Breakfast was just what we needed - no fresh fruit but great options for cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, french toast, toast, and the best - waffle maker. Coffee machine isnt the best and juice machine doesnt work. Rooms were clean, comfy beds, air conditioner works, good tv options. No pool but we dont use the pool.I would absolutely stay here again!

Room smelled like cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. Heat/AC unit not working when we arrived and was not even turned on. Fortunately staff were helpful and got things working right away, but room was freezing for some time. Breakfast was just ok, coffee in carafe was cold and both coffee and juice machines were not working. Probably would not stay again.

I was very shocked that the pet fee was $75. It cost more for my dog then it did the room. I have paid pet fees before but never this much. It is ridiculous. The room are nothing fancy sub par at best.

I stayed here in Jan. 2026 and, while I appreciate the effort of the staff, the overall experience was disappointing.

The room was reasonably clean, but not to the standard I would expect. There were also some basic oversights, such as having no place to hang bath towels in the bathroom, which made the stay less comfortable.

We also dealt with significant noise from neighbouring guests, which made it difficult to rest, and it did not seem to be addressed.

The breakfast area was the most concerning part of the stay. It was not well maintained — tables were not wiped down, chairs were visibly stained, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. Several items were unavailable or running low, including no fruit, and the yogurt machine was out of order. It appeared that only one staff member was responsible for both check-in and the breakfast area, which understandably made it difficult to keep up, but still impacted the quality of the experience.

I share this feedback respectfully, but honestly. There are some foundational areas — cleanliness, maintenance, and staffing — that need attention in order to provide a better experience for guests.

Got off to a rough start. Front desk was occupied by a sign with a phone # to call. Waited too long for the attendant to arrive. This was at 4 pm on a Wednesday. Room was in a state of disrepair. Room was right next to major remodeling. Trevan came on shift Tuesday morning. He promised to have a new room by the time i returned. He was true to his word. And all week long i witnessed him worked constantly to ensure things were running smoothly.

Apparently there was a water break at the hotel prior to arrival and check in. My husband was not able to check in, we were never notified ahead of time of the fact that he would not be able to check in, and we were not made aware of any other issues. The front desk clerk was extremely rude to my husband and acted as though my husband was asking too much to be able to check in. Then when I called and spoke to him he literally yelled at me on the phone talked over me and would not let me get a word in edgewise. Worst service ever! My husband ended up having to book somewhere else and it was double the price. Trying to book on the fly when you have a child who is getting ready to have a sports competition the next morning and this occurs, is extremely upsetting for everyone involved. Not even an apology was given by the staff! Worst staff ever!

The breakfast was a joke. All they had was sausage links and eggs, there was cereal available but no milk. No yogurt, fruit, etc. I was down for breakfast by 7:30 (it opened at 7 on Saturday) so it’s not like I was scraping the bottom of the barrel. There was construction going on that was not disclosed, so no pool available. My floor wreaked of weed, but that’s not on the staff so much as the other guests. The staff was very friendly, and my room was clean

I want to like this place, but likely won't go back. One positive: The staff was wonderful to both me and my child. Negatives: The pool & hot tub was not available. Most ice machines & 1 elevator were not working. There was not much available in the pantry. The hot breakfast was good, but they ran out of plates 30 minutes after breakfast started. The juice & milk machines were out of order. The breakfast area chairs were stained and ratty. There was water damage on the ceiling & wall of our bathroom.

We booked for the breakfast and the pool. The pool was closed!! The breakfast was not appetizing at all! Eggs were horrible and cold, bread products not fresh. Coffee was cold! The beds were rock hard! The heater would not turn off and when it cut in it was so loud it woke us all night.

Staff and check in were great. Our room was not. Our door handle was broken so after a trip up to the room, we had to go back down for the employee to explain how to open the door. Once in the room, we found the heater didn’t work. There was a space heater in the room but that is a huge safety concern. Our bathtub also did not drain well so you have to stand in a tub of water while you shower. We also were only given two towels for four people and were told they didn’t have any more clean and that we would have to wait until morning. I had high hopes with the ratings all being so high so maybe we just got the bad apple room.

Overall, everything was fine for the low price we paid. A few things would make it exceptional, though.
A bit of general cleaning, maintenance and repairs would go a LONG way. We checked in to a room that the door latch barely worked on - it was difficult to get in. Not overly clean. The heat didn't work, no cover on electrical outlets! We requested a room with heat (ND winter). Next room had heat but very little temp control. Shower broken, dispensers ripped off wall, laying there. No room service for the two days we were there (not a problem but not great). Blind on window didn't work so lights shining in all night. Breakfast was ok, but not real great, not overly clean.
Overall, fine for the price, but could be one of the best with a bit of effort.

We booked this because we thought we were going to be able to swim. The pool was closed. The room was average, nice firm beds, all the essentials needed. The coffee maker I plugged in, threw sparks at me, due to an outlet that wasn't working properly. I told the staff in the morning, but nobody ever came to fix it. It was a safely concern. The staff was nice, breakfast was good. No snacking options to buy.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay! Great check-in, the room was clean and not needing repair in any way. Roomy bathroom, fluffy towels. The bed was comfortable, a firmer mattress, which I like. Great coffee machine with a lot of choices. Average breakfast of scrambled eggs and sausages one day and then with bacon on Saturday. Well stocked and and kept clean. I will stay here again when I'm in Minot.

This hotel was very mismanaged. Our flight was delayed , so we did not get to the hotel until 1:30 AM. No hotel staff was there. A note at the desk gave a number to call. When we called it the person said that they had went to the airport and would be back soon. When they got back they could not find our reservation that we had book 2 months earlier, but finally just gave us rooms but told us since they didn’t know we were coming , to let us know if the rooms needed anything and that the manager would be there in the morning. There was no trash cans in the rooms, the TV didn’t work, the body was had fallen off the wall of the shower and was broken on the shower floor. and the blow dryer was broken. The next morning we were told that the manager was in meetings and couldn’t talk to us. Late that afternoon a gentleman at the desk apologized to us. Saying that he didn’t know why we had been told we had no reservation, when he remembers putting it in the system 2 months ago. He then went out of his way to fix the problems in our rooms. The front desk was unmanned most mornings and breakfast items often ran out. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because of the indoor pool . Unfortunately the pool was ice cold and the the hot tub was barely warm. There was also some sticky on the handrail into the pool. They told us it would be fixed but in the three days we were there it wasn’t. Next time we visit Minot we will not be staying here!

However, having said that, the room was clean, big and the beds comfortable. While I did have to wait at the desk for the attendant to come, she was friendly and helpful.

A Hotel In Decline

Not impressed with this hotel. We checked-in at 8pm and our room was not ready. When check-in starts earlier in the day, we expected that by 8pm our room would be ready to go. The front desk said there were things missing and it would take about 5 minutes to ready the room. 10 minutes later we were finally able to get in. The door was extremely hard to open. I had to put my entire weight into as it had been broken and never fully fixed. The floors/carpet were damp, there was leftover food in our fridge, the shower curtain had brown mildew all over the bottom, there was no shampoo or soap left in the room and you could see through the 2 towels (only 2 in the room for 3 people) that were in the room. Additionally, the pool/hot tub were closed for the entirity of our stay. I would not recommend staying here.

Check in was at 3 however when we got there our room was not ready. We booked a suite as we needed a full size fridge. Had to wait 45 minutes to get the room I reserved. Toilet lid had to be taken off so we could flush the toilet. We did mention to front desk but was still not fixed upon our return.

The staff at the front desk were great, but unfortunately several things happened. One, the blinds in my room were only half installed. I could only shut one, therefore light was emerging, as well as not having complete privacy. Second, there was a weird slippery feeling to the room (unsure if they cleaned it just recently or what), third, the bed was rather uncomfortable. Very hard, too hard. As well as the sheets didn’t seem to have been changed, or washed.

It was a rather cheap night and I am unfortunately seeing why. The manager claimed there was only one housekeeper with over 40 dirty rooms, so he couldn’t offer me another room (unless I didn’t want AC) blinds for AC, tough call, right?

Not the greatest stay, has potential, but needs work.

Nice rooms, good ac in 207. Not so good door latch, have to pull hard to fit. Phone cord was missing also. Lee checked us in and was pleasant and helpful. Trevon who checked us out tried looking for a spare hair dryer for my wife as there were none. Props to him. Breakfast was decent with links bacon eggs and waffles. Good strong coffee also.
Fitness room was nice with 4-5 pieces. Did not visit pool area although i was told the hot tub was open but not heating.

Okayish… with lots of cons.

1st room I got had a blackout blind ripped out/missing. I was offered a different room. 2nd room the bathroom fan was super loud and it took five minutes for the sink light to fully brighten. I love pooping in the dark since there’s no light near the toilet. The ac/heat register fan clicked very loudly that I had to wear earplugs to sleep. One of the lights on the wall had a broken cfl light in it. The main door to the hallway, you had to pull really hard to get the door handle mechanism to function to open the door, really needs replaced.

And lastly for the cons… the stupid azz smoke detector had flashing green led lights that would light up the room including right into your eyes if you were laying towards it.

Overall the room was quiet and the bed was firm but comfy to sleep.

As for the property, eh a door on the north side that should be a keyed lock isn’t locking, free to move in and out. The outdoor lounge area is right next to the loud ac fans, one of the two elevators was out of service, the pool was out of service (saw another review that said it was closed over 6 months ago)
Also saw on the 1st floor at the west side stairs that that there was an emergency door that was left open and there was a sign saying “keep closed for safety of patrons”

Honestly, I won’t come back to stay.. staff was nice and courteous… mgmt and owners of the place don’t care because things ain’t fixed

Sink was clogged and took 20 mins to drain, the AC is preset so no matter what temp you set it on, it’s always going to run at what ever temp they have it set on, be prepared to put a 100.00 incidentals on your card, was woke up at 8:30am by room service to clean my room even though check out wasn’t until 11am.

It was priced well, and it was clean. I will give it that.

The room for the most part was clean. The chair they privide in the room was very stained/dirty. Definitely needs to be replaced. The provided blow had broken pieces that hasn't been fixed because they don't wipe it down when cleaning. The blow dryers handle was extremely sticky with residue of some sort. Another aspect that stood out was the hotel’s quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Even with other families staying there, we never felt disturbed, and the overall environment was perfect for relaxation.

Staff was friendly. We arrived a bit short on time for the continental breakfast and ended up going past the end time, the dront desk offered to bring us anything else.
