The suite was adequate but unexceptional. The furniture is outdated, the bedding wasn’t terribly comfortable, and we were disappointed there was no breakfast. The suite’s kitchen was equipped with dishes as well as refrigerator, sink, and a stove. What concerned us the most was a broken fold-over bar lock (I’m not sure what they’re called), as that is a safety concern.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were fine, pillows were comfy. One issue is that if you have a larger vehicle (truck) you may have difficulty fitting in the parking spaces. We kept running into issues with our keys not working and having to be reset. The biggest issue I ran into was staff not being available when I got locked out of my room to due to the key not working. I had to leave my possessions in the hallway, and eventually had to leave before anyone was able to help. There was construction/remodeling taking place, but was not too messy. The hotel itself was pretty quiet. I stayed 6 days and would stay again since the price was good. No breakfast was a bit disappointing, but they never claim to have it.So be sure to pack or buy something for that. Overall okay stay. If you have someone in the hospital this hotel was a good home vibe due to having a full fridge, and seems built for extended stays.

We enjoyed our stay with no complaints. They are currently doing some work in the building, but it didn't interfere with us. It should be even nicer when finished. No free breakfast is included, you have to buy some basic items if desired. With a kitchenette in our room, we were okay for breakfast.

Hotel was nice, but was renovating a big part of it. Our room didn’t have any additional furniture (chairs), no breakfast, no swimming pool. Service was great though, very nice friendly workers. We stayed as a dance team, the workers were great dealing with our dramatic chaotic dance girls, even gave the soloist dancers a designated area to practice in!!

Came from out of town for the State Fair

Ordered 1 king size bed/room. Walked in and had 2 full size beds instead. No big deal. But when we took off our shoes we noticed the carpet was recently cleaned. Still wet and didn’t dry when left the following day.

It was a bad experience. I stayed 9 days. No housekeeping the entire time. Garbage was piled up. Was told I had to clean and put it outside my door. No linen change. Ran out of body wash and no one at the desk from 10:00 pm to 10:30 pm even though I called numerous times and even went to the desk personally. No one there. Will never stay there again

There was the typical trashy hotel issues - unclean room with dirt/hair/etc. everywhere and the recliner in the room had the vinyl completely torn off it. Staff was slow and incompetent. But the biggest issue was I booked a \"suite that sleeps 5\" and they gave us a two queen room. The bumbling semi-incoherent front desk person kept defiantly stating that they could call that a \"sleeps 5\" room and that we were simply supposed to have 3 people sleep in one of the queen beds. I've traveled extensively for two decades and while I've stayed in some trashy hotels before, I've never had one simply outright lie about their rooms like this.

Bree was AWESOME! She bent over backwards for everything and anything anyone needed with a huge smile. The gentleman working dayshift and the gentleman also working eventually my shift were AWESOME!!! The manager was nice but definitely looked out for the others working. Will stay at this hotel again in near future.

Cleaning is not a priority

Bed was clean but the floor clearly hadn’t been vacuumed for a longtime, debris/dirt along all walls and tile floor. Room smelled funky like someone squated there and never bathed or washed their clothes. First two towels I opened had what looked like dried blood in them. Caught a funky smell in the kitchen and the dishwasher was full of dishes that absolutely stunk horrible even though it said they were clean? Cut power to your fridge, let it sit for a few weeks and that’s what it smelled like. Front desk was nice but overall not impressed at all. There’s better hotels in this price range.

A group of our family members stayed here for a funeral. Super nice rooms large enough to accommodate visiting and the kitchenettes were perfect for serving. Patio in back was great for getting together too. Only complaint wasn’t related to hotel itself, but someone put dirty baby diapers out in the hall. Come on, people. Clean up your own mess, disgusting!

I specifically booked a standard queen suite but was given a studio with one small double bed. When showing the staff my reservation confirmation they said there was nothing they could do as the hotel was booked. They didn’t even offer a discount. They were rude. We had just crossed the border after a 2,555-mile trip to Canada and needed a comfortable, homey and relaxing place before our next day of travel. So did our pets. Comfort Inn was perfect. We deserved the room through the app and got a great price. Desk staffer was friendly, empathetic and helpful.

I highly recommend this Inn. Comfortable is the perfect description of it.

i have a very hard time sleeping this was the best i staid in i have a very hard time getting sleep this was the quietest i stayed in and the cleanest your staff is the best because the rooms and lobby, lot and front entry and the lounge the chairs all are great if you have deallings with local retailors offer shuttle and have them donnait gift certificates for their business on drawing in the motel like food places pizza places you cater to only bed bath and beyond or other retailers like your nursery for floral arrangements and other gifts that you could cater to with there help it will have repeat people staying there like shuttle to the mall or civic center as these different retailer's you have dealing with that paint or land scap all are what you see walking into you building and advertizing for them the tile work who done it the painting the art the seats all are potencial customers and retailers that you have in this motel the beds the curtains towels all the companys you purchased for the motel hotel are future sales partners look into it the other hotels offer a small drawing on calling card you could give coupons on retailers and gift cetificates out to the in trade for a night stay you motel is perfect this might make it the greatest around its all in marketing and supporting local retail and this is just a thought. I took sale marketing retail and business management . in UND williston years ago agra business even have them transport customers

We were moving my 92 year old mother to a senior facility in Minneapolis and were staying there for the night after the movers had emptied out the house and we were going to drive to Minneapolis the next day. The staff was extremely helpful with our situation and even helped us wheel my mom out to the car on an office chair since we didn't have a wheelchair and she was too exhausted to use the walker. They were very compassionate and helpful.

I showed up at about 12 but the receptionist let me check in early. The room was very clean and the bed man I wish my bed at home was as comfortable as that bed. If your staying in Minot there's no other place don't even waste your money stay here you want regret it.

Rooms were convenient, staff was friendly. Overall, stay was good. There were only two things that I didn't care for. When I booked the hotel, it said free continental breakfast. There was no such breakfast, they did however have over priced items for sale I'm the main floor.During my 3 night stay, housekeeping did not enter once. They apparently only have them clean once a week.

Spacious room and nice kitchen area. The only thing lacking is a pool and complimentary breakfast. Hotel is in an area with many stores, restaurants and other hotels. I wish the rooms had more insulation for the street and adjacent room noise but not a big issue. Also disappointed that muffins in the snack shop tasted old and like plastic. However, if the price was right I would return to this hotel for another stay because of the friendly staff and comfortable bed and pillows.
