Hotel was absolutely lovely and in a very convenient location. The A/C in the room didn’t work well and the temp was set on 76 when we checked in, so it was a long, warm night of no sleep. Lots of hair in the sink when we checked in, otherwise the room was very nice. Check in staff was great. Parking ramp is directly across the street and The Adler is just on the opposite side and very easy to access.

The room was clean, staff were helpful, good selection of breakfast items including meats, potatoes, eggs, fruit, and waffles. The bar had a wide variety of different liquors and beer.

During our stay there were kids running around unsupervised, yelling and playing on the luggage carts and throwing balls around the lobby area. It was difficult to enjoy the amenities due to this.

The properties page on Expedia advertised the Rhythm Casino is a 1 minute walk from the hotel, however, it’s a 16 minute drive. Property has limited but available parking on the property for an additional cost of $10. Valet parking is also an option. Breakfast is an additional cost as well but cheaper if you pay when you book the room at $13 per adult.

I stayed form Thursday to Sunday checked out at 11:30 and realized about 5:30pm that I have left my pearl necklace hanging on a clothes pin attached to the lamp shad next to the bed. went back to get my real pearls that are a family heirloom was taken into room 317 where I stayed and Shay asked the two cleaning ladies if they had see the hook with something hanging from it giving no other information to them they then pulled the clothes pin from the trash and handed it to her. saying no necklace is was found. I am having a hard time believing that they do not know where the necklace may be when they knew that was what we were talking about when Shay said hook and something hanging from it. I have put a police report in and tried to call the double tree GM about 4 time yesterday to talk about this and see where he is at with fining my necklace that is worth more that $1,000 plus the emotional attachment to it. and I have not got a single answer or call back.

Extremely loud until after 11 pm. No microwave or mini fridge in room. Couldn’t sleep due to noise levels with people running in the hallways and being loud in neighboring rooms. The walls are paper thin.

Figure out which side the train tracks are on and book your room on the other side or you’ll be woke up every hour. Make sure the shower door in your room slides shut & will stay closed before you decide to shower or your bathroom will flood which you’ll see on your ceiling from the floor above you by shotty patchwork. Pro:close to river center establishments.

I really like the lobby at this hotel. I loved the suite we were in. The pool was small. The laminate floors needed moped they made my feet very dirty. They need more options for breakfast we ended up eating somewhere else and we are glad we did. The parking spaces were way too skinny. It caused every person to be over the line.

Checked in and got the key card, got to the room and it hadn't been cleaned yet. Back down to the desk, got another key card to a different room. It was clean but so hot. They said they would send maintenance up. I never saw them. Tried to sleep and the traffic out side was horrible. Cars racing up & diwn the street all night. Will not stay here again.

Wonderful location and the general staff were all friendly and helpful! We stayed on St. Patrick’s Day weekend; which is very busy in that area.
The elevators did not work properly and would not stop on certain floors so the stairs had to be used for the floors it skipped. We enjoyed the stay, even visited the hotel bar but decided to skip the $18.00 breakfast buffet,

The room was 85 degrees and staff said maintenance would look in the morning so we slept in a sauna. The toilet didn’t work. The shower was covered with pubic hair.
The elevator would only take you to the 6th floor so had to use the stairs with luggage.
Will never stay isn’t this dump again!

Very pleased with out stay! We parked across the street, which had an enclosed walkway to the hotel so we didn't have to go outside. The staff was very attentive and actually sent me a text message wanting to know if I was happy with our stay. When I mentioned that the tv remote was acting a little funny, they apologized and brought up a new one ASAP. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm traveling to Davenport.

The hotel was fantastic, the beds were super comfortable, and everyone was nice. However, it was right next to a train track and the train was honking all night long!!! I asked the hotel for earplugs and they said they were out. Sounds like something that they should have an overstock of. Other than that, the location was super convenient with a skywalk over to the convention center.

Room not super clean. Random rock on the floor, ceiling had black marks all over, just over all not clean. No water pressure to shower. Could not wash or rinse our hair. Didn’t have wash cloths. Pool was so cold we couldn’t even sit in there with regular clothes on. Water was even more cold. All of the children in our group left with terrible rash. Lobby was SO fun. Great staff in the restaurant area.

Check in was a breeze. They let me check in early since I had to get to a dance competition and didn’t want to leave my things in a cold car.
When I returned later that evening, I noticed the what wasn’t working in my room. I called down several times with no answer. I went downstairs and no one was at the front desk. Finally someone came out as there was a line of people. When it was my turn, I explained how the heat wasn’t working and he said he would have maintenance come.
Maintenance showed up very quickly, said “well there is air coming out”, but it was cold air. Offered me a space heater and extra blankets. Not exactly sure a space heater is a very safe alternative beings there were several floors above me.
When checking out I talked when the front desk receptionist about my concerns, and she offered free parking for the day. Thanks?
The breakfast was also really good with a lot of choices,
But very expensive. $18 for an adult buffet. And $9
For kids. Pretty expensive for a cup of coffee and a
waffle.
The pool heater was broken, which they did tell us
Upon checking in, but the kids still swam anyways.
Overall, the check in process is easy, some rooms
are nice, and the convenience is nice.

Check in was easy. The staff was pleasant. We left early so we didn’t eat breakfast. The parking garage had a skywalk to the hotel across the street. We felt it was safe. If we stay again we will request a room on the north side as the train whistle went off several times on the River view side of the hotel. The heater fan in our room was pretty loud. The beds were comfortable and the room was big.

Spotless room with wood or wood looking vinyl floors which made it feel even cleaner. I think we were there for the first cold snap and our heater was not working. I made the difficult decision to call down to the front desk at 10 o’clock at night and they had maintenance there within five minutes and it was fixed within five minutes! Plus they brought a space heater to get us warmed up quickly. I was very happy with everything about my stay.
