Let's start with check in. I asked for no housekeeping because I usually clean my own room and my pets being inside. Not an option- okay cool. Not a problem. I just took my pets with me to work. I came back from work- bed was made and towels swapped out but no actual cleaning ?? I found fur that didn't belong to my animals. Room looked like it hadn't been swept in days. Cords exposed that were covered in dust. The carpet in hallway was covered in dirty boot prints. Outside had trash everywhere but I guess that due to no trash cans being outside?? On my towels in my room- there was hair on them that didn't belong to me. On my walls was some dripped yellow looking liquid that was dried. Day of checking out- the room phone started ringing at 9am then at 10 housekeeping was banging on the door. I could go on about this place but I've said enough.

The rooms are very plain, but they also cost a lot less than other places. I always feel safe at this Motel 6, especially since the rooms open into a hallway instead of to the outside. The building is also off by itself which also adds to the safety. Between traffic noise and the people in the rooms above you, bring ear plugs. Also, when I come out of the room in the morning, even if it's three hours until checkout time, the staff keeps asking me if I'm done with the room. How about waiting until I actually check out instead of being annoying? Overall, though, a good stay for the price.

First off the hotel doesn’t look anything like the website. The place had a weird smell to it. The hallway and room smelled. I have a CPAP machine and had to change the filter when I got home because the smell was in the filter. We paid for 2 nights and checked out after one. I told the front desk clerk we were checking out early. They didn’t even ask why or anything. They offered a continental breakfast but we pasted on it because of the condition of the hotel. We had breakfast elsewhere. Do not stay here

The room was very dirty. Walls were covered in questionable dried substances, food or blood or both. The towels were either stained or not washed, as most had a large brownish stains or marks on them. We woke up to a puddle of brown water in the middle of the room from the mini fridge. Vomit in the stairwell from the night before not cleaned up, the hallways were rank with smoke and weed, cigarette burns on the bedding in a non smoking room. The hard flooring squished underneath your feet so I suspect there is water damage and mildew. The room had a very thick snap smell of rotten eggs and mildew or mold. When we left our room in the morning there was a man sleeping in the hallway right outside or doorway that gave us quite a scare. Felt very unsafe. Truly terrible, aside from friendly staff, although they did not ask how our stay was upon checkout, because I’m sure they ready know the answer.

Parking was great. AC was old and so loud it kept us up all night. Requested a non-smoking room but the whole place has a horrible smoke smell. Room was okay but the hallway was awful with the smell of cigarettes and there were cigarette butts on the floor. Bed was comfortable but the bedding was terrible.

I had a very disappointing experience. The hallways had a terrible smell, and my room reeked of cigarette smoke. The floors were sticky, which made the space feel unclean, and the bathrooms were also dirty. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here.

The outside doors were not secure, our key was not working and a man came up to help us. Took the key card and slid it between the lock and door jam, so anyone with any kind of card could get in. Didnt make us feel too safe, since we are 2 women in their 70's . The walls are very thin, you can here everything, the firat night was terrible after a 15 hour drive. We were able to get maybe 2 hours sleep due to a group partying all night. They left the next day.after that all was quiet. The room was clean, air and heat worked wonderful. They were at our door wvery morning at 9 collecting trash and giving fresh towels and anything else you needed. Very friendly.

Hotel loud dog barking. They have no breakfast or pool. They do not give you do not disturb signs. Husband is handicapped asked no housekeeping. The manager said they have to come in everyday. Went to a festival out late wanted to sleep in...nope 8:30 am knock on door do you need towel no we are trying to sleep paid for a hotel to sleep could not. We left day early do to have having a good night sleep found a different hotel. Beware you will not get a good night sleep here!!!

They complain that the towels are dirty, shower curtains leak water, the floor is so sticky that my shoes stuck to the floor, they say pet friendly but don’t let your dog bark at someone they start acting like it is an issue. Claim they are not an extended stay motel but had others living in the hotel. I just moved back and was staying until we could find a place and they told me I had to leave. I cleaned the room the whole time I was there. Will never stay or recommend anyone to stay at this hotel again.

Don’t stay here if you have pets or need some place to stay longer than 6 days. They are rude and the rooms are not that clean. I clean my room myself due to it being nasty. The floors are sticky and there was old candy canes on the floors.

I have been here 7 times now. Very plain and basic, but also considerably less expensive than others. The building is back from the road, off by itself, and is always staffed, so I always feel safe here even when I'm on the first floor. The highway runs right past it, thus there is a lot of traffic noise, but I put in my foam ear plugs and sleep quite well. For the price, I definitely recommend it!

Very curteous staff. The room with 1 king is large. Impressive TV with many channels. The only bad thing is that my non-smoking room still slightly smells of cigarette smoke. I got here late and am leaving early so I will tolerate it. The total price for a Friday night was only 63.

The price was good. We arrived a few hours early because we came from a long way. We knew the room probably wasn't ready and that was fine but we asked if we could use the restroom and they said no so we had to try to find somewhere with a public restroom. It wasn't very polite of them since we were paying customers. When we came back to check in the second staff member was more polite.
The hotel is right off the highway so it is very noisy but easy back on the highway. It was a pretty clean room. There is no breakfast or any kind of amenities but I guess it was okay for the price. The windows could really use replacing.

I use this hotel as they don't charge for pets. Lobby has a heavy chemical smell. Bathrooms, specifically showers, are pretty gross. Convenient to everything. Lack luster but they'll keep the light on.

Our bed made a “clunk” noise in spots. There was a dog next us that would bark at any sound. Yes, I’m aware… that’s what dogs do. People were not really considerate that others were sleeping at 2:30 in the morning while going in and out of doors, letting them slam. Staff were good and polite.The rooms were clean and the shower worked well.

The hotel is right next to I65. The road noise is terrible in the rooms facing the highway. The room was very clean but the soapy smell in the room was horrible.
On the bright side, the bed was was comfortable and the WiFi was great.
If you stay there get an inside room. It will be much quieter.

Totally worth it for the price.

The rooms are very basic, but clean, the building and surroundings felt very safe, and the rooms are pretty nice for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the free coffee in the morning! They need to pay a little more attention to some minor maintenence issues such as light fixtures not working and bathroom doors not locking, but were very receptive when i pointed them out. My first stay was on a trip from Ohio to Tennessee, and I enjoyed my stay so much that i stayed again on the return trip as well as again on a trip a month later. What you get for the price it totally worth it!

I don’t usually bother reviewing anything, but I was so genuinely pleased by my experience here I had to. I was driving alone from Florida to Michigan with my two children and my dog, and this hotel was safe, the room was so clean, and the check-in was easy. Very polite and kind young woman working the front desk.

Everything was fine. Everything you need for just a night or 2 but the bath tub filled up with water when we showered, I don’t think they clean the showers. Also part of the tub was cracked and rotting out. Room lighting was awful as well. There were just 2 bed side lights and the bathroom light. Right off i75 though and many restaurants you could walk to.

Cheap on prices but it was very dirty. Stains all over everything. Burn holes in all the covers and sheets, pillows were yellow the drapes were 17 different colors of stains. Dirt caked up underneath the bed. Bathtub had so much hair stuck in the drain that it was completely clogged and backed up. When house keeping came i was in the phone with important phone call so when i came to find them and ask for new sheets and towels i was given complete attitude and was told she had already done my floor and was not coming back. When i went to the front desk the GM came and was also rude and argumentative over me not answer my door. Then they sent the house keepers to my room and when i asnwered the door the guy house keeper rolled his eyes at me and had a look of disgust like how dare i ask for new clean stuff after they jad already knocked on my door.
