A lovely clean hotel. We had a water view spa room which we enjoyed very much. Comfortable beds.
The only problem was there was no wifi in our room. I contacted reception 3 times over our 2 night stay and it couldn’t be rectified.

Overall a great stay with amazing lake views and walking paths, clean room and clean sheets with a nice jet bath which was a definite plus. Customer service was amazing, reception was happy to help every time we would ask anything and fresh towels daily.
They had an indoor pool and spa which was also nice but I noticed it was rather outdated and not very clean in the water.
The room provided everything you would need from an iron, space for hanging clothes, shower and a balcony also, although I would like to add that a microwave would have been very useful for leftovers from eating out. there was no way or heating any food.

We only stayed one night in an Executive Spa suite whilst travelling through Lakes Entrance. Our room was large and the bed comfortable. Whilst we did book the spa suite we did not use the spa with its wall cut out so that you can see the tv from the spa. The only real con was we that our room was situated on the Esplanade which meant the room was adjacent to the public footpath so you needed to have the privacy blind down in case a tall person walked past.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, very clean property, comfortable bed, lots of extra little benefits such as toiletries, extra towels etc. The spa bath was a novelty but very nice. You felt safe and we had a beautiful view. The only slight disappointment was the lack of lifts. We were two young and healthy individuals so we honesty don't start looking at the description for 'access' on the website but half their rooms are on the first floor with no lift. Fine if you are fit and healthy and have an over the shoulder bag for a one night stay. We were staying one night but travelling Australia for 3 weeks so had two large heavy suitcases and it was quite a mission to get them up 18 steps. More information on this outside of the 'access' section of their website would have been useful when booking to request a ground floor room. Mentioned this in a very friendly way when exiting and reception staff seemed to get very defensive which is disappointing. I made it clear my recommendation was not to install lifts (that is not practical or cost effective) but to just give more information. I believe that the defensive tone is because this is not the first time it has been mentioned. I got a sharp 'it is on our website' but I booked via Expedia. I wonder if when allocating rooms, they may drop customers a line and let them know ahead of time to save an unnecessarily difficult experience or mention it on check in?
Providing information is easy, free and an easy adjustment.

The property had all the facilities we were looking for and more. It was well maintained and clean. The beds were really comfortable too. The kids had fun on the pool as well.

The only downside is that we could hear the activities (from the door knocking, showers and toilet flushing) from the adjoining apartments while we were inside. Wouldn't say that's a deal breaker though.

The location was good the tv did not work the room we stuffy no fresh air no windows the shower was terrible we had a spa room with spa but no bath salts or anything to put in the spa so we did not use it the view from the main window was good but the window fogged up I would not recommend this property and it was over priced for what it was

We stayed in Family Room 24. While we could hear people talking and TV sounds from both adjacent rooms - that’s fine.

However, a loud, harsh noise coming from the pipes disturbed us throughout the night. We’re not sure of the exact cause. It was quite disruptive, though we chose not to request a room change during the night as our child was sleeping well.

We reported the issue to reception upon checkout but have not yet received any follow-up.

Had a spa room with Lake views. The room and those around it was not connected to the main motel so had to walk down a lane way to get to your rooms. Had to walk past staff sitting on milk crates smoking, several times. You had to walk up outside stairs to get to room. No lift. Wouldn’t recommend for people with ambulatory issues. You were asked to empty your own rubbish bin/bag into the outside bins when you left. Wouldn’t stay here again. Not value for money.

Five night stay. Our unit was above the restaurant. From 7am until about 3pm there was a constant thump ,thump thump. WE notified reception of the problem. No idear of the cause and said someone would visit the unit to ascertain the problem. no one came. Complained again next day but it fell on deaf ears. My wife visited the restaurant and ascertained the cause immediately. It was the barista emptying used coffee grounds by banging against a bin. The problem was not resolved my management by the time we departed. Cleanliness needs to be addressed. Used band aids and tissues left in room.

This rating is for the door of our room which we found unlocked upon our arrival due to a loose screw from its hinges. This prevented the door from fully closing. Whenever we went out and came back the door had not locked due to the screw. As we checked in later that night after hours service /security came late.
Also, it would be good if atleast there's some complimentary disposable cutlery ,bowls and plates available for emergency use especially after office hours considering the cost of accommodation is above standard.
Except for the two issues, the hotel is at a prime location and we find it very clean. But safety of guests and their belongings I suppose must be a top priority in any accommodation

The property area was good and safe but if we looked at the room facilities there was no kitchen stove which all family prefers to cook at home but there wasn’t even microwave in the room. How could you even warm up food or beverage, too hard with kids. In Swimming pool but dirty ceilings, water wasn’t good clean. Staff service was great.

Location was good with plenty of parking, close to amenities, shopping and dining options. We had a two bedroom apartment during our stay and while spacious, clean and comfortable beds there are a few issues. Shower is in the bath and water leaks onto the floor no matter how you try to avoid it. As such the floor gets slippery and it is obviously an issue because the door framework next to the bath is rotten at the base. Decor is a bit tired with the leather lounges showing long term “wear”. Entertainment is not a smart TV so if travelling with children you will not be able to sign in to favourite streaming apps for them to relax during the evening. WIFI is complimentary however is very intermittent and was constantly unavailable so foo ok not rely on its use if required. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it could’ve been a better experience.

There were some stains on the furniture and sheets in our room plus the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly prior to our arrival. Those were the only negatives. The room was otherwise clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpfull, and the heated pool was a boon in bad weather.
