The hotel smelled like mildew. They had fans throughout the hallways but the smell still lingered into the room itself. I was on the 1st floor and the people above me were stomping for hours, called the front desk and that didn’t help. Not completely horrible but money could be better spent elsewhere.

I didn't like that, the shuttle bus runs only untill 9pm And they don't explain this anywhere during the booking process.
I wait for the bus for more than 30 minutes until I call them to find out, I ask if they can send somebody, their answer was that, I have to take an Uber
When I arrived, they offered me a ground floor room, I never had good experience with ground floors for the noise, so, I ask for an upper level, they gave it to me but.... The elevators were out of service
The breakfast is poor, if you are very, very hungry, is for you to calm the hunger untill you go out

Everything in the hotel was disgusting. They showed us three different rooms to sleep in, but they were all filthy. The staff was utterly unhelpful. We had to carry our luggage up three stories because the elevator was broken, and they couldn’t provide us with a timeline for when it would be fixed. To top it off, the blow dryer was broken, and the room phone was also out of order. Every time we needed to ask a simple question, we had to descend three flights of stairs.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The customer service was poor from start to finish. The coffee maker in my room was broken, and when I went to the lobby to ask if there was coffee available, I was told that coffee is only offered during breakfast. However, they never replaced or fixed the coffee maker in my room either.

The breakfast had a very limited selection and was disappointing compared to other hotels. On top of that, the elevator was out of service for my entire stay, from the day I arrived until the day I checked out, causing a major inconvenience.

Overall, the lack of customer service, poor breakfast, and broken elevator made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying here.

The elevator wasn’t working, so knowing we were traveling with my elderly father she made sure our room was in the first floor. The a/c didn’t work the greatest but it worked. First, my husband and I went to our room and realized that we didnt have a working toilet. So we asked for assistance with that and couldn't get anything at all!!! We had to leave the hotel and find another hotel. Manager was not available to help at all. No refund. Staff actually laughed when we told them that our toilet was broken!!!!!! I don't recommend this hotel at all. Check out other places before you choose Sleepy Inn would be my advice. Not a good experience for us.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing from the moment I arrived. The property grounds appeared poorly maintained, which immediately gave a negative first impression.
At check-in, I was informed that the elevator was out of service. For an airport hotel where many guests are traveling with luggage, this was a major inconvenience. Guests were forced to carry their bags up multiple flights of stairs, and no assistance was offered.
The strong fragrance used in the lobby seemed to be masking other issues, as the hallways on my floor smelled heavily of insecticide. Once in the room, the problems continued. The TV remote didn't work, requiring us to manually change channels, and the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned properly. When my son lifted the toilet seat, there was old urine underneath it.
Parking was another frustration. The lot appeared overcrowded, forcing many guests to park along the curb, making it difficult and stressful to back out and leave.
The only positive aspect of our stay was the air conditioning—it worked exceptionally well and kept the room ice cold. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the numerous issues we encountered. Overall, this hotel fell far below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Pretty standard hotel breakfast, no complaints. Staff was helpful with dining options within walking distance and somewhere we could buy our wine and pop to carry on the cruise. Only complaint was the elevator wasn't working, had to lug our heavy suitcases up to level 3.
