Local precisa de algumas melhorias, se não fornece opção de café da manhã, coloque pelo menos um microondas, talheres e copos. Interruptores trocar da sala e aquecedor pois a sala de estar é muita fria e a posição do apartamento os prédios tampam o sol, por isso a necessidade de aquecimento do local. E chuveiro é a melhor parte do local.

O hotel é bom bem tranquilo, porem um pouco vejo por dentro nao vi câmeras de seguranças no corredor ou elevador, nao sei se estava passando por reforma mais o corretor tinha um cheiro de tinta muito forte... apesar do ambiente estar limpo, o jogo de cama esta com algunas manchas e rasgos e a tv estava com uma imagem um pouco ruim e controle nao funcionava direito.

Decepção. No site encontrei algum opções e escolhi esta pelo conforto que teria, porém qual foi nossa decepção de encontrar uma local completamente em desacordo com as fotos cadastradas NO SITE. Local velho sem manutenção adequada, uma placa de estamos em manutenção logo na entrada do apto, mesa com mês enferrujados, cadeiras quebradas, um sofa rasgado, cortina velha e rasgada, banheiro com móvel estourando. A impressão que tivemos foi de que o apto não estava sendo usado , talvez para reforma, e colocaram algumas coisas la para que pudesse nos alocar. Sem contar que havia uma funcionária apenas para dar conta de todos os aptos e no café da manhã tb apenas uma pessoa para fazer tudo. Não encontramos a gerente para nos atender, segundo a recepção ela não trabalha nos finais de semana. Na saida, segunda feira, vimos a gerente fizemos a reclamação. Em fim nós sentimos enganados (propaganda enganosa). Espero que a Hoteis.com tome providencia qto ao ocorrido.

Hotel muito velho, precisa de uma reforma urgente, portas descascando, banheiro com azulejos antigos e escuros, chuveiro enferrujado, não usamos pois ficamos com nojo, sofá rasgado, eletrodomésticos da cozinha no chão, a única coisa boa era a cama bem confortável e limpa. Acho que a reforma é uma questão de bom senso e o estacionamento tem apenas 10 vagas, tivemos que deixar o carro na rua.

Faltam funcionários, o café da manhã é bom, mas falta administração, no domingo o hotel estava com bastante hóspedes e faltou quase tudo no café da manhã. As camas sao bem simples e os colchões velhos. Mas creio que o preço não fuja desse possivel e talvez o custo x benefício ainda seja bom.

Com exceção dos apartamentos com sacadas, aonde as janelas dos quartos também tem a proteção de uma espécie de canteiro de flores, nos apartamentos laterais sem sacada, as janelas são muito baixas, sem qualquer proteção, inclusive para os adultos. Não recomendo em hipótese alguma, a hospedagem de famílias com crianças, minha namorada levou um grande susto quando se aproximou das janelas.

O quarto era diferente das fotos, não possui ar condicionado e nem microondas. Nem ventilador tinha, tive que solicitar na recepção. A mobília é antiga. Porém o atendimento é bom. Tem pouca variedade no café da manhã. O estacionamento é pago a parte. Garagem de difícil locomoção de veículos. A entrada do hotel é bonita. Dá um pouco de medo de andar no elevador, bem antigo e faz um barulho que parece que vai cair.

Para o que eu precisava a localização era excelente, pois fica perto de restaurantes, shoppings, praças, etc. Porém quanto a estrutura do hotel deixou muito a desejar. De forma geral o quarto inteiro precisa de uma boa reforma. Tudo muito antigo, móveis velhos e bem usados, no banheiro o vaso sanitário estava meio solto, mas limpo. não tinha chave na porta do banheiro, puxadores do box enferrujados e faltando. Móveis da cozinha precários, o sofá era desconfortável, cortinas amareladas de uso, cama limpa, porém o edredom estava com manchas de sujeira, sem capa e rasgado. Quando saímos durante o dia nosso quarto foi arrumado, porém o sob lençol que não utilizamos e deixamos no chão, continuava lá depois da arrumação. O custo beneficio para esta viagem foi bom, mas o hotel poderia ter mais atenção aos detalhes citados acima.

O prédio é bem antigo, carece de manutenção, os azuleijos do banheiro são quebrados, as janelas de ferro deixam o frio de Curitiba entrar para o apartamento constantemente, não há aquecimento, tampouco uma estrutura que isole a temperatura.

Bom para viagem rápida e simples.
O bairro é muito bom. Tem boas opções de hamburgueres próximo. Um posto de conveniência com caixa 24 horas também. Fica a uma quadra de uma estação tubo de ônibus e a 4 de outra estação tubo. O quarto é limpo e espaçoso. A modulação da temperatura do chuveiro foi perfeita e sem demora, como costuma acontecer. Tem opções pra ficar uma, duas ou tres pessoas com conforto. O aspecto negativo fica por conta do café da manhã. Um dos mais fracos que já vi. E para a quantidade de canais e a TV. Uma de 14 polegadas. Quanto aos funcionários só tive contato com os recepcionistas e fui muito bem atendido.
