Not what I was expecting! This hotel used to be kind of a dive but has definitely improved. The room was clean , the bed was very comfortable along with the pillows. We were traveling with our pet so we were given an outside door access from the room. Most pet friendly rooms are not as nice but this one was great. And also can’t say enough about the breakfast. Something for everyone! Will be coming back for sure!

The room was updated and clean the front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast was a standard eggs, sausage, waffles.

The walls are paper thin and could hear my neighbours snoring or walking around the room (artwork on the walls shoot when people walked around the room). The hallways had some debris like someone ran into the wall or something and the staff was vaping in the rooms while cleaning.

Pool was good for kids, it was dated and needs some TLC. But overall it was good for kids (deep end around 4ft deep)

I enjoyed the live band on Sunday and the atmosphere at the hotel was relaxing.

The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was great! They had a great variety of items on the breakfast and great coffee. The hallways and stairs needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. The pool area was nice but definitely needs an update. The room was comfortable but the floor was sticky. It needed to be washed since our socks turned black. I would choose an alternate spot next time.

I was a bit leary based on older reviews, however the hotel was recently remodeled. Our room was poolside and very accommodating. The pool was amazing and this will be our go to hotel as a family. The breakfast was incredible, no complaints from the kids!

Was advised check in was at 3pm. Arrived with our 1&3 year olds at 3:15. Told our room wasn’t cleaned yet & the cleaners were on lunch until likely 4.
Room had no shampoo or conditioner
Room had no linens for pull out bed.

Other than that, stay was enjoyable due to company time was spent with. Enjoy the pool area and the basement where you can enjoy time with friends without impacting others stay later at night.

Jacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted regarding compensation for the inconvenience. Never heard a word and upon follow up told sorry we aren’t the manager. Were in room 109 and the door needed to be body checked to close. Richard we met the first day, he was extremely helpful and catering. He told us he was just temporary helping out from Arizona.

I had booked and paid for a room online, check in is at 3 pm. I arrived at 5pm and was told the rooms weren’t ready and wouldn’t be until 6:30 or so. They then told me to just wait in the lobby or come back later. So I hung around for about 45 minutes but I had an event I had to be at by 6pm, and ended up having to change clothes and get ready in the lobby bathroom. My room still wasn’t ready after this, so I brought my bag back to my vehicle and went to my event. When I came back after my event and tried to check in (like they advised me to do) they told me they had no available rooms and practically kicked me out. While shutting the door behind me they said that I was given a refund. I was not. Would NEVER recommend this place. Thankfully I had a friend who was able to come pick me up and let me stay at their place otherwise I would have been stuck sleeping in my vehicle.

The hotel itself was very nice-decorations are cute and all music/record themed. Pool was warm, breakfast was great. However, at about 6 PM musicians (using this term loosely) came in to have a concert. They all were screaming rock acts, several without actual instruments just backing tracks. Horrible, played until 9:45, not appropriate for children with the crowd they brought with. Have the concert in your lounge upstairs. Bad management choice there. Need to tell people this is happening, no notice when we checked in or signs anywhere. If you stay here, make sure you ask if they'll be having a horrible concert poolside

We found the hotel to be reasonable for the price, as we mainly used it as a place to return to and sleep in the evenings. It appears to be undergoing some repairs and construction during parts of the day and evening, which was noticeable but not overly disruptive.

We didn’t use the pool, as it looked rather murky from above. However, the beds were clean and comfortable, which was our main priority. We did have difficulty reaching staff to request a hair dryer — we were told we’d receive a call back but never did. Thankfully, a kind housekeeping staff member went out of her way to bring one from another room, which we really appreciated.

The hotel itself is quite dated, with mismatched furniture and towels, but cleanliness was satisfactory and that mattered most to us. The television could have been a bit larger for evening viewing, but we were pleasantly surprised by the clearly labeled gluten-free options at the breakfast buffet each morning — a thoughtful touch that stood out.

I have no issues with this hotel. Management is great. Only hiccup was that large area is having renovations done so I wasn’t able to get hot water for shower. BUT a small sacrifice to endure to improve the features for more years of great service to come. Great place.

I called ahead to check to confirm the pool and hot tub were operational. It was confirmed by the agent working after checking in and trying the hot tub. We found it cold and when asked we were told the pump was not working. On top of that there was food in the loom area on table and on the floor. This was not cleaned up for the two nights we were at the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. Even for a last resort

The description of the rooms said sound proof. We were woke up at 7am Saturday morning to a loud TV and a loud barking dog next to us for the entire morning! Noise from the pool was very loud as well. The TV was very small and very old! The shower was the tiniest shower I've ever showered in, and so was the entire bathroom. The alarm clock in our room went off at 6am on Sunday, we hadnt set an alarm. Thenroom seem updated but wasnt the cleanest. Other parts of the the hotel seemed older and rundown. The breakfast was amazing!

Hotel was great, service was excellent and staff was very friendly. The only negatives I would say is we had no hot water for a shower on our last morning around 10:00am and the Keystone light was out after we were offered our free tokens and no substitution was allowed besides water. Other than that, our experience was great, coming back in November and we already booked it while we were there.

We were visiting our family and freiends from Colrado. This hotel, although showing its age in some ways, offered a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen which was very convenient for us because my wife has special diatary needs and I do most of the cooking for her. This hotel stay was also a very good value for us and served our needs very well. Nice, friendly and smiling staff makes for a pleasant experience. Rooms, bed, bathroom and kitchen were clean and comfortable. Pool and hottub area was also very clean and safe, and we enjoyed special moments with our small grandchildren in the shallow kiddy pool. I want to leave a special note about the front desk and all the staff who alwyas greeted us with a smile and they were all interested in making our stay a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Pleasantly Surprised and rested.

When we pulled up to the lobby, I was judging the place before walking in. The outside is dated and not the best compared to other locations. However, what it lacked in curb appeal, it made up for on the inside.

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Very clean inside. We got a jacuzzi tub room on the 1st floor, poolside. We stayed on a Monday night and it was not loud at all. We didn’t end up using the pool or hot tub, even though we wanted to. They were operational, but it was nice to just soak in the room.

The bed was ok but the pillows were soft and we were tired. I didn’t notice anything that would cause me to not be comfortable in the room, even though you could tell that it was dated and had been renovated.

The best part about it was the breakfast, the food was ok but the service was great. The cook did everything he could to make sure the guests had what they wanted even after breakfast was supposed to be closed. Even making a fresh batch of scrambled eggs at 9am. Every little drop of milk or spill of cereal was cleaned up immediately with a smile and a good morning.

Called early to check in early to get sleep before I arrive. After I arrive they wouldn’t let me in so slept in the parking lot. Then my card for my room door had to be reset constantly. Had it reset about 7 times. The air conditioner in the room was working somewhat alright had it at 60F and it would go up to 80F randomly and shut off. The power cord for the fridge, microwave, and tv was unplugged and damaged. The floor board in the room had a gap like a step but was exposed. So you had to step over to avoid cutting your foot. Seems like a nice hotel just wish I didn’t have to smell the chlorine in our room from the pool but that’s fine. Just need to take care of maintenance in the rooms so the guest can be satisfied and safe.

We had a sliding door by the pool (room 123) that was broken. Not the hotels fault but the pool was packed for our entire stay due to a hockey tournament so it was noisy with screaming children. Not past 11pm so i understand. Id recommended asking if there are any hockey tournaments etc before booking. Everything in the control of the hotel was great!

My wife and I enjoy staying here because of 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen and easy access to the pool area that is very suitable and convenient for us. It also allows us to bring our small grandchildren as guest(s) from time to time having extra room in the living/dining room. This hotel is in an older area of Minot but they seem to be doing the best to keep the place updated and working well. I give them ccredit for that effort. Overall, this hotel with its amenities, staff and location, provides us with very confortable, convenient and pleasant stays for about a week with each visit for a reasonable price. If you need something in the room, be sure to call the front desk and ask for what you need.

I didn’t stay on this date because of inclement weather. The communication when I was rebooked, versus when I checked in and explained everything was less than ideal. It was one time I felt like I shouldn’t have used Hotels.com, the situation was rectified, but not quite to my satisfaction. Property was FAIR ,for expedia price ..The breakfast had REALLY great options. I would like to plead for the establishment just to pay the extra $ to recieve childrens channels. Im not a tech savy person so streaming my phone for channels was not an option . And please hire someone to fix that gate between the baby pool and the deep end . 2 rods have broken off and left sharp edges that got my kids foot . They kept up really well with the pool towels exchanges. Get atmosphere all around . We had a dirty bathroom but we did check in early so maybe they just hadnt got to it ? The rest of the room was clean . Beds were made well .

The room smelled like paint, the fan in the bathroom didn't work and it smelled musty and like mildew when it got warm in there from taking a shower, there were only enough towels for 2 people and we had 4 in our party. The comfort had stains on it. The rod to open the shade to the patio door broke on 1st use. Half of the channels on the TV didn't work. Around 9 pm there were 2 girls running up to patio doors knocking on them and then running back and jumping in the pool. There were a group of kids constantly running through the halls around the top floor of the pool. We were constantly woke up by the large group of adults that were out in the pool area drinking and being so loud and arguing until 3:40 am we barely got any sleep and we had to be awake at 6 am to go to the event that we were in town for.
