We took one look around this room and left within 5 minutes. The bathroom was filthy. There was hair all over the tub and the floor . When we checked for bed bugs we found blood stained sheets and hair on the sheets.

The only good thing is that the man at the desk didn't give me an argument and immediately processed a refund for me.

Alright,,,, for $70 it was a good deal. Outside was clean and old. Inside was also old but there was a bed and shower. Was told at check in all tv’s don’t work. Toilet ran constantly and I fixed it. One shower towel in room. A/C worked great and full size refrigerator and microwave. Would plan better but last option yes would stay last choice.

I reserved two no smoking rooms, they were in the back of the hotel. Walked in the first room smelled horrible with smoke and a big stain on the one bedspread (it may have been bleached, it was lighter in color).
Walked into the second room and you could see a 3-4 inch hole burned into the bedspread and it also smelled horrible with smoke. The whole rear area just seemed sketchy/scary.

We ended up getting some rooms in the front that smelled better but still felt so dirty we actually went out to the store to get antibacterial wipes to clean anything that we were going to touch. I skipped the shower in the next morning because it was so grungy looking.
I only slept 2 hours that night with the lights on because I wanted to make sure nothing crawled on me, luckily I did not see any sign of insects or rodents.

The front rooms did have small full sized refrigerators the rear rooms had smaller ones. The rear rooms were also a lot smaller than the front ones.

No coffee makers in the rooms but I wouldn't have used it if it was there.

Also I assume it's not associated with the inn but the Pink Cadillac Cafe out front was a real disappointment. The food didn't taste horrible but everything was cold as if it had been sitting out for a while. There were what seem like a few locals there, I assume they had learned what to order for a better experience.

I booked this motel while planning for graduation at Liberty University. Since I waited until the last minute, options were limited, and this was the closest reasonably priced stay I could find that wasn’t over $200 a night. Even so, it was still nearly an hour from campus.

After a long drive, we checked in and immediately noticed the bathroom light flickered constantly, which could be problematic for anyone sensitive to flashing lights. When I checked the bed, the sheets appeared not to have been changed, as there were what looked like leg hairs on them. I went back to the front desk and requested a different room.

The staff were polite and accommodating and moved us to another room for the night. The replacement room had clean sheets, although one of the queen beds had a visibly broken frame and couldn’t really be used. Fortunately, one bed was enough for us.

When we returned to the original room for the remainder of our stay, it had been cleaned properly and stocked with brand-new towels. However, the bathroom light still flickered, so we simply left it off whenever possible.

Overall, the staff provided good customer service, but the motel itself is older and would benefit from significant updates and renovations.

Sooo glad we brung disposable sheets, pillowcases and comforter cover with us. If they Hired the proper cleaning team, then maybe they have a chance. But from what we experienced, I would not recommend this place to nobody

The room was very small, out dated, and overall dirty. Nothing seemed sanitary. The shower floor was heavily stained and had a spider cricket hoping around, the towels were very worn and dingy, the full bed was not comfortable (old mattress), the room was a non smoking room but reeked of smoke. Defiantly seemed to be the result of amateur cleaning. It was so bad that I only stayed one of the two nights that I reserved. Online pictures are very misleading.

For the price, it was good. Could probably use new towels, new carpet, new shower curtain, but it did NOT feel unclean, just too many uses or water stains maybe. I was extremely disappointed in the condition of the room. There were flies flying around and bugs smashed around the room. The bathroom was filthy and not cleaned, including the entire room. The floors to the walls to vents in the heating/cooling system, and the microwave and fridge. I explained my concern to the manager at the front desk and all he said was he could refund me to stay somewhere else when I had already paid for the room. I would not have received my money back in time to find another place to stay. He would not offer a clean room and said he had no vacancy when the vacancy sign was on.

Very convenient to I81. Owners are responsive to requests. I have stayed here four times in the past few months. Three of the four times I have had to either have my room cleaned or moved to another room. For some reason, cleaning is not an automatic here and it's a shame. The rooms are modest but serviceable and cleanliness should be easy.

I have stayed here before, but this was tge last time. I stayed 4 days and 3 nights. My room was never serviced. The bathtub and toilet were disgustingly dirty. I bought two gallons of bleach to disinfect them both. One gallon into the tub with straight hot water filled and let sit for a couple of hours. The ice machine was not working, so there was a cooler with a few frozen bags of ice to get some. I took two showers. The water was plenty hot, and the water pressure was great. A full sized fridge, but no water supply for ice. No coffee service. Cold AC. But I have nothing else good to say. The location is convenient to Natural Bridge, but overall, I just cannot justify ever staying here again.

The cleanest thing in the room was the sheets in the pillowcases, but they look brand new. The electric wires for the AC was falling out of the wall and had to unplug that the wires for the TV that was falling out the wall according to hotel.com that I use all the time it was told that it had one room left. They had the whole hotel empty. I would not recommend this place unless they bother to get some paint. They need the beds all fixed in there the curtains the walls. I have several pictures the bathroom alone I mean, that’s just it’s disgusting. Very very disgusting the in room telephone was full of dust thick dust. I had to unplug the AC because it was smell like burnt coming out of it Just very unhappy all the way around.

Was a peaceful trip in all but definitely don’t like the way the front desk tried charging my card with 4 different amounts for absolutely no reason at all considering I had payed when I checked in and was on my 2nd night of being here… when I called front desk to question him about it he acted as if I was lying or he was clueless. But in all it’s a peaceful hotel just way to expensive for a room that looked like it hadn’t been clean in a good year picture was off the wall sitting on floor against the wall. Microwave also hadn’t been cleaned for so long so I cleaned it myself with a white rag and when finshed the rag was so dark and disgusting I threw it away after showing and not a word being said to me about it.: and the microwave was still stained even after that from not being cleaned. Went without towels for almost 3 days due to the owners brother washing his clothes and never showin back up to get them until days later.. if your looking for somewhere to just have a quick nights rest and roll out in the morning this is your place but for extended stays definitely don’t pay this rate so not worth it

I'm the type of person who can accept a lot, especially when I stay at a cheaper hotel. However, there were things that I'd like to forewarn other travelers about. Pros, conveniently located to hike Natural Bridge State Park, which is why we were there. The room was clean and even barefoot on the carpet and bathroom floors was good. Bed comfortable with clean sheets. Hot shower. Pink Cadillac Cafe right next door was great. Cons. Do not stay in room 102 if you like watching TV. I can't speak of other rooms, but this was the most bizarre layout I'd ever seen. The TV was parallel to the beds. It sat on a dresser with the bed 6 inches away so the drawers could not be opened. There was space on the wall facing the beds for the dresser/TV, so I don't know why it wasn't there. The bathroom situation was toilet and shower in the tiniest space imaginable. A large person would have trouble fitting.
