Everything is great except for breakfast. It's the same every day—rather than switching up the eggs, it’s always scramble, and the lunch meat is always ham. wish they were like most hotels where they change it up from scramble to omelettes and sausage to bacon, but they don’t have that here. Breakfast is also very limited and cold as they don’t have the heating pans that most hotels have..

Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. No microwave in rooms making it inconvenient to go to lobby to warm food. Breakfast needs major update. There isn't a variety like most hotels that offer buffet style breakfast.

I stayed in a handicap room, and the walk-in shower drained out the bathroom door. I did bring it to the front desk's attention. They knew already. I just asked for extra towels to soak up the water everywhere. You can tell they are trying to make it look upgraded but if you look closely, they didn't replace, just painted over items. No pool, but had a washer and dryer. The breakfast was lacking, with not a lot of fresh choices. Forks/knives provided were the cheapest, bent even when trying to spread cream cheese. For the cost, there could be a lot more quality upgrades.

Problem with the lady in in Charge of breakfast settings I was warming up my oatmeal in microwave I cleaned the glass plate on counter after cleaning I put on there to dry and she said what is that and she said it twice.

I had a great stay here. They served a real breakfast, and the entire property was spotless. My room was especially comfortable and clean, and well maintained. I usually stick with larger hotel chains because smaller ones can be hit or miss, but this place completely exceeded my expectations. I’d absolutely stay here again.

This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Seemed pretty clean. The door had a huge space where it almost seemed not to be closed but it was closed and locked, the fire alarm went off at 2:00 am and we all were outside for a while. I went in and checked with the front finally and they said they didn’t know but everything was fine. It lasted a bit long and I was up for a while after it

Scheduled a 4-day stay, had a family emergency the first night and they wouldn't refund me for 3 nights! Not even one refund. Terrible customer service. Couldn't get the manager on the phone for 3 days. Showers are terrible.

The staff checked us out as we went to have breakfast 2hrs before checkout time. So we had to go back down to the lobby and wait for someone to let us in our room. The breakfast buffet wasn't up to par. The pancake machine was not good nor were the juices and milk cold they were room temp.

There was a leak in the ceiling in the lobby close to the bar which made enjoying a drink impossible. The breakfast was terrible, and pancake maker was broke. The room itself was clean.

The hotel seemed fairly new and was clean. The shower….:lovely. However…you have to get in it to turn it on meaning you get a nice blast of cold water. The design makes it impossible to turn it on without being in the stall. Also, the 8:30am text asking what time planned to leave pissed us off as we like to sleep in and paid for the room until 11a. Breakfast was typical cheap hotel food. Powdered eggs, bland ham, bread, pancakes, dry biscuits and overly salted gravy. Bed was a little stiff but that’s personal preference. I’d stay again but skip breakfast and tell them to not text me in the morning.

Interior is modern and has a cool vibe. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable, shower is newly renovated and modern.
The one thing that I suggest they improve is to make the sausage gravy on the breakfast bar hotter. It was barely luke warm. 😖
Other than that, the place is nice, and a great value! I'd definitely stay here again.

There was a bunch of kids playing soccer outside the hotel around all the parked cars, with no supervision. Not to mention; that’s a huge liability if they hit someone’s car. The place was not cleaned properly. It said they’d change the sheets and towels daily, and that was NOT the case. Overall, a very sad experience. Not at all like advertised.

Room smelled of stale smoke when we walked in. But nice room needing more updates (shower base had hole/crack) but bed was comfortable. There was security outside to be sure we had parking. The pounding music from the gathering next door went on for hours! Very annoying when your trying to get some rest.

Both Friday and Saturday night loud music played at the convention next door until 1:30. People all out in the parking lot. Very hard to sleep. Then EVERY time we got clean towels......they weren't clean!! Black hairs all on them. Very gross. Just very disappointed with the hotel itself.

Fine hotel in area needing renovation.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice interior of hotel that appears recently updated. While room was clean, general travel places, breakfast area and elevators, needed prompter care. Hotel not in the best location. While convenient to major roadways, properties in the under major renovation.

They were renovating part of the hotel and there wasn't much parking. Kinda sketchy surroundings. Also in the morning it was hard to sleep the house keeping kept slamming doors and I think our room was right next to the laundry room because there was lots of noise.

I read reviews that were posted this month and felt confident in my booking. I arrived to this hotel attached to an abandoned (boards on windows) hotel that I hoped was only an eye sore but I did see some homeless people coming out/hanging out. I was on this trip alone with my teen (mom & daughter) did not feel safe. Looking out our room window was facing this abandoned boarded up building. Each floor had bad staining on the carpets in the hallways but our room was clean. We ended up finding another place to stay. Staff was very nice and located by a lot of great restaurants.

I did not receive the product which was the hotel key even after the $100 purchase went through. I originally tried my old national debit card and it approved twice at the kiosk and gave me a pending pre-authorization charge as normal. I told the worker and me and her both read the \"approved\" screen and she said that no receipt printed so it didn’t work. I then asked if I could try another form of payment which was my apple card and she said that I should try. I then sent $250 to my apple card and paid again, it said approved but this time the money got taken from my apple card, but it still didn’t print a receipt. The worker, \"Sandra\" said she was the manager and that if the receipt didn’t print she couldn’t give us access to the room. For context I already did the pre check in for the room 30 minutes prior to showing up where I was also charged a $1 pre-authorization charge to my bank account which did go through. Despite me paying $100 for what was supposed to be a \"pre-authorization charge\" in the first place. She then said that she couldn’t do anything about it despite being the manager and that she won’t give me access to the room I reserved until a receipt printed. She even went as far as to say that I should report the charge(s) as fraud, so i’m requesting a refund for the services I did not receive and the money she claims she didn’t get.
