The room did not match the advertised photos and appeared old and dirty. The TV was not working. We were also disturbed throughout the night by the guest behind us, who kept banging on our wall for two consecutive nights and left their TV on loudly until 5:00 AM.

This was a very disappointing stay.

La chambre sentait tres mauvais. Le quartier nest pas sécuritaire et la vitre qui donne sur la rue est endommagé. Les murs sont fait en carton et les voisins de chambres ont parlé fort de minuit a 8h du matin. Impossible de dormir sans bouchons. Fortement déconseillé malgré le prix plus bas. Nous avions loué pour 2 nuits et avons dormi ailleurs pour la 2e nuit.

This was a terrible, motel to put it is simply. There was no merits for booking here. Everything from the bed, the washroom, the room itself was like the owners took 3 minutes to draw something out in crayon and called it a day. Don't book a room here unless you willingly like to stay in the conditions of a swamp.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL.

Check-in was in an another location.The building appeared to be uninhabited,very run down outside. Inside was a sign to go across street to check in. Very old and dirty carpet on the floor with a very steep and creaky staircase.

Condition of the room was terrible. Smoky, mouldy smell in room. No security bar for the room door, torn and dirty fabric on chairs, bed sheets had holes, dirty windows and sills. Head board on bed was loose and shaking. Bathroom was tiny with sink and tub about half the normal size, barely enough room to wash your hands, with 2 separate faucet sets mounted to basin with 1 functioning.

TV did not have a power cord and we were told no TV service was available. No phone connection in room to speak to management. Room did have a microwave and mini fridge, but the fridge didn’t work and the microwave was dirty inside and out.

A building in that condition should not be allowed to be rented out to the public. Management claimed there was nothing wrong and we would be be charged a cancellation fee.

I don't understand how this establishment is on your list. It's scary, very very noisy, people coming in and out at 3am and we can eat everything... On the lawn right in the \"hotel\" yard there are tons of trash, chairs, old TVs, garbages. We stayed because there was no refund but I didn't sleep AT ALL. Normally I would not even consider staying in a place like that. The bathroom was dirty, there was pee in the toilet when we came in... The fridge was not plugged in, the TV had no remote so no way to turn it on. The staff is zero welcoming. The whole thing looks like a dump outside and inside. For 165$ you don't expect luxury but still a lot more than that.... I went to get a coffee at mcdo in the morning few minutes walking from there, I was approached by two people at two different occasions in the parking lot and let's say it was not at all comfortable. The Expedia website says 2 stars, the sign at the entrance says one star, I would say minus 15.....

Run down unsafe place. You need to walk across the street to register in which is very dangerous especially for senior folks. You can not close the main entrance door properly encouraging the outsiders to go in. No toilet paper available upon arrival. Broken furniture and so on; to many other things to mention here. This place should be shot down for good. You get what you pay for and you jeopardize your own safety.

there was no front desk reception first of all when i arrived there , it was raining , there was noted go across the street motel and see reception there,
welcome by mosquitos in the stairs and out side , and spiders running behind the curtains and on floor i can imagine it is old motel.
I booked for tonight since i see all this i try to cancel they did not offer to refund for both nights but for one night. But then first night they charge me more. Second night refund not yet received. Hotels.com called support no response yet.

This was the filthiest building, inside and out, that I have ever had the displeasure to be in or around. I sincerely think it is a 'crack house', no joke. I cancelled my reservation immediately upon arrival and was unable to find an available room anywhere short of paying outrageous prices for the night. It sickens me to no end what I experienced. I am a very unhappy Expedia customer, very disappointed, frustrated and quite angry.

I am appalled that this recommendation came from Expedia. I will no longer have anything to do with Expedia, never book with Expedia again. If anyone asks me for a referral for an online travel host, it will absolutely not be Expedia. I just can't fathom that Expedia doesn't draw the line on referring customers to rock bottom slums. I am stunned.

Having read the reviews, I expected worse.
It is old and looks old and feels old. There is no investment in maintaining this place.
However, I needed a place to stay last minute, it was high season - this was significantly cheaper than any other option I could find on the internet. The room was overpriced for what it was, however it seems like the city itself is overpriced.
I think it is not worth the 160 dollars I paid, however other options were at least 250-300 dollars so I recommend if you want to \"save\" a little and are not too demanding on enjoying the place.
Internet was good and water was hot with good pressure.

The hotel was overall ok but I would not stay there again. Small room but it was expected for the price. However, it looked old and a bit run down, again expected for the low price. But u had to cross a busy street with no crosswalk or side walk or stop sign to get the key and check in. This information wasnt provided untill u got to the property and read it off a sign at the front door. We got there late at night wich made it very dangerous. The bed wasnt comfortable at all nor were the pillows. The wifi and outlets werent great. Our phones never charged properly and kept disconnecting. We had to buy our own coffee mugs and coffee and sugar qnd toilet paper. There was no where in the motel to get extra supplies if needed and if u wanted to ask the receptionist, u would need to call or go across the street. The door was old and run down, we werent even sure how safe we were with the door closed and locked (it was an old wooden door and not very solid). We stayed 5 nights and the house keeper came only once to provide extra towels but the bed sheets were not replaced, just evened out on the bed. I wouldnt stay at this Motel a second time even for the cheep price. I would rather pay more for a bit better place. It is also importanr to not that it is joined with Hotel Jann acroos the street so it may be a similar experience there.

The facility is in bad shape. The reception is in the next door motel. There were hairs from the previous clients on the bed sheets when I arrived. There was even a \"bra\" of a previous client left on a shelf on the wall (the cleaning staff must be too short to see it. Oh, and there was a lot of noise a night!

The room was not available when I arrived. I paid extra $53.56+5.00=58.56 for staying four hours + half a hour. I arrived at 4:30 am , I spend to get one bed to be used. I left at 7:30 am and returned at 11:30 am. I left at noon. I did not receive my deposiE back.

A step back in time

Went to check in and a sign told us to go across street. Door was hard to open. No face cloths. Burnt out light bulbs. Door wouldn't open when we tried to leave. No breakfast. My wife bought Vim and cleaned the old metal tub. For $125 this is what we got???

Simple, no frills accommodation.

If you're looking for a place to spend the night, this motel is good. It is a real motel: it has all the basics, but none of the luxuries that people may consider as standard these days. The place is clean and quite and that's all that matters to me. It serves well the budget-minded individual.

This is not a Motel to stay in

Extremely dirty carpets on the corridor. We booked for 5 adults to stay, that is how we end up here. We were the only ones that stayed in that motel. The room had three beds, but there is no place to keep your bags. There was a closet, but it was not for us. It was full of half empty paint cans. There was only wall mounted pegs(hangers) and you hang only 6 clothes on it. The shower is a standing shower in a small space. No bath tub. No coffee maker.
For the reception you have to go to the motel JENN. That is just in front of this motel.
I think the management of JENN bought this motel Lustre d'Or and have not renovated yet. They are just accommodating whoever booked this Motel. The pictures on the website are very misleading.

Lit dur comme de la roche, tête de lit accotée sur le mur et pas fixée à la base (donc bruit a chauqe petit mouvement durant la nuit), hyper mal isolé du bruit, divan avrc cernes d'usure, robinet changé dans salle de bain mais le vieux est encore là, odeur de cigarette, annoncé comme motel mais bloc de chambres, etc.

J'ai pris une chambre ici car il ne restaitbpas dautre options de disponible aux alentours. Mais un banc de parc aurait été mieux.

À éviter à tout prix.

Ne réserver surtout pas dans ce motel le personnel est désagréable et je ne vous parle même pas de l état des lieux nous avons retrouver un cafard un piège à souris et un tic

Les serviettes était rêche et la douche nous avons dû nous laver en tong car le sol de celle ci était pas très reluisant .
La litterie était tachée et une lumière sur deux fonctionnait . Nous avons retrouvé de la poussière sous les lits ,les vitres et les rideaux était sale
