Multiple items not stocked, like coffee, especially had to ask for it every time. Had a very significant issue with a staff member, knowing they had my car key, and still I proceeded to break into my car and take Ubers and didn’t tell me that they had the car key or think to make the connection. Manager said that it was because the person from third didn’t put it on some group text, but it was still the fact that she literally watched me go in and out with an Uber, and break into my car, only to have had my car keys in her possession! I am due points or stays, but manager just made excuses

No shampoo/conditioner/lotion in room. Also, no hair dryer (front desk staff told us there should have been one in there). At the complimentary breakfast, we arrived 30 minutes prior to closing time. Staff was not watching over the area, and there were no plates or forks left.

Hotel was just OK. Needs a facelift. Staff were hard to find and not super friendly, for example we were missing items from our bathroom when we checked in and were told that the items we needed were locked away and they didn't have a key. The items were never filled so we made do with what we could buy close by. We skipped breakfast and chose to buy it somewhere else after seeing what was offered. No coffee!! We removed valuables from car since the area where the hotel is located is a bit sketchy. On a positive note, we didn't have any issues with the safety of our vehicle and although you could hear people walking and talking in the hallway, our room was reasonably quiet. Would probably pay a bit more for a different location if/when we are back in the area.

It was all around horrible. We did not even stay for the night. We ate the money & found a better hotel. It was so gross. Stained comforters, carpet was nasty in the rooms and hallways. Pool was atrocious. Not to mention the smell of pot everywhere. Not somewhere I want my family to stay. Will never stay at a La Quinta again.

Room was relatively clean. Cobwebs in corner of room. In the bathroom rust spots by legs of sink. Plug ins are very old and loose for chargers. Heater/ac was dirty and smelled.

Beds were very comfortable and clean.

Staff was nice enough. Had to ask for people help from people from back office and most of the time the just sat in back and answered questions instead of coming up to me.

Breakfast was not very good so didn’t eat it again.

The hotel is a little dated and looks like it could use a good remodel.

The front desk female was rude, and smart mouth and her boss was no better, she was worried about entertaining some young guys in the lobby instead of doing her job. Her boss was rude as well they lied about the pool being open i was here from Friday night to Tuesday morning and pool waz never opened it was the reason i stayed there. The breakfast was horrible. But the Manager and the front desk female is a disgrace to any one there ran very poorly and rude and could care less about the Patriots that are the reason they have a business, horrible dont stay ,run trust me save your money and expedia you need to drop them they make you look bad.

There was water damage on the ceiling of the bedroom. The entire place reeked of cigarettes and marijuana (not judging peoples hobbies but its a hotel not a dispensary) Some of the staff were nice some were just stand offish and just sort of there. There was nothing but 2 little bottles of shampoo and no conditioner. Thankfully there was a Walgreens right down the street. Avoid if possible. The room was at least clean despite the water damage. I will give it that much.

The room was good. Did have to work on the toilet the float was stuck so it wouldnt fill. Girl was nice when we checked in. When we came back to the hotel the guy at the counter was chatting with a girl. There was an empty vodka bottle on the bar across from the desk. There was a drunk girl wandering the hall. We later heard the guy say she was only 18 as him, the drunk girl and the other girl went back and forth down the hall loudly at 2:30-3 in the morning. Just my opinion but probably shouldnt allow underage drinking on your property

The room itself was okay, all the towels in the bathroom were small and like sandpaper, crappy water pressure from the shower. I stayed 8 days and the hallways were never vacuumed and also the elevator. There was some snow right in ftont of one of the side doors, never cleaned off, they just waited for it to melt. Would not recommend.

No one at front desk when we checked in so had to wait around a while at 1030pm. Lobby smelled like cigarettes and weed. Room was awful. Crumbs on the bread. And heat was blasting so it was at least 80
And it took hours to cool down so no one slept. Breakfast was fine. Nothing spectacular. Did not feel safe. There was a guy lingering around one of the side doors and he said it wouldn’t try to go in. I tried to cancel our second night because it was horrible and couldn’t speak to anyone when we left. Not from the area so I didn’t know it would be this bad.

It wasn't terrible but wasn't good.. Our toilet didn't work for most of the stay, my husband had to keep flushing it manually. The floors were dirty when we first got into the room and there was a pill that my father in law found right under the couch, while he was playing on the floor with my toddler... Clearly the couch doesn't get moved to be cleaned under (which it should) and the cushions, those were gross underneath as well.
Lastly our room was unfortunately underneath people that were having a domestic dispute one night and that went on from 1:30am-4:30am.. so we did not sleep since it was so loud we thought someone was breaking into our room when it first started happening. It was hysterical crying and screaming for hours...my husband went up to the front desk at 3am to complain about it and all they did was call up to the room and tell them that they had \"another noise complaint\" at this point they should've been kicked out or moved to another room (I think they were kicked out that morning??) I did not feel safe that night at all, I wanted to check out the next day but my husband said he would check with the front desk to see if those people were gone before we did that. Also the back door keypad didn't work half the time either, so we basically had to pull the door hard to get it to open. We usually stay at clarion pointe but wanted more room for our toddler to run around but we won't be making that mistake again

First, no king room, even though that’s what I reserved. The double queen I was given.. the Refrigerator was broken, I was not offered a new room.. only told “We will let maintenance know tomorrow”. People being super loud in the room down the hall at 3 am. Parking lots were very slick. Will not return.

They had one young lady at the counter and there was a line. I checked in online which was a waste of time bc I had to peovide the same info/ID to the young lady. The bed covering has spots, the blinds are broken, and one tiny bar of soap in bathroom'. Concession area no snacks beverages to purchase! Not a good experience.

Some of the staff were nice people but the rest were arrogant and disrespectful, the bathroom had bunches of dirt and/or whatever in the corners, there are plenty of shops, gas stations etc. the breakfast I didn't eat I wasn't feeling well, they over charged me as with hotels.com the tax and everything is supposed to be included but I was charged tax again on my check in, and my card was over charged! The receipts I was given had numerous errors on it and when I tried to bring it to their attention I was told I was told I didn't know what I was talking about As far as respectful after the first week staying there they treated me like I was homeless, my bill was always paid on time and without any argument! I'm going through some things at home as I just buried my mom and never told them that but I feel VERY disrespected. When I first started my stay they were energetic and wanted my business but days before leaving I felt like a homeless person and received mostly disrespect!!!! Overall it was a decent stay and I didn't have to sleep in my truck!

The ceiling in the room was peeling. The hallways were super hot. The rooms matched. The A/C turned on but couldn't get it to turn down. Water pressure in shower not great (was nice and hot though). Check in stood there for 15 minutes, while customer after customer came up saying the room key wasn't working. 1 cashier who worked for 16+ hours (redhead), breakfast biscuits were stale and hard as a rock. Just not good. Yes $100 a night is great but for the extra $25 I'd stay at a better hotel.

I'd rate it a C+ overall. The inside looks better than the outside. The switch plates in the room could have used a scrub down, but the room was clean otherwise. The breakfast area was very clean the first time I visited around 7:30. The next day I went up there later and guests had spilled sugar and such on the counters. The location is convenient, with plenty to do and good access to the interstate.

I chose the property because of the low price, knowing that I wouldn’t be there much. The room was clean and quiet, but it was missing a few amenities, such as a hairdryer and soap. I think those were just oversights. I basically just needed a place to sleep and it provided exactly what I needed for a very reasonable price.

This property is currently undergoing renovations. I pre-booked a king-size room and when I arrived they didn't have any more king size rooms left even though I paid beforehand. After getting my room and walking in it was not clean the entire hotel is very dirty the Corpus christ there's dirty black mold in the corners things are uncapped and the general state of the Hotel is in disrepair. My room had chunks of meeting at ants were living in there. I found hair in the comforter the bed sheets have bug shells all over them the sink is cracked the toilet seat is falling off the shower doesn't work after requesting a new room it was just as unclean however at least you stuff was functioning my wife and I never looked so intensely for bed bugs which we found none of. Stay clear away from this hotel unless if you are so desperate as that you cannot afford any other hotel in the area.

Staff started off Friendly and we even gave her a tip cuz she was so friendly then later on was not friendly and seemed annoyed by our needs. This motel was very dirty. Asked for sheets and blanket for my daughter that slept on the couch and receptionist seemed annoyed then gave us a sheet with black spot on it and blanket that was very old stiff and itchy. We asked again later for new linens when we noticed the sheet looked dirty and were not satisfied with blanket that also looked dirty and the receptionist then gave us another sheet with a cigarette burn and blanket still looked the same stiff old overheated in the the dryer kind of blanket. This hotel is very outdated and not kept up. The pool also was cold although the temp in the swimming area was very hot which didn’t make sense.At Breakfast the only fruit there was was rotten oranges. Bacon and sausage was gone and not replenished.

Location was great. Staff were personable and helpful. Room was clean and we never heard any noise around us. We stay at LaQuinta often as we travel with our pets so we are very familiar with their \"breakfast\". The eggs are typical from some mix and bland. Sausage only is offered, bland and greasy. very little else to offer that might even entice someone to eat unless you really like cereal. McDonalds is just down the street so eat there. LaQuinta needs to do a serious revamp of its breakfast offering to something flavorful, tasty, less greasy, - how about instead of tasteless greasy sausage you offer a choice of ham and instead of box mix eggs you actually use some real eggs? How about instead of dry gagging biscuits you use some real baked biscuits?

A good place to stay for the value but don't expect much for breakfast, go down the street to some fast food joint. you will enjoy breakfast more.

From the moment we walked in, i knew I was going to be disappointed. The only positive thing was the lady at the front deak was super sweet and nice. Beyond that, we instantly began looking for another place to stay. The firat room we were put in had stains on the bedding, a cigarette burn on the bedding, and the ceiling was peeling and hanging down. We asked for a different room. The next one was slightly better, yet the wall under the desk was in bad shape and falling apart. The bedding was tolerable at best yet i was juat uncomfortable even taking off my shoes and stepping foot on the carpet. I noticed it looked like there was probably mold in the AC unit. I honestly dont know if the rooms are actually ever cleaned or just put back together after aomeone checks out. I have stayed at other LaQuintas in the paat that have been wonderful. This was not one. Dont get fooled by the photos, they are probably all edited because i can guarantee no room ia actually deemed worth of staying in. Unfortunately we got in late and had to suffer through the first night, but we refused the 2nd night we reserved. They were nice enough to refund us for that 2nd night, but definitely doeant make up for everything else.
