Was just a partial night stay after a baseball game in Cincy. It got the job done for a hot shower and somewhere to lay our head and get off the road for some rest. Room was clean and ready for our stay. We got there super late and the woman at the desk was still very welcoming and accommodating. Surrounded by places to eat and close to wal mart and such for other needs. I'd def recommend staying here if in the area

Breakfast was basically nothing and the pool was completely cloudy.

Now, when I went to checkout on Sunday the person behind the desk question me about how many people I had in my room ???? She told me the owner wanted to know and she is bat crazy. I told her 3 and asked why? She stated that they had seen people coming in and out of my room. I felt totally spied on for some reason as if they were watching me whole weekend. With my middle finger raised high, I explained My older daughter also had a room there and they should look around their property more and stop worrying about the guest.

If you go here they will be watching you and who comes in and out of your room. They will never get my business ever again.

Hotel room smelled like smoke, saw a bug on room ceiling. Staining like blood in the shower. Came back from concert at midnight. Nobody at front desk, rang desk bell. Manager clearly sleeping in back room came out to assist. I asked for additional blankets and pillows as there were not enough for two people. Manager said there were not additional blankets in the hotel. Once in the room, pulled back sheets and a spider crawled out from sheets and went behind the bed. Left immediately and drive 2 1/2 hours home at 12:30 am. I called today for a refund and the manager so rude and arrogant, hung up on me. This is unacceptable. What a terrible experience.

The most impressive thing about the hotel was that we had Wifi and could watch ESPN so we did not have to miss the LSU Women's Basketball game in the March Madness Sweet 16. The only bad part about that was LSU ended up 1 point ahead with 2.9 seconds left and the other team shot a 3 pointer and so LSU lost by 2 points. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and I felt like it was family friendly. I would stay again if I am ever in Shepherdsville and need a room.

Our stay was horrible. The pictures that they show when you book aren’t even close to what the rooms look like. Outdated, extremely dirty, the place has a mildew smell that is terrible as well. When we got to the room there were only 3 pillows. When I asked for another pillow I was told they didn’t have anymore to give out, and was then offered a dirty pillow from behind the counter. The next morning we left early, and there was a child sleeping on an air mattress behind the counter. Pretty sure he was using the dirty pillow that I was offered. The sheets on our bed were dirty, the bathroom was disgusting and the toilet smelled like rotten pee when you lifted the seat. 10/10 would not recommend staying here

The only thing we were not a fan of is how early housekeeping would come by knocking on doors and yelling. Even if they aren’t knocking on your door (we put the sign out for the second and third nights) you can still hear them all down the hallway. You shouldn’t come earlier than check out time, people want to sleep on their vacations.

I recently stayed at this property last weekend. I enjoyed the price of the room for a two day stay, and I like the fact I didn’t have to pay for an incidental fee because I paid for my stay upfront. The room was clean and modern. The staff were pleasant and available if you needed anything. I would absolutely stay again when I visit Louisville. My number one plus were there were no BUGS!!

Beds were pretty comfortable, everything seemed clean. Doors to room & bathroom kept sticking. Everything worked. Carpets were old but seemed clean. Very convenient to numerous restaurants. Breakfast was cold and all carbs except they had fresh-boiled eggs & make-your-own waffles.

I guess the old saying is true you get what you pay for came down to the area for a toy convention didn't really want to pay the rate that the hotel across the parking lot from the convention center wanted for one night thought I'd save some money stay at cheap hotel room well that's exactly what this is.

I was in the room next to the elevator show every time someone used that elevator I could hear it in my room bed was hard as the ground felt like I was laying on concrete pillows while they were the cheap hotel ones and I had a stack all three so I could get comfortable because that's how soft they are Sheetz were rough as nails and so were the towels like they bought the cheapest house I think the only reason why I got some sleep is how long I had been up the day before planning on coming back next year but I won't be staying at this hotel no thank you.
I don't even know if I would recommend it if you're too damn tired to keep driving and you pull off at this exit to get a good night's sleep I don't even know if it's worth that

I was there passing through the area for the night so no big expectations considering the price.

Our room STANK of cigarettes. The tub was busted. The pool was FREEZING my 13 year old stated her skin felt nasty after getting in. Coffee was poop gas station coffee. And the morning\"eggs\" were over cooked hard boiled. Everything was empty it took staff forever to change stuff out. Apparently the yogurt was disgusting.

Even though noon smoking rooms, smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke. A bit run down, dirty sink stopper etc. Loose toilet seat and cracked bathroom door, cigarette burns in comforter, no coffee maker in room, small bathroom, no luggage racks.

Good things are nice staff and actively repainting interior halls, trim etc.

Decent breakfast including options w protein boiled eggs yogurt waffles etc.

We were VERY disappointed with our stay. First, we booked a nonsmoking room and they gave us a smoking room. After I complained, they gave us a nonsmoking room. It smelled better, but the hallway was very smokey smelling. It was a run down hotel. We supposedly got a remodeled room, but it still seemed run down. The breakfast was VERY barebones. They only provided 3 tables in the eating area. Overall I would not spend my money here again. 🙁
