Repeat customer, always a good stay. There is some construction needed in the lobby area (it was taped off). I am very happy with this location and will be back. We like to go to the starbucks, chic fil a, and devil's backbone so it is a great location for us!

There was no body lotion in our room. Refrigerator was not cold and my cold packs did not freeze overnight. The bed was terrible. Slept poorly. We will never stay here again. Breakfast was awful. Eggs were terrible and the selection was minimal.

Quick overnight stay while traveling. First room we were given was not cleaned in. The bed was slept in. They immediately fixed it with a much better room. Clean AC worked perfect for what we needed. The included breakfast did lack in some choices but typical Continental breakfast as you would expect before a budget hotel.

I had a great time when I stayed at the Comfort Inn! I interacted with staff numerous times and they were always informative and friendly. My room was spotless and my bed was very comfortable. The best part was how quiet my room was - something I've not had the pleasure of with other hotels. I'll definitely be staying here next year when I come back again for the YEDA Nationals. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

We had a pleasant stay. Quiet and good for families. The staff were friendly and nice. It was convenient for the highway and downtown access. Rooms were good - well maintained and well equipped. Breakfast seemed to be good but we left before we were able to enjoy breakfast. Two criticisms are: hallway rugs were dirty and we had such a hard time finding the way out! It was weirdly like a maze.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The pictures representing the hotel however, were misleading. They made the rooms, lobby, pool, and breakfast area appear considerably larger than they were. For a bargain price, I would have been satisfied, however, for the exorbitant price we paid, I expected more.

Upon checking in and looking around I knew already what the condition of the hotel would be. Entered into our 2 bed room and smelled like pizza and foul smell. Bathroom was run down and smelled and water was slow to drain in sink. Not sure who is giving this the 4.8 star rating they have but it is NOT TRUE. Other hotel was already booked an we chose this because of the reviews. Nope. Wouldn’t recommend or stay here again. Gentleman at front desk was kind.

Staff was nice and check in was easy. Good enough for a one night stay but seems like they’ve got a bit of a bug problem. Killed a few stink bugs that were in the room and there were ants walking around on the AC unit. My roomie for the stay also found stains on her bed spread so took it off and just used the sheets for the night we were there.

I did not receive housekeeping because I only stayed for two nights. But it was available upon request. Check-in was simple and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, but several things did not work. The TV remote wouldn’t turn on the television, the drain in the sink would not stay up, the shower was finicky, and the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. Also the walls were quite thin. There was a family with children staying several rooms down from me and I could still hear them, causing quite a ruckus.

The room is not very clean, can tell is very old room, the hallway can see stain everywhere. Wait for check in and check out, I guess they probably short staff. Free breakfast is not exciting at all, very boring. Has a lot of potential but too bad lack of management and quality.

The room could have been a little cleaner. One of the beds were broken. The dryer caught on fire and none of the alarms went off. The fire dept said it wasnt the 1st time they had to talk to them about broken alarms. Nothing was shoveled. We had to tell them to clear the fire exits. The hallways were dirty. Not the nicest.

Room was clean, spotless, bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. Drains would not hold water in sink or tub rinsing garments ( like bathing suits) . Breakfast bar was terrible- eggs were unedible, sausage was warm but tasteless, I tried one of the muffins and it was hard and unedible. Coffee was the best part of breakfast- although there did seem to be a good selection of cold cereal

We stayed 2nights, with a child & infant. We were placed in a room on the 4th floor… with no refrigerator. -_- I called down to the receptionist, who offered to put our things in the fridge downstairs. The 2nd night, a different receptionist offered to switch us to another room, but there was no point since we were leaving the following day. Some rooms on the 4th floor don’t have a fridge, but there are spots for them!
The room/beds were clean. In the bathroom, I saw several curly strands of hair in the corners of the wall & tub. The pool room had a chunk of hair lying on the ground, but the pool was warm!
Breakfast options were great! They have a high chair, but no safety straps.
Overall, it was good, & we would stay here again!

Check in was a breeze and the front desk attendant was very nice. Outside of that, the lobby was so hot, we were all sweating. Our room was cold, but dirty and covered in mold. The bathroom had a ring in the toilet, urine around the rim, and what looked like urine on the bathroom ceiling. There was mold around the bedroom window, on the a/c unit, in the ice bucket, and on the walls. The room stunk of mold so badly, that I had to step into the hall just to breathe.

The hotel is in need of repairs: the airconditioning is noisy, the room smelled musty, and the bathroom shower faucet was hanging out of the wall.

Expedia's pictures of the hotel give an illusion: you think the hotel is set back on a wooded property with an out door swimming pool to sit next too.

Istead the hotel is behind a medical office in a large parking lot off the highway, pool is indoors.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean. The lobby had fresh cold lemon water and fresh fruit.
