Place was downright dirty filthy and disgusting. there was a disgusting odor prominent throughout the entire property inside and out. Bed linens were dirty on both sides and had debris. Bugs visible.
Ceilings were flaking in the room
Tried to voice concerns the front desk they argued and acted like it was our fault for expecting the bare minimum
Horrible customer service horrible staff.

After 5 1/2 hour drive was looking for a nice place to rest and unwind, was there for less than two hours because after letting kids play on the swingset outdoors, went to get kids ready for bed room and it was unbearable and immediately checked out and went elsewhere

If you are disabled --wheelchair bound or mobility impaired--know that there are NO accessible rooms. It's not that there are \"none available\". There literally aren't any. And no, you cannot \"make do\" unless you can get on and off the extremely low toilets without a handrail or personal assistance and in & out of the very high beds. There is a very low toilet, bathtub that is extremely slippery, and no handrails. There is not enough room in the bathroom to turn a wheelchair. I am assuming this hotel ia grandfathered in & does not have to adhere to ADA. They made a choice when thwy removed though--they could have renovated a few rooms & made them accessible. They chose not to. I've been at this hotel at least a dozen times in the last 30 years, under different names bc I stayed here with my parents before I was married ..and before I was disabled.
The pluses are that it is easy to get to from I-81, beautiful view of the mountains, and the staff are so nice. Im assuming I spoke to one of the owners on our way out & she is delightful. Unfortunately, I can't stay here again unless a few rooms are made accessible.. Its not safe for me at all.

There is not much nice to say. The hotel smelled because so many people live there abd are coming all different kinds of food. No matter what door you exit the hotel through you get hit in the face with cigarette smoke. The people who live there are rude and act like you just walked into their home without an invitation.

The staff fits not acknowledged you abd when they do they do not use a greet they just say, \"what do you need?\" It says the have breakfast but when you get there they tell you it is just a grab and go. We do not recommend any length of stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of parking and close by to entrance. The hotel was clean and well lit. The staff we interacted with were all friendly and helpful. Hot coffee was always available and easily accessible in the lobby. The room was large (we had a king non smoking) and clean and was very quiet. The breakfast was a nice amenity and it was clean and well stocked. Thank you it was wonderful and a great value. We would definitely stay again.

The pictures in the website and actual pictures are different. It is not Good for families. The appliances are not working. I gave a complaint, but no one come to fix it. The AC is not good too. Restrooms are not good. There are no soap or shampoo. The breakfast is not good. Very less items. Only the motel is at top of the hill, views are good. There is a small balcony, it is no use, we can't sit out side. Beds are horrible, it will make lot of noise and it will hurt your back. If you have a back pain, it will increase your back pain more. I would not recommend this one, if you are going with kids.

When they went to front desk for towels they actually yelled at my 11 yo that she wasn’t supposed to be in the pool because they were still cleaning. There was NO ONE cleaning the pool and another family was also swimming. Every day we had trouble with our key locking us out of our room and having to go to front desk for new keys.

Unfortunately the bed linens were stained and not clean. We felt bad for the older gentleman at the front desk working a 12 hour overnight shift, and ask for sheets and what not, to change the bed ourselves. The towels were stained as well unfortunately too. There was also a terrible smell in the hallway on the 2nd floor. On a positive note, the grounds were very well maintained and it was a beautiful location.

Linens were clean. Parking was plentiful. Breakfast was disgusting. The whole property reeked of tobacco and weed. I was woken up multiple times every night by the drama, noise and stink caused by drug addicts that seem to permanently reside there. One of the times that I used the pool, there was a family there with a three year old child and with four adults in the family, none of them could take care of the child. They were to busy focusing on their drama, and the child's father was using drugs, right in front of the child.

We got what we paid for at $65 per night. Hallway smelled like cigarettes, dogs barking in multiple rooms, dog poop smeared on the entrance walkway. Live and dead bugs in the room, heating/air conditioning unit didn’t work. The whole room felt damp. Lights were constantly flickering. Our room was on the first floor near an exit door and the stairwell and we heard slamming doors late into the night. Room advertised two queen beds but they were definitely doubles/fulls. The good:
Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and large! Room even had a balcony! Breakfast was standard continental breakfast.
The bad:
My wife detected an odor in the room and the chair had a nasty stain on it. We wouldn't even sit on it.
The Ugly:
The hallway had a VERY bad odor and the hotel had a sign at the front desk acknowledging that there was a stinkbug issue.

Either of these issues would have made me leave if I had not already paid a non-refundable rate. Fortunately, we did not see ANY stinkbugs the night we stayed. But the 4th floor hallway smelled disgusting.

This place could be so nice with a little more care... and for God sake, clean up the hallway!
