This place is a drug infested hotel they do not even do housekeeping we lifted up the sheets on our bed and I could not believe the significant stains and just grossness of the mattress itself The room was tore down and hadn't been cleaned at all The bathroom sink had throw up in it and stains there was dried hair around the toilet from another person the bathtub had significant dirt rings around it the mirror had spit on it I am ashamed very ashamed that I stayed there do not go to this place for a good night sleep or anything

The whole place reaked of cigarette smoke. I did not finish my whole booking cuz I could not stand to be there anymore. I feel like this smell got stuck in my nostrils and was smelling it all day. I would never go back. Try to get refunded for the day I did not stay but no luck yet. Do not book its not worth the helth risk.

The floor is filthy and sticky. The management flat out lied and said it was the floor cleaner they used. We used one of the dirty washclothes that was left. There are no clean washclothes. There's a clear circle from just cleaning it with water. The toilet is dirty. The beds were made poorly and we each got one pillow. We have one chair to share for the eating table in a double bedroom. Management was called and told the floor was dirty and they refused to come mop. As of this writing, we are still waiting on pillows. How this place got the rating it got is beyond me. It's disgusting.

No fridge or microwave in the room but yet when checking in saw that other rooms had the equipment.
They don't have do not disturb signs because they say that they need to clean the rooms daily but based on other reviews you could tell that's a lie because this place is in fact roach infested. People also use the do not disturb sign because they wish to sleep and not have people knocking on their door. Had to make my own \"Do not Disturb\" sign but it ended up getting taken away from my door by a worker which I very much disliked because 1. You as a worker should not take things from the occupant even if it is just paper. 2. That was just straight-up rude.
Also, the wifi isn't secure, logged into the wifi, and just within the first day, I had people trying to log into my computer through the wifi so I had to constantly clean my computer of trackers and unwanted hackers. If you don't have the proper services to protect your devices I highly advise you to not connect to the wifi.
They also have it advertised that they had a pool but the pool is permanently closed so if you're wishing to come for a swim you have to go to local pools instead.
The beds are also very uncomfortable and had caused me back pain the entire time staying here.
The T.V remote didn't have a back to it so the batteries were constantly falling out which was very annoying when trying to look for the remote at night.
Also, people are loud here and if you're on the bottom floor you can hear every step the people

Filthy room. A cockroach on the wall and in the bed; food from a prior guest still in the refrigerator; no soap or shampoo for the bathroom or sink; malfunctioning light that either was not turning on or it just flashed on and off; the bucket for the ice hadn't been cleaned or even dusted in forever. It was honestly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I know this is a lower end chain and I wasn't expecting anything fancy but there are basic expectations of any hotel room, making sure it's clean for a guest to arrive in, and this place couldn't be bothered to do that.

The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and very nice. We did not have a trash xan in our room and there is no vending machine like it says. I only slept therw and left by 10. We got up at 2 a.m. by someine doing fireworks. And my wife walks with a cane so putting us on the sexond floor was not good. She almost fell down the steps.

The room i booked was a Deluxe King Suite with a hot tub in the corner. With a microwave, fridge, coffee maker. It had no appliances jacuzzi tub in bathroom was small and the jets would'nt stay adjusted. It was more of a fountain into the floor. When asked at the desk was told oh we only have one of those rooms and its rented. So i paid double for a 50 dollar room. Not happy. Not what i paid for. And it said only 3 left of this room and now turns out they only have one

Worst motel I've ever been in

The front desk worker was rude and didn't offer me a receipt when I checked in. One light switch was broken, the toilet didn't flush properly and the bathtub temperature knob didn't work right. The sheets were stained and dirty and the pillows were thin and uncomfortable. The room had a strong odor.

Our room smelled like human urine which was clearly visible on the floor. The room also had a foul smell that made me want to throw up. The fridge had not been wiped out and had shredded cheese lying in it as well as it was just dirty. The front desk person on duty Friday evening came to our room and mopped it. She also brought deodorizer to help kill the smell. She was WONDERFUL. The next morning when when we stepped out of our room, the hall smelled heavily of marijuana. We asked the front desk attendant if she could have them clean our room again. Well...our beds were made when we got back to our room which still smelled disgusting. The front desk person gave us separate new room for that night. This room was clean. Unfortunately, the people in the room above me were loud and stomping around until 2am so I didn’t get much sleep.

Human urine all over room

All 3 ladies at the desk were WONDERFUL & went above & beyond to make things right. The cleaning staff did NOT do their job at all. 1st room had human urine everywhere on the floor & heating/ac unit & the urine smell burnt our eyes it was so strong. The desk lady completely mopped the room again & sprayed airfreshner. Buy morning the urine smell was really overwhelming. We asked that the room be throughly cleaned from top to bottom. When we returned that evening nothing had been cleaned & the urine smell was still overwhelming. They moved us to 2 seperate rooms which was a pain since to move all our stuff & be in seperate rooms, but at least they were clean. All we received was a partial refund of $33 & it should have been a full refund for the extreme inconvenence.
Again the 3 front desk ladies we delt with were WONDERFUL & truly were trying to make things right.

The property was okay. It was nothing fancy, which is fine. The front desk clerk was quite nice and polite. Unfortunately, the property had sprayed for bugs a couple of weeks prior and there was a small roach that I found and killed in the room. I told the front desk about this. There was something red splattered across the bottom of the door in the room which I also notified the front desk about as it may have been paint or blood.

Also, for some reason they had down my reservation was “canceled” a few hours after I booked. When they figured out the miscommunication, they did not charge me again; but the room type I wanted was all booked so we had to settle for a single bed room when I paid for two beds.

Motel or low-income housing? A lot of long-term residents. I felt unsafe in the environment.

2. Inadequate covers on bed.

I really liked this one because it was nicely updated. The bathtub just didn’t drain really well and so it was not as clean as it should have been. The general hotel also smelled like smoke, but the room itself didn’t so that was nice for me. The towels were folded nicely and the bed was decently comfortable. Well worth it for the price.

The location is great, the room is sufficient, there is plenty of parking, etc. Just about my only complaint is with the wifi. While free, it was spotty and kept giving me limited access. At those times nothing would load. The wifi password would only work for a couple of the different signals, so I had to wait till the ones it did work for would start working again.

The lady at the front desk was very nice very helpful the room was probably one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever stayed in if it wasn’t so late we would’ve gone to another motel we did not keep this reservation due to we ended up showing up a day early the room we got was disgusting and my friend that is in a wheelchair was looking forward to using the pool and we found out you guys also have no pool that was his main reason for going I stayed at other Motel 6 in Wisconsin and I’ve had no issues whatsoever

Perfect room for me

It's your typical Motel 6. I'm traveling across eight states on a road trip with two dogs. Woman at check in was sweet as pie. Super easy and quick, which I appreciate. I love how simple the rooms are. A bed, toilet and television. I'm just looking to sleep overnight and head out in the morning. Downtown Davenport is so pretty and the gardens were beautiful.

The room was clean. It had a microwave and mini fridge and the air conditioner worked great. The room has no carpet but the floor was clean and updated. I had read other reviews about the bed, and they were right, the bed was extremely hard. My only minor complaint about my stay is the ice machine on the 1st floor wasn't working and you have to go up to the 2nd floor for ice.

The staff there was great and the room was nice, but we had an issue with checking in. We were unable to open the door to our room because of a defective lock, which according to the desk clerk management was aware of but failed to inform the staff. The desk clerk was extremely helpful and the issue was eventually resolved, but I was incredibly frustrated at the lack of communication between the management and general staff.

The rudest service I have ever dealt with in my life. Threatened to kick my family out with our 18 month old baby every day of they werent paid by 11:01 am. They lie about having a pool till you get there but still charge as tho theres a pool. They eventually did put my family with my little baby on the street because my money didnt arrive until 1 pm. Keep in mind I had spent over 500 bucks in previous 10 days but they refused to let me pay at 1pm with money in hand. They are a joke.

We live in town but had to stay here because our ac wasn't working in our house on 96 degree days. The ac worked really well in the room that we stayed in. The bed was springy and the tv placement is goofy. The lady that I spoke to on the phone was rude when I asked her how well the air conditioners worked. Pets stay for free which is great. The only toiletries they provide are toilet paper and hand soap. The hallways smell like smoke.

When we arrived for check in we were not able to get the room we booked due to a non working ac. The room we were given the ac did not work in there as well. They were able to replace the ac unit with a working ac unit. The biggest issue was the tenants directly above us on the second floor. We stayed for 3 nights and every night, all we heard was what sounded like a small child running around and making alot of noise. The first night was 1am when it finally quieted down. The second night it was 12am. Our last night we called the front desk at 11pm to complain about the noise. It continued for another hour. It was a nice room. Comfortable bed. Would I stay there again? Not likely if they are not willing to accommodate after a noise complaint. All we were told was \"sorry about that\" that was it.
