトできず。立地はセントラル駅とピアッザマジョレーニの中間でいいが、
到着時に外から呼び鈴を探すのが分かりづらく、日本人には向いていない。1泊当たりの料金も普通にホテルに泊まれる金額なので女性の一人旅にはお勧めしない。ただ、部屋は広く清潔だ。

Familiäres B&B im 7. Stock eines Stadthauses im Zentrum von Bologna. Neu renoviert. Große helle Zimmer mit moderner Einrichtung. Einziger Nachteil ist das Etagenbad. Für 8 Zimmer sind zwei großzügige Bäder zur Verfügung. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr nettes Personal.

Generally ok but a little strange

In general, the stay was ok. There were, however, some aspects which were quite strange. Firstly there were only two bathrooms which had to be shared by all guests. This meant a wait of 40 minutes to take a shower in the morning. We were only given one towel between the two of us and the owner also felt the need to explain in painstaking detail how not to operate the lift; there were no mishaps with it but his explanation of how the lift could stop working at any time did not fill me with confidence.

看板などなく入り口に迷いますが、建物に入る大きなドアが２か所あり、一方の呼び鈴ボタンのところに表示されているので、呼び出すとドアが開きます。
２つのドアのある旧式のエレベーターで登ると、右手の大きな扉が入り口で、管理人室で手続きをする感じです。
シャワーとトイレが共用なので、かち合うこともありますが、部屋は大きくゆったりしています。

Il B&B nel complesso è carino e tranquillo, stanza moderna e spaziosa.
La colazione me l'aspettavo migliore avendo letto altre recensioni, e sicuramente non mi aspettavo una merendina preconfezionata e l'assenza di alternative al latte per chi è intollerante o vegano.
Il bagno era abbastanza pulito.

Perfect stay

We stayed at Bologna Center Town for 2 nights and it was truly a great stay! The rooms were huge, the bathrooms were very modern and nice looking and it was located right in the city centre.. Mario is also a nice host and will help you if you ask for it..
The air condition works, the breakfast was good and we even had a little balcony which was extremely nice..
The next time I go to Bologna I will stay here again

Excelente ubicación y trato

Muy bien ubicado entre la estación de tren y el centro de la ciudad, en un edificio con un ascensor antiguo que le da un encanto especial. Me encantaron las vistas al Santuario de Nuestra Señora de San Luca desde la habitación. Además, la persona encargada del lugar es extremadamente amable. Totalmente recomendable.

C est un bed & breakfast et non un hotel.
Il n y a pas de services de netoyage ou de reception.
A l arrivee vous recevez les cles des 3 entrees.
La situation geographique est excelente a proximite du centre et de la gare.
Manque de sonorisation au niveau des chambres.
Pour tc pas de chaines internationales uniquement locales.

Dovevo per lavoro essere a Bologna e ho scelto questo B&B perché non trovavo posto in altri hotel.
Il personale è cordiale ma lo stato di pulizia non ottimale, nel caldo di questi giorni accendo il ventilatore per far girare aria e la stanza si riempie di polvere.
