Pretty okay condition. Quiet and safe are. Good for the price! Breakfast however was a massive letdown. I always assumed a continental breakfast would actually involve food. They only had a cup of cereal and a single tiny muffin in a paper sack. So if you’re counting on eating here, don’t. Other than that no real complaints!

My husband and I stayed the weekend and were very pleased with the woman at the front counter!! I didn’t get her name, but we checked in around 8pm on a Friday night. She was super friendly and helped us with our WiFi login problems. The room itself was clean. The only complaints we have is that housekeeping never even attempted to clean our room and nobody ever asked if we needed Clean towels or anything at all for that matter in the 3 days we stayed there.

Dirty and in a state of disrepair. Stains and holes in the carpet, holes that look like cigarette burns in the sheets, stained and warped ceiling tiles. Bathrooms are stained, scuffed and rusted, oddly the sink is very low. At some point someone had tried to pry open the door to our room and the damage is still apparent. It doesn’t appear that this is a particularly safe place to stay either, we definitely made use of the deadbolt and chain.

I don't usually book less than 3 star hotels and after this experience I will never do so. The staff is friendly. And that's about the only positive I can say. The room has an unpleasant smell the moment I walked in. It wasn't bad but it wasn't inviting. The room and overall property is dated. And the bed wasn't comfortable at all.

It was so bad that I checked out a day early so yes, I lost a night stay and money paid for it. I won't be coming back here or any 2 star establishments.

Room was clean, but everything else was dated and worn out from the curtains to the beds, which were hard.
The entrance to the building and around the check-in area was sturdy and dusty. The first two rooms shown to me were musty and smelly. The carpet were or looked dirty. Basically I would never stay at a properties like this again. Super 8 is out for me.

The room had dirt accumulated in some corners. There was a used tissue behind the desk. The chemical cleaner that was used had a terrible smell that lasted even though we opened the window. This oder traveled with our clothes after checking out.

I honestly wasn't expecting much for the price or the area. However, the room was not clean. Bed covers and carpet had stains. Shower hardware was corroded and gross. There were bugs everywhere. The bright spot was the staff. Anytime we spoke with them they were pleasant and helpful.

My stay at this Super 8 was decent at best. The room itself was clean, which I appreciated, but the hotel was missing some basic essentials — there was no iron or ironing board in the room, which was inconvenient.

What really stood out, though, was the service. I had to get a replacement key late Saturday night, and I ended up waiting an hour before the front desk staff came to help me. That’s far too long, especially for something as simple as replacing a room key.

Overall, this stay didn’t live up to the “Super” in Super 8. The basics were covered, but the lack of amenities and poor service made it hard to recommend.

Do not stay here. Pics on Hotels.com are nothing like the actual room. Carpet stained and with holes. Cigarette holes in blankets, stains on bedding and skirt. Room stank of cigarette smoke, screen to window was cut open.

Where do I begin? The smell, or the filthy floors or the broken shower handle that just spun in circles…. Never knowing weather or not you were gonna get scalded or frozen. Better yet, the petrified burger from McDon’s mixed in w wrappers from 7 years ago. Burn holes in the bedding… I understand you get what you pay for but for the conditions 45 a night at best. I truly adored tho waking up to the 8 person hump fest in the room next door, literally was one of the best parts of the stay. With love The Midnight Revival Band

It was clean, the front desk staff were friendly, The bed was old, could feel the springs, but it was soft. The breakfast - Saturday, orange juice was out of order, there were bagels, no butter, no cream cheese, no bread so no toast, no muffins. Sunday had Eggs, sausage no bread, no serving utensils, no salt and no pepper. The last night the people above were stomping around and blasting music and m-f-ing each other up there till 2 am. REALLY unhappy about that. The hall carpets were very worn in places, and the key cards continuously stopped working, even when kept away from my phone like the front desk woman said. all minor things except for the noise and profanity of the last night.

Awesome staff, very welcoming. The woman at the front desk gave me a plastic fork so I could eat my dinner when I arrived. They were also very helpful when I had a last minute itinerary change. Little noisy due to the truck stop being next door but I know that’s out of their control.

Spotlessly clean and front desk service was friendly and efficient. I know it is due for renovation and it needs it. Breakfast offerings were bagels and instant oatmeal. Nothing else. The coffee was excellent and I appreciate that the toiletries are eco friendly.

A Nice Super 8

Although this was not my first time at a Super 8, it was my first time at this particular Super 8. The staff were super friendly and the level of customer service I received was truly excellent. Although there was an offer of complimentary breakfast, I think I slept through the fixings, but there is an Indian/American deli across the way, and that tided me over. I found the bed very comfortable and the room was larger than expected, too.

I was told I would receive a receipt from is email after requesting one and I never received it. Very poor breakfast. Nothing like the photos. No juice since dispenser was broken our whole stay. None of the vending machines worked and were mostly empty. The place smelled like pot smoke. It was not a happy place.

Place was dirty and moldy. I am covered in bites from something. On my face, forehead, arms, hands and legs. Hoping we didn't bring bed bugs home... \"Free breakfast\" should not be a selling point. It was dismal. Just a few plain bagels with cream cheese. We had to find a place to buy breakfast anyway. Not worth what we paid for the stay at all! Only good thing we have to say is that the check in person was nice.

This is the second super 8 I stayed in for the month and the second time I was bitten by bed bugs. The first one I found the dead bug on the bed when I woke up. Disgusting but fortunately I only had one bite. So I thought they can’t all have an infestation and it’s a affordable stop when traveling. So I book a second at different location and everything was okay. I was a little itchy during the night but saw no bite mark or bugs. I was satisfied until later in the evening when painful, itching swellings start appearing on my arms shoulder and neck. This morning I woke up with more on my face. Lesson learned, never again shall I visit a Super 8. Beware!

However the bed in the room was terrible. It had a very large dip in it that made getting comfortable impossible.
