Unfortunately, this was one of the least enjoyable hotel stays we’ve had. The room appeared old, poorly maintained, and not very clean. The pillowcases looked worn and stained, the carpet felt dirty, and several of the bed linens were torn.
The bathroom was especially disappointing. The shower had visible rust, and the water never became more than lukewarm. Sleep was also difficult because the blackout curtains did not properly cover the window, allowing bright outdoor lights to shine into the room throughout the entire night.
There were also several signs of poor attention to detail, such as a coffee maker being provided without the coffee pot. Overall, the room felt neglected and in need of a thorough deep cleaning and maintenance update. I would not choose to stay here again unless significant improvements were made.
