The motel is one of many on the strip - I counted four between the coach stop & this one - but the only other things was a church & a restaurant. The motel was good & the staff particularly helpful.

The property is small but the room was clean and looked after by the owners. The owner was very welcoming and helpful and waited for us in spite of us arriving quite late. Neighbours were rather loud at night and you can here everything if Neighbours speak loudly at night without thinking of others. You can only hope you get sensible guests who care about Neighbours at night and do not talk loudly. Other than that it's a good stop for 1 or a couple of nights at a very reasonable price right in the centre of the town.

Likes- Location was very central close to eateries and the waterfront. We saw dolphins and seals on our morning walk! Spacious room and it had a microwave so we were clean and fed in no time! Heater and water pressure was also very good.

Room was very clean. Booked for double and 2 single beds. 1 single ended up being a fold out bed and was like a concrete slab, had to put other beds doona and towels on it to soften it up. Children complained about sleeping on it(we made them take turns). It also had a itchy wool blanket on it. Had to pull table out so we could use the only 2 chairs in the room. We pay for 4 people but not enough towels or crockery. Limited amount of WIFI. Rooms don’t get serviced but we got 2 clean towels the second day and the third day we got 4 clean towels. There is a BBQ but no utensils. Hotel is well maintained.

Rooms very small, you can't fit your car in the parking bay if hotel fully booked. Only a microwave and dirty dishes. Had to request more towels as only received 2 for 4 people. We had 2 small kids (9 and 10) they slept in the kitchen, that's was 2nd room. Surcharges for everything (have to leave it better than when you arrive).

This was an overnight stay. Checkin was efficient with some help on the local area and what to see.
The room was very minimal. The shower worked well as will as wifi. The bathroom was very small hardly one person to turn around. The location was good and wifi worked well. The place is very dated. Old bedding etc.

Too many rules and potential fines

A bit like Fawlty Towers, when you have pages of rules its time to retire from the motel game. Room was nice, comfy and no problems and the owner was friendly. We sent 20 minutes checking before we left that the key was in the right place, that the inside door was open, the screen door was locked and so on. We are good law abiding citizens and we got the feeling that we were all naughty kids who coudlnt be trusted.

Very basic motel room. The room and bathroom are small and it's about on par with a Motel 6 but the location is good and the price is OK for an area that's on the expensive side. Only 2 devices are allowed per password on WiFi so get more passwords if you have more devices. Manager was nice.

A very good motel at the price break, easy to find right, on the waterfront. In easy reach of several good places to eat and the host was well informed about the amenities. We booked this motel because it was cheap and all that was available for a last minute getaway. If all you need is a one night room or stop off for a road trip then this is fine. Owner was lovely, its in a good location to walk down the street or along the water that is just across the road. We were near the road side of the hotel so i would recommend earplugs if your a light sleeper as it is a busy road. Overall basic, clean, cosy room.

Paid extra to have second bed but the rollaway was very basic and uncomfortable. Could not even sit on the couch because it had no padding left. Front desk was very friendly and location was good but overall room was fairly grubby.
