This is a hotel to stay away from! My husband and I had this hotel booked for months. When we arrived, the door was locked and nobody was answering the phone. We called the customer service phone number and found out the hotel is currently closed. We had to scramble to find another hotel.

We had booked this hotel but apparently the week before they had a fire and did not notify Expedia customers that it was closed. Poor customer relations. We arrived late at night and were discouraged. Expedia did find us another place at no extra charge but was discouraging. Did give a funny story to tell to our families after we had a good nights sleep in the new hotel.

We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 am from a midnight flight and were told that our room was not available. They had problems and as we arrived late they had given our room to someone else. Had too go to 2 more hotels before we found a place for the night. Have tried the hotel to see whether they offer some compensation other than a refund but have never got a hold of the manager. Looked like a nice hotel but the service was unsatisfactory to say the least.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! I made reservation on june 3 for June 4 and 5. Got to property June 4 to check in and hotel was closed. A cleanup worker came out and told me the hotel is closed. There was a fire there June 2 so no one can stay there! Hotels.com app still taking reservations! BAD BUSINESS!

Just okay. The hotel appeared clean and we appreciated ‘no carpet’ in the room. The beds were comfortable and the bedding in good condition.

The bathroom wall had been repaired near the tissue holder and had not been repainted or papered. A portion of the drapery valance was detached and hanging.

The furnishings are of low quality and could be nicer for the room price we paid.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel since we were joining family at a local restaurant. My wife checked out the options and said they were nothing to be excited about.

I was looking forward to soak in the hot tub - OUT OF SERVICE - both the pool and hot tub were closed. They must believe in eco friendly - my wife and I had one (1) towel in our room to share. found out every room was given one towel. We booked and paid for 2 rooms only to be told upon arrival that they only had vacancy for 1 room. Our party for the other room had to find accommodations at another hotel. When we went up to our room it was unmade. There was no TV and the room was dirty. We were moved to another room that smelled like smoke but we had to take it as there were no other rooms available.

I can honestly say I’m glad we only stayed one night. First impressions were questionable. If you require wheelchair use or have a disability that requires a door opener find a different hotel. From what I could see there was none of that. My husband and I both agree upon hearing the front desk clerk (assuming he may have been management possibly?) arguing on the phone with a different guest regarding a refund that this place should’ve been a red flag and tell. He was kind to us after getting off the phone so I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. We get to our room which appeared to be just cleaned and mopped which was a welcome sight. The smell on the other hand was not a clean smell. It was almost like they used days to weeks old mop water to clean the rooms from top to bottom. There was still trash from the previous stay in our room. The sheets were not clean. It almost seemed and felt like the bed was just remade and not changed out. There were food crumbs and black staining on and in the bed. Nothing felt or smelled clean about this room. It felt very poorly run and poorly maintained. Save yourself the money and don’t stay here. I wouldn’t even let a rock stay in that room.

Stayed 2 nights Paid for 8 Oh ya.

It will take 5 pages. Billed 2 nights as per should have been and then the hotel billed me for 6 nights on the incidental card. We don’t have issues so it was definitely not incidentals. The hotel charged for each night(2) separately and then added the amount of the 2 nights together and then charged that as well so they charged 6 nights more in total. Ya. Still struggling to get it straightened out.
As a side note we even preregistered to save time at the counter. That was not the case whatsoever.

We typically like Wyndham properties but this one missed the mark in most areas. When we checked in we were given a room that had not been cleaned after the previous people. We were then downgraded to a room with two queen beds rather than the king we booked. The deadbolt on the door to our room did not work, the floor tile was cracked and the toilet seat was loose. The bed however was comfortable, but it was not enough to have us stay at this property again, nor would we recommend it.

Our first room absolutely stunk! Smelled like Currie was cooking in a room next to us. We asked to be moved, the next room was better. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is nice. We are with a group (5 rooms total), most 3 rooms had no towels, we didn’t have facecloths. Found out when we got here the pool and hot tub were not working. We picked this hotel for the hot tub. They tried to close the breakfast room at 9:00am when the sign said it was open until 10:00. The breakfast was terrible! Horrible eggs and the ham was not edible. The coffee tasted terrible, couldn’t even drink it. Only the waffles were edible. Definitely would not recommend, would not stay here again.

Really enjoyed the front desk staff! They were very kind! I travel with a service animal and usually, hotels arent aware of the ADA, but these guys were great! The room was very clean, breakfast was delicious every morning. I loved that the bathtub was deep enough for an adult to take a bath and be fully submerged! Booked this hotel for the pool for the kids which was closed their website said renovations Sept 2024 but sounds like it was down from March to May so had to spend more money on activities for the kids, tv was difficult to use at first staff wasn’t helpful with it had to. Had to ask for more towels on two in bathroom with four of us. Rooms can use some renovations cracked sink rusted tap. If we did have questions for staff there was a sign to call long distance to help eventually we stood there long enough a staff member was there to help. I’m from Canada I wasn’t going to call long distance to get front desk help. The breakfast was good. Overall the hotel was ok we had a safe place to stay would have been better with better staff support and the pool open or at least a discount for the pool being closed as long as it was without any mention on their website

Shortly after midnight someone entered the room using a key card, did not turn on the light by the door, and came silently to the edge of the bed. when I shouted at them they retrieved slowly out. I had no sleep that night. Being especially alarmed they somehow had a key and the hour being so late when they came in I spoke to the desk staff in the morning to bring it to their attention. The deck lady was apologetic but I asked to have management call me regarding this potentially dangerous incident and after leaving my number expected to hear back shortly, but no reply has come. I did get an email from the Baymont asking how my stay was and I did reply, but still no response. I am not a complainer by nature but this needed to be acknowledged and dealt with.

This place is in disarray. The pool is out of order and apparently has been for a length of time as the hotels website states it should have been fixed almost a month ago, 2.15.25 and it is now 3.9.25. People in my party had lights out in bathrooms, doors that didn't function right, and even leaking water. Other things included food left in refrigerator in my room as well as no remote, easy enough fix. Water is not hot in the mornings so there is no hot showers!

We had only 2 bath towels and to get another 2 was like pulling teeth. The room was ok, but I seen a lot nicer and cleaner hotels. The bed pillows were lumpy, they must be old. The bedroom needs remodeling.
The floor was wet in the breakfast area, and I did not know, and there was not a wet floor notice, but I fell and landed on my knee. I’m pretty sore today.

The toilet kept running until the handle was jiggled, and then it would stop. Sink was plugged, and when water was used, it would drain very, very slowly, and hairs that were in the plugged drain floated up. My wife accidentally dropped ice cubes on the floor, which she picked up with a hand towel, which became dirty, showing carpet was very dirty. The flat sheets were put on top of the bed comforter, for some reason. This was done on both beds! The tv remote did not work properly.

Got to the hotel only to be told they had no rooms available as their maid staff had left for the day and many rooms were not cleaned. Front desk clerk said she had been trying to eat her supper for 1.5 hours. Noone thought to call the ppl with reservations in a sold out town that didnt have a place to stay. We will never stay here. Poor service.

Stayed twice at the Baymont coming from Canada, and although I like the hotel and it’s affordable and close to everything, the hot tub and pool have been closed both times I have came and that has made the stay kind of annoying. Great free breakfast though! Will be back. Hopefully they can fix the pool/hot tub problems they seem to keep having.

During our stay items were stolen out of our room. When we complained to the front desk staff no one knew anything about it. I explained I would be replacing the items at their cost and went back to my room. Shortly there after, the front desk staff returned the items to my room saying, \"they were found on a cleaning cart on the way to the lost and found!\" It's bad enough they were taken but to have staff covering for other staff was just unbelievable! NEVER AGAIN

Our family was traveling 5 hours for family function in minot, nd . A family member got sick few our before we left for the function. I understood that one night may not be able to be cancelled but plenty of time prior to cancel according to policies for second night of stay. Called many times and no one at from desk. Phone would ring many times and then disconnect. I booked online so worked with online agent and they had same issues. Booking agent sent them email so we could get on our way. On arrival the staff once they came to desk clearly did not want to be bothered by our check in. She slid the sign in slip and passed us keys. I had to ask all the questions on locations of things ie: elevator, parking, breakfast times. We did check in later in evening and parking lot completely full. We ended up parking on street . -20 degrees that was so fun. Next morning was planning to take grandson swimming before our event, only to find out pool and hottub closed and needing repairs and would not be open. Upon showering we found only 2 bath towels. That was great for 3 people...The cofee pot didnt work properly and spilled hot water over table on our phones/computer. Thankfully nothing ruined. Both of our bed were made incorrectly and had top sheet on top of blanket/comforter. Tissue only had few left and went to get more but could not find staff. Appeared that front desk staff also part on cleaning staff. Toilet in need of repair. Very dissatified.

Overall completely terrible crumbs under blankets on sheets bedding wasn't even changed was put into a pet room even though I never said I had pets because I didn't. The floors were filthy when we walked in like they hadn't been cleaned the shower was disgusting and filthy it just felt disgusting We slept on top of the blankets and couldn't wait to get out the next morning. Upon arriving When I went to get what I thought would just be grabbing my room keys as per suggested by text/email to pre-register prior in order to save myself time and hassle That's exactly what I did. Uploaded my ID , vehicle info , etc all of that but apparently that didn't matter and it was for nothing Because when I went in wouldn't you know I had to do it all again! Then as I'm standing there it charge attempts to go through on my card again after everything's already been paid for ahead of time for $25 I'm guessing that was the pet fee for the pet I didn't have .My card was locked. And the notification comes across my watch so look at it saw that she had attempted to hit my card for $25?! So I just looked at her dumbfounded waiting for some sort of response. she didn't say a word . Now call me stupid but I think if there was a transaction that needed to go through which they shouldn't have been because I already did it and paid for everything wouldn't they say excuse me ma'am your card didn't go through?? she didn't. felt like a scam!

I got in late Friday night after driving horrible roads and my phone charger quit working and my phone was almost dead. Saturday I had no time to go buy one as in needed to be at the Minot Dome super early. Mind you it’s -40 out!!! She let me charge my phone behind the front desk. I appreciate it more than you know!!
