They make you take any garbage in your room out to the dumpster yourself, or they charge you! They don't have breakfast, they don't have coffee, and they will charge you a fine over just about anything they can think of in your room. I spent 10 minutes signing page after page after page of rules before I could even get to my room. DO NOT STAY HERE!! There are cheaper and FAR better options in Davenport!

Nothing good. Dirty everywhere, no A/C and hot and uncomfortable in common areas. Said it was pet friendly, but when we checked in it was not pet friendly and charged an extra $55 for a caged pet for one night; very poor. We reserved a two queen room, but first room we were given was one queen and a pull out. After they put us in a room with two queens, the floors were very dirty, broken TV and very dated worn furniture. Would not recommend this this property.

First thing we noticed when we arrived was the floor was sticky and a large hole in the door that had been poorly patched. Checked the bed and thought there was a stain in the pillow case like it was dirty. Took the pillow out of the pillow case and it was covered in old blood stains. Then lifted the sheets to find a filthy mattress with more blood stains and some other unknown black stains. The only good thing that came out of this reservation was they refunded my money. -1000/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Everything was wrong. There was people hanging around the building. I was afraid to leave my car overnight. The staff was horrible, rude and just not professional. I would not be staying there again. I would like to have a refund if possible I got no sleep every time I try to go to the Front desk nobody was there. It was just very noisy. People above me were making a lot of noise. For anyone who receives a phone call stating they have no more vacant rooms specified to whatever you booked get everything in writing get their names whoever whomever told you what. My room was changed to a single bed instead of the two bed room was told I was getting the difference refunded and it has been a massive problem since just for the difference though the employee stated I was getting the refund. Conveniently when asked about that night, the record was unavailable so for anyone booking here keep records of the interactions and statements that were told to you if they said they will refund it get it in writing get their name have them sign it time date everything.

This place is vile, beyond filthy. I was barefoot for one hour and my feet were black with sticky, hairy, sludge as if I'd been walking in tar. Floor was like a movie theater that offered haircuts. I think there was human poop on the head board of my bed. Even the plastic wrapped soap was covered in grime. Walls were paper thin and heavily stained. The room smelled like Dollar Store candles. The cabinet dresser was missing drawers. The pilled, rough bedding only came with one flimsy foam pillow. The bathroom has cigarette burns on the toilet and mirror. The front desk lost my reservation, charged me more for each of the 3 rooms I'd reserved on Expedia, and took over 40 minutes. I asked if the rooms could be together and received no reply, just a blank stare at the floor. Attendant called management for help locating my reservation and were told \"nothing they could do.\" We were the only person there. They only gave us one key per room. When we tried to flee, the elevator broke. There is no morning/ overnight attendant if locked out

The hotel appeared decent on your website but was anything but. Blood all over the bathroom in the first room they tried to put us in as well as filthy floors, broken drawers and cabinets in the kitchenette, and bathroom door destroyed. The 2nd room had cockroaches crawling all over. Our car would have probably been broken into in their parking lot. We definitely did not stay here. We left and had to find another hotel. The place was like a crack house, flop house, brothel and mental institution all into one location. Unfortunately, I will probably be unable to get our money back on this disaster of a \"hotel\".

It was crowded with a lot of children. I think it temporary housing for families. There was a hole in the wall in my room. That didn't really bother me. But no dish soap. Very little toiletries. Bare minimum. I travel through the area a few times a year, and I need a full fridge. It was OK. Not my favorite. I stayed across the highway in May, will probably do so again.

Nightmare stay, don’t waste your money like I did.

I had to buy febreze because the room, elevator, stairwell, and hallways smelled so bad of cigarette and pot smoke. The bedding was mismatched and had cigarette hole burns, although the mattress was newer. Safety was a concern as side and back doors were propped open. The 2 staff people I spoke with were pleasant and friendly, but the hotel, although seeming newer, was an incredible dump. I’m glad it was just me in for the Bix race (my family was across the parking lot at the Sleep Inn (another terrible place, just better because the bedding was comfortable and “breakfast” was provided, bc I would never want my children to have to stay there.

Took three tries to discover the key to our assigned room would only work with a master key so we were switched rooms. Chech in was difficult they wanted us to pay after we had already prepaid. There was spital in the corners and down the wall of the elevator from tobbacco chewer. No breakfast. We had to wash our feet from the dirt on the floor in our room. Zero recommendations for ever repeating a visit. This was fir our 15th wedding anniversary made it memorable just not in a good way.

My daughter was refused a room after reserved online. Policy said over 18 could check in. She was 10 days from turning 20 and at 1030pm, after traveling all day to get back to college, they turned her away. Jerk move. When called on policy, they stated they just chamged it to 21 check in. would not honor the reservation. Left us scrambling to find her a place to sleep that wasnt in her car. Desk person was absolutely rude to her.

We got to the hotel at 3pm and there was nobody at the front desk so we tried to call the extension that was on the phone, no response, we tried calling the hotel number, no response as well. We waited for two hours and there was still no sign of any workers. There was a lady who was staying at the hotel that tried to help us by seeing if the worker was in her room and if their car was there and it wasn’t. We had to book another hotel because we were there for a concert and it was 5pm so we had to start getting ready soon. This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had with a hotel and I will never book here again.

The worst check in experience Ever!

When I arrived at the hotel , no one was at the front desk. No one answered my phone calls and no one answered the help line. I was waiting for over an hour until some employee ( not a front desk employee) happened to show up. He had to ask for help via phone , to finally check me in.
I would not recommend this hotel and definitely not stay again , even though I have business to attend in the area, at least 10 times per year.

Cheap Place to Lay your Head

This felt like a combination of hotel and an apartment stay. I expected a standard hotel however when arrived at 3pm ut was a pleasant surprise (booked on line). I asked about a maid service and she said they don't have it. Everyone seemed friendly enough however it was an odd experiencing since I didn't realize this was there business model OR the manager was saving cost. We were spending much time at the hotel so we didn't care much since it was cheap per night however I think we could have had full service. If you just need a cheap place to crash this would be OK. The TV was small, the was a smoky smell all the time however the WIFI was great, the hotel was set up so that we had a 2 burner cooktop, and full refrigerator,/freezer.

When I first booked this hotel it said there was a pool and breakfast. Upon arrival i found out that they did not have a pool and there was no breakfast. Now that I’m back in to write this review it seems as if they updated it to reflect that however at the time of booking it said pool and breakfast. Now, those are minimal complaints which I was okay with.
Check in wasn’t until 3 and we had a wedding at 3 so during cocktail hour I went to the hotel to check in. When I got to the front desk, I noticed an odd odor that I couldn’t put my finger on. I checked in and went back to the wedding but man do I wish I would of checked the room before I went back the wedding.
When we returned around 10pm, the parking lot was packed. Lots of traveling workers and they were tailgating, blaming music and drinking. You could smell weed through the parking lot and as you enter the building. We got our stuff and our 4 kids and headed inside to give it a try. Upon entering, you could tell that this was not exactly a hotel but more of a crackhouse. I wish I could say I’m overacting but I’m not. It’s extremely sketchy. When we got to our room, it had an Uninviting, uncomfortable feeling and the floors were very sticky. The room was more beat up and looked barley like the pictures posted on here. We immediately turned around and left. It’s far from family friendly and quite frankly, should be shut down.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The whole hotel smells like smoke and weed. Our room was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned the last 5-6 guest stays. There was hair and stains in the bed. The bathroom was disgusting. Everything in the room was damaged including the curtains that were half ripped down. Nothing looks like the pictures. We couldn't even stay overnight the smell was so bad and we didn't want to touch anything for fear of getting bed bugs. We stayed in our room for about 5 minutes and walked out to find a new hotel. Go anywhere else.

There is nothing to like at this property - I mean really!

Check-In was smooth, but upon entering my room I found the wood blinds on the only window badly manhandled and damaged. Looked like a teenage kid had a temper tantrum and took it all out on the blinds.

The air inside was cold, and when I turned on the heater, all it did was throw out musty air. The hallway outside one could hear people talking and moving around at around 2:45AM - very shabby type of an environment!

The shower didn’t want to let go of any water and barely had a sprinkle. The room smelled of pet-odor. I hardly got any sleep all-night and got up groggy.

This property is absolutely no good even if your stop is for a good night’s sleep (mine was a stop during a road-trip).

Took 45 minutes to check in, staff said they didn’t have anymore room keys available and wanted to know if I would need to leave the room at all that evening. Asked her yes to finding keys on maids cart, it seemed this was a bother for her. Sorry I ended up taking my key with me as well as when went to start packing car the metal gate was closed and no sign of staff to check out either. Plenty of places within one mile and comparable rates and property. Will not return.

Being suites we thiught there would be basic utensils. We went to pickup dinner, came back, no forks etc. Went to the front desk. They were able to find spoons and we were grateful for anything at that point.

Then as we are eating a roach-like bug crawled over the wall and we lost our appetite. $60 dinner, basically wasted.

Bed was uncomfortable. We tossed and turned all night. No water pressure and the drain plug didnt work in the tub.

We booked 2 nights (friday and saturday) and left saturday evening. We couldnt checknout because no one was even at the desk when we left to discuss issues. We tried to call as well. No answer and the recodsing said we couldnt leave a message either. Not the best situation

This is a no frills,clean,safe place to stay. It has a kitchenette in it to make small meals too. You must use key card for access at all times...

Showed up at property only to find that they had no two bed rooms available! Told me to try another hotel down the road. Clerk didn't want to call them as \"They always have rooms\" Turns out they didn't. What good is a reservation if they don't uphold their end of the bargain. And now Expedia charging me the cost of a multiple night stay that I paid in advance because they can't reach the property! Very unhappy with Wood Springs AND Expedia!!

This place was very clean,secure and safe. The only drawback is,there isn't much to see here,but you are close to everything else. Local workers stay here ,but mind to themselves.

The building is very nice just very dirty! The elevator never stops flush with the floor and makes a loud bang sound.we requested the floors be swept and mopped two times it is always tomorrow! It’s a shame for such a nice hotel to be so dirty. We also had to take out the trash. 8 days and never cleaned our room.

Bugs don’t stay!

I will never step foot in this place again. It took forever to get checked in. But that’s not even the best part they have roaches!!! And refused to do anything about it! And don’t let anything go under the beds because it looks like they have never cleaned under them! Also has a very strong weed smell.
