I was SO upset to find that even though I had reserved an ADA room, they did not give us one. Insult to injury - they put us at the very end of the hall & my husband cannot walk very far. He was not able to shower the next morning without the walk-in shower...
When you reserve an accessible room - you NEED an accessible room!!!

It was pretty clean, but in the room, you could tell where they had patched places on wall and corners and never painted to fix it when we asked for towels they had to wait to get some washed in the place wasn’t even booked up there were maybe 15-20 cars in lot …. Then we asked for pillows for fold out sofa and all they had was one told us to use them off our bed 🙄…. And the breakfast was awful

For the price, I’d stay again. I’m not what you’d call high maintenance, by any means. The important things were good. The beds were clean and the fixtures had been wiped down. The rest was meh. The floors aren’t floors I’d walk barefoot on and they hadn’t even bothered throwing away the previous tenants dirty bra that was hanging on the hook. I always check into a hotel with my own cleaning stuff packed, so a fifteen minute once over put me much more at ease. The AC ran great, the pool was exactly what the kids needed, and the beds were just hotel beds, but we were able to sleep in them. It’s a lot cheaper than other hotels in the area, so if that’s your main goal, pack some bleach spray and a magic eraser and you’ll be happy enough here.

We booked the hotel for the swimming pool already paid for it just to be towed to pool was not working. Seems like all these foreigners. Don’t care about the pools. They’re scared to waste money on it. And I’ve tried to get a refund, but Expedia decided to go with the hotel and wouldn’t give me my 160 bucks back.

Room was dirty. Soap and hair in the shower and huge wet spot on the carpet. Sofa bed had most bottom springs missing not usable and the microwave did not work. Notified hotels.com who told me to go speak to the front desk. He said he could do nothing that the manager would be there at 9am. Checked out before 12pm manager not there other employee said he was sorry he could not do anything. I told them to fix the bed before someone got hurt.

Pool was \"under maintenance\" during stay so could not use. This was not listed on the website, and it was the main reason we booked with this hotel was the indoor pool. Also understand about having a medical emergency but they booked us directly across the hall from it as it was happening during our check in. The horrible odor in the hallway was nauseating, I would have thought they would not have sent us to a room directly across from it upon check in while that was happening but maybe no other choice. There were a lot of dead bugs in the window seal the toilet clogged twice during our stay and the noise level from the hwy was pretty loud. We managed as we were there for two nights a little tired when we left but we got through the stay. Do not plan on staying there again if we visit the area. The people working there were very friendly was the redeeming quality of the stay.

On arrival, no one at the desk for 5 minutes. I finally called the hotel and then they showed up. The 1st 2 rooms assigned had no heat (21 degrees outside). The 3rd room had heat. In all, less than I’ve experienced in the past from this brand.

I booked a suite which is the biggest room they had available. In town for a funeral, didn’t check in till 10pm staying one night, pretty much a in-out experience. 2 adults and 4 children (which one still sleeps with me) The room had 2 queen and pull out sofa (remember this was a suite) The man behind the counter was super rude and made us book another room. Because I was 1 person over, now 4 kids 2 adults for a 3 bed room. Also the fact he was super rude about it too. I will never stay again.

Had to flush toilet 5 times just to get paper to go down.
You could smell mold in the air. Mold in shower and jacuzzi. To loud, although you are by a highway. Staff not very attentive. It’s a Country Inn & Suites and no fresh cookies at front desk. No body at breakfast at 8:00 on a Saturday morning should tell you something.
Time to down grade this place to a Motel 8.

We've stayed here before and had no concerns or issues, but the room this time was in rough shape. The room was horribly humid and smelled musty. The floor felt damp from the moisture in the air. Walls were poorly painted and damaged walls were poorly repaired. Sink had a huge crack in it. The price was amazing - so I guess we got what we paid for.

The reservation through Expedia was changed without notification. Requested a Dbl room King Bed. We were given a gaud room with mirrors and hot tub. No sitting area for guests. Room was directly across from another room under noisy construction (drills, hammering). We showed them the reservation from Expedia. They said they received the reservation with a standard king. The one we wanted was not available. Later the desk clerk came to the room and said they did have a double available after all if we wanted to move. We had already unpacked and did not have time to repack and move as we were leaving for a prior engagement and we couldn’t be late. The clerk was quick to blame whoever sent the reservation to the hotel, did not try to rectify the issue at first until speaking with a manager and assigned a room next to construction. We are still waiting for a receipt they said they would email because they had no hard copies. We did receive one from Expedia stating the reservation for a king double room suite. I have NEVER had this issue with Expedia or Country Inn Suites. I have been a Choice Hotel and Expedia members for years. It makes me nervous now to use Expedia and wonder if this all had been avoided if we went directly to the Hotel.

The hotel was fine. I think they were working on remodeling some rooms while we were there. The stairwell wasn’t vacuumed our whole stay (4 nights) one day the pool was closed, so we couldn’t use it. Our last night someone’s room on the 1st flooded/had water issues. I think they had to shut the hot water off bc I tried taking a shower but didn’t get any hot water. The next day the water must of still not been on to the bathrooms by the elevators. But they didn’t have out of order signs on the doors. So the bathrooms toilets were gross.

There was some construction going on in the late afternoon/early evening that I could hear down the hall, but once I turned on the TV in my room, I didn't notice. While annoying at first, I realize the hotel is either A) fixing a room(s) or B) upgrading a room(s), both of which are good. They did not do any work once it turned evening. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.

The bed was comfortable, breakfast good, and all the employees were nice. Price was average, but so is the hotel. The elevator is very small. I can't imagine a family of 3 or more, and the luggage cart in that elevator at the same time. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken for the 3 nights we stayed. The corner of the bathroom countertop was amiss and could have injured someone if they weren't careful. One hook behind the bathroom door for your towels to hang, and the presentation of the toilet paper, I have to say was disgusting with the mark on the wall. I understand not to waste, but having that small a roll left over from the previous guest, could have been moved to an area in the hotel for employees or the hallway bathrooms. I have no idea why the folded paper was stuck under the toilet, see photo. The constructed area around the desk, showed too many wires.

The guy at the desk took forever to check me in. He immediately saw my online reservation and that I had paid for the room but after that it took a long wait until he finally handed me the keys to my room. When I got to the room the toilet was running and when I went to jiggle the flusher it was very lose and would not flush SO I had to go back down to the desk. This time did not take as long to get keys to a different room. The rest of the stay was ok.
