This place is very run down and dirty. It's also very inexpensive so you get what you pay for. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and it was quiet and not a lot of people staying there. The parking lot always seemed to have sketchy people sitting in their cars. Otherwise felt safe. I do not recommend if you can afford better.

The room smelled very bad and stale. The carpet was stained and ripped. The mirrors were very dirty and the tiles were all broken around the jetted tub. The pool was out of order, with no water in it, and it wasn't reported at check in or when reservations were made. We ended up checking out before bedtime and drove home.

Took us 3 rooms for them to find one that was acceptable. 1st room had a bad odor n heat wasn’t on, second room not as bad but heat wasn’t working. Finally the 3rd room was okay, still crappy but the heat worked. There was not a real breakfast, all they had was a pancake machine and some coffee. Might as well spend $10 and get a nicer room. Wouldn’t go back again

They hotel is extremely outdated. Wallpaper peeling of walls, veneer peeling of doors, sloppy paint in the room. Only 2 towels, no hand towels or washcloths. Pool and hot tub shutdown. Overall very poor. I would not recommend.

I booked a room with a hot tub as specifically. I got a room with no knobs and no drain stopper and attendants admitted it did not work and has been a problem for some time. It had a window with no lock and leaked air and no bedspread!

Although the staff was nice I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone unless they REALLY need a place to stay. The room I was given on 3rd floor had a cockroach in the mini fridge, when I asked the front desk agent for another room, the other room was on third floor and had a dead bug on the bed. I was a THIRD room that was on 1st floor instead, it seemed somewhat cleaner at least no bugs in the 1st floor room. Also I wouldn't eat the breakfast either. I poured some apple juice in a cup and it tasted bad then I looked in the cup and there were some weird bits in the drink so I poured it out.

The rooms were quiet and clean. There is no pool or fittness center and didnt see any sign of a resturaunt on site. The Contenential breakfast was a pancake machine and the choice of rice crispies or frosted flakes cereal.
Overall if you just need a place to sleep before moving on you should be good here.

The room was very badly painted. The carpet is old and had old gum and stains.Everything in the bathroom needs to be updated. The lampshades were old, stained. The linens although clean had holes and stains in them. The entire place could use a makeover.

I loved the desk staff. They were so helpful. My flight was delayed and I had a week long reservation that I didn't want to lose at t a great price. So I called when my flight was delayed and I wouldn't get there until the next day and she checked my in over the phone like I was there and then arrived the next day. It was awesome! It was a great stay and as an alone female, I felt very safe.

Bathtub had a big hole punched into it, wrapping papers around the tub. Towel bars completely missing, round toilet seat on a oval toilet. No phone in the room. Smelled like someone had been smoking pot in the room. No wash clothes in the room. Whole facility appeared to be a little on the dirty side. Coffee station was all but clear water.

The neighborhood is rundown. The hallway and room carpets were filthy. The bathroom was clean but no garbage can in bathroom. The pillows were nice but small. The bed was okay. The breakfast consisted of a pancake machine, toast, 2 types of cereal, and juice. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. For future guests there is NO pool or hot tub.

I checked in later in the evening, andbthe staff member who checked me in was friendly, but had limited communication. Forst problem ise security deposit is $100 per room (on card, not cash). Never have I paid that much around here, especially for a propert as run down as this one. I had 2 rooms, one being the jacuzzi suite. The one they put me in though was not one I booked by pictures, which is why I chose the onen I did. He kept repeating their internal room codes like that would help. Finally settled in just having to pay a discounted extra cost for something not even my fault. The carpet was pulled up and a tripping hazard, the bench in the bathroom was broken, and the hot tub didnt have a drain. The other room had stained sheets, the AC didnt work on the shared room, there was a shoe leftover from the last guest, the toiletries werent stocked, and there were spiders. The the day manager the following morning helped move us rooms, but it didnt fix my dissatisfaction.
Also, one of the front doors has been broken for months, and the pool has been shut down for longer. This is worse than a Motel 8 at the price of a fancy hotel.

There’s a lot of things broke coffee pot didn’t work. Didn’t have any soap for the shower. Phone was broke. There wasn’t a remote when we got to our room went to the front desk to ask for one. He took one out the box and handed to me and expected me like I should know how to program it and the continental breakfast is horrible. It’s just pancakes and cereal, juice and milk. There are a lot of of us who can’t eat things like that And had to wait forever for the front desk clerk to come up so I can turn in my house, key and get my security deposit back.

was told a $100 deposit when it didn’t say anything about it thru the app. Grab some water around 11pm-midnight&found popeyes outside my door. I didn’t touch it as I thought it could’ve been a joke. Around ~1:20-1:40am a heavy knock was at my door for 2-3 mins. I was all alone as a woman not expecting anyone. So I stayed in bed. Someone was knocking again around ~3/3:30am for a couple of mins. At this point I was scared because checking the door wasn’t worth risking my safety. I grabbed the phone in my room to dial the front desk. The line was cut or not plugged in. I felt like in a horror film. It would’ve been appreciative for staff to make sure it’s plugged back in/working before assigning a room prior guests arrival. I had to use my personal cell to call the front desk and explain the situation AT 3/3:30AM. The gal said she would look at the cameras. I called back 15 mins later and gal at the front claimed she saw nobody and if it was my popeyes meal out my door. I declined and she was telling me someone was asking for it on the 1st floor(told driver to leave it at front desk). I was even more scared because how could someone drop off food at the end of the hallway near the staircase when you need a keycard to come in from the outside I WAS ON THE 2 FLOOR. She told me she’ll tell morning staff about the situation&to get some rest. Checking out and morning staff is unaware about it.She said she’ll take note of it-it’s going to be 2weeks since&never heard back

This should NOT be rated a 2 star hotel

This place was hands down the worst hotel we’ve been too. It is clear they no longer care for it. They built it, snapped the pictures you see online, and then never touched it again. Food options are pretty much non existent, the “complimentary breakfast” is a joke, with some bread, 2 cereals, and a community gallon of milk. That’s literally it. Everything amenity wise was out of order for god knows how long. And it was just altogether so filthy and run down we were uncomfortable. We only went there to sleep and that’s it. I actually felt guilt about booking this hotel and having to bring my poor son there. My sheets had several large yellow stains on them, and housekeeping did not come til our final night there. The elevator is an accident waiting to happen. At least Kim, the front staff, was kind and understanding. Besides that, we were quite affronted by everything there. Lastly, there is lots of unsavory business happening around the area, if you have kids please please do not come here.

The desk clerk and the cleaning staff are very polite and attentive when I needed some extra towels or something they were right there they answered my questions. There was always fresh coffee and the lobby the only thing would suggest, is possibly having some fruit or maybe bacon or sausage or some kind of breakfast meat for the breakfast. And perhaps a vending machine on each floor. Otherwise everything was great peace and quiet clean. Will definitely plan to go back sometime

I showed up to the hotel and I was informed the room I booked was double booked and I would not be able to stay in that room. (It happens I get that.) I was informed that my reservation would be canceled and no charges would be made. I was given different hotels to try and I ended up finding a different one and relocating to a different hotel. The next day a charge was attempted on my card by the Ramada Hotel, despite being told that my reservation was canceled due to the overbooking of the room.

If its an emergency you get what you pay for.

Went through 4 rooms total in a night.
First room smelled like human secretions and the bed wasnt even made.
Second room the bed smelled like pee and the carpet was awful and filthy on top of several of the items throughout the room.
Third room had an earwig infestation and the shower was broken.
The last, and thankfully final room after a long haul on the road, was the last. Still a bit musty but everything worked.

Pool was empty. Key didn’t work 2nd night I was let in but never got an active key do I couldn’t leave my room. Had to call staff as no one was at the Desk. Breakfast was 5 pancakes, toast, dry cereal. Towel rack was gone in bathroom, and I believe smeared poop on the wall. All room appliances were unplugged and plugs by bed wouldn’t hold a iPhone chareger plug it just fell out of the wall. Won’t stay again at any of their facilities.

The photos havent been updated since they open the place. In hindsight the lobby was a tell all. The pool has been out of service since Covid started. The continental breakfast included donut holes, toast, cold cereal, and a pancake maker. The orange juice machine is broken with a push hard sign on it and they upgraded my room 3 times with every room being consecutively worst then the last. They also charge a 100$ coincidental fee knowing that the rooms are already damaged.

The hotel room was not like the the property pictured on your site. The rooms are old and smelly. There are holes in the walls. I attached pictures. One was a dead roach under the covers on the bed. I also saw a live roach crawl out the dresser. The other picture is what the bottom of the mattress looks like. The phone in the room did not work nor the fridge. Move to another room and it smelled also. Did not stay the night and asked for a refund. They refused. Please Hotels. Com not sending people here. The staff was pretty good prompt and attentive. I did find it odd i had to put a deposit down even though it was paid online. This was the first time.for me. This hotel has potential but will not succeed unless the owners invest in deep.cleaning and bedding upgrades. It felt.like an 80s model.spring.mattress. carpets needs cleaning and thier maintenance staff is not.good all the toilet rocked side to side simple.fix. and alot of the equipment i seen was outdated. The coffee machine tasted like burnt coffee from last week. I hope they choose to update this property.

It was cheap, so that was a plus. The property is pretty run down; there were like 8 cameras at the front desk. The sign off list to check in included odd rules, like \"if you are in the room for 5 minutes, we will charge you for a night\" and a $5 charge for room keys not being turned in.

Overall, it was pretty run down, and we did feel like we needed to check for bedbugs (no evidence of them!).

This property looks like it used to be real nice. Now, every cost cutting measure possible has been taken. Pool has been empty for 5 years. Gym: Closed. I was looking for the cheapest place I could get but after staying there, I realized that there is a reason to spend more money. It seemed like the rapture had taken place and left just a handful of us sinners. Also, the bathtub was mostly clogged leaving us ot shower in 3 inches of water. By hey, it wasn't dangerous.

I would like to make a report about my experience and room, it was gross white stains on the floor dirty toilet that was clogged and even smelled like a dead fish inside the room. Nothing matched the pictures online I payed 170$ for a room that felt like a 40$ worth for just one night and on top of it the lady at the front was very disrespectful I told her the room smelled and asked why we got a room that did not fit the pictures we expected from online
Then she was very rude to the point of yelling at us for just requesting to talk to someone hire up and letting her know the room smelled and she offered to have someone clean it we came back later that night to the room that still smelled bad and was not even vacuumed you can tell from spilled food on the ground that was there before we even showed up I have photo evidence

The shower in my room did not work and the front desk said nothing about the pool not being up and running.
When it says breakfast included all there was was cereal, bread, and a waffle maker.

We had two nights planned but left after one night because it wasn’t what we paid for.

Horrible. Stuff broken in room. Pool hasn't been open since COVID. Rude service. The breakfast spread was a waffle maker. If u want oj has a sticker saying press hard.

For $55 I guess it's not that bad?

One reason I chose this hotel was because they listed breakfast being provided.
The only things on the breakfast bar were waffles, bread, donut holes and cold cereal.
No proteins or fruit anywhere.

Coffee was OK.

Was charged a $5 key fee after dropping the key off at the front desk to a very indifferent team member. I did get that refunded after calling the hotel.

For $60/night we got a clean, quiet and comfortable room which was the most important thing for us. But the property is dated and a bit run down. The free continental breakfast was embarrassing….only bread, waffle mix and stale cereal. I was at least expecting fruit and oatmeal and maybe a few other things so that was disappointing.
