We stayed at this location due to a home UK game and everyone was price gouging, so this location was the cheapest I could find and not be sleeping with bugs. When I booked it said “Main Stay,\" I assumed that’s what we were staying at. When we got there it said Quality Inn. Which was fine, but it was confusing. Had I known I could have went through the Choice Hotel app. (The receptionist told us the bottom floor is Main Stay, the 2nd floor is Quality Inn.) In my reservation I put that I had a physical limitation since I’m wearing a huge boot cast on my left leg due to severely pulled tendons. Didn’t matter, Our room was on the 2nd floor, halfway down the hall that looked like something out of the movie The Shining! It wasn’t nasty or dirty, didn’t smell bad, and it was well lit. Just…felt creepy. The room had all amenities. It was no where near as clean as it should have been. Carpet was full of stains. Bathroom was not “Quality Inn” clean! The floor wasn’t clean. Walls and doors need to be cleaned and sanitized. Corners were full of dirt and dust. The beds and pillows were ok. We only had a partial roll of toilet paper that was already on the roll holder, no more was left in the room. 2 big towels, 2 wash cloths. I guess we were supposed to rinse our wash cloth out and hang it to dry so we can use it again! Which is what we did. All we needed was the one night. The whole place just seemed off. Clean the floors! Get rid of the carpet!!!

Desk staff were all kind and very helpful. Here's what happend. I chose the Quality Inn by the rating and price and location. They got as close as I thought I could to best. I read reviews. The lobby was very nice. Staff great. I knew as soon as we walked to the elevator what was coming. Frayed carpet at the door entrance. Dirty inside elevator with broken tile. We were on the 3rd floor. Room 315 I can not speak for the others. Inside room big and neutral. I liked that. But bathroom horrible. Mold dirty vents needed new tub. Doors painted with so many coats of paint old carpet. We was there for 3 nights. Not 1 time did our room get cleaned. Not once. After first night we stop at desk and ask. We were supposed to request before 8 am for that day. Ok we didn't read that anywhere. Ok. We request for day 2. We pickup fresh towels. Day 2 we didn't get cleaned. We just didn't bother for day 3. We divided out the leftover towels and made due. But on day 2 bags of garbage started piling up in our long hallway. I mean piling up outside the rooms. I have never seen that before. How did this Quality Inn get a 8.4 very good rating? What went wrong? We come home after 4 days 3 nights and I still see those commercials for the hotel chain ? And the breakfast. My husband loves breakfast. On am #2he walked next door to McDonald's and had a McGriddle. I won't say anymore. Ok. I'll stop there. I wish I could say Thank You. But No Thank You.

Staff was very kind. The welcome corridor when you walked in looked remodeled and beautiful Once you walked into the hallways and rooms it felt like you stepped back 10 years. My lock bar on my room was falling off. I scratched my arm plugging something in because there was something sharp poking out the top of old chair by window.

The sheets were clean and shower was great- the room needs a good cleaning. We had something- splattered in the corner of our room that looked like puke. I don't think it's been vacuumed in a while as there was little piece of garbage on the floor. Good enough to rest your head for the night.

There was no shampoo either and the refrigerator had old stuff in it that we had to throw out. I stay here frequently when I come to Lexington but was very disappointed in this stay

Stopped in for the night while on the road, clean, no smells, nice place especially for the cost. Although there is something I noticed that I had never seen before that should be noted in all listings, there was a sign at the front desk saying if lived in a certain town there was a corresponding deposit. For example, if you lived in A-town there would be a $300 deposit, if you lived in B-town youd pay a $600 deposit but if you lived in C-town (as I do) there is no deposit. Ive never seen this before and found it interesting. It was all Kentucky towns I believe so it may be worth calling to see if your town has a large deposit before booking. I would imagine if you booked a night and arrived unable to pay the deposit then perhaps you may not get your room refunded? Again I dont know but worth checking on.

The sink was stopped up, could not get the heat or air to function in the room. The halls and rooms could use remodeling. I felt like I was stepping off the elevator into a jail block. Very drab and scary looking. Smelled marijuana coming from room next door. I won’t stay again.

The location and price were great, but the hallway and room itself was lacking. We were greeted with bags of trash left outside out room by the cleaning staff. The room had stains on the bedding and carpet, missing drawers in the furniture, a dingy bathroom, and an empty shampoo bottle. Could be worse, but definitely could be better too. Decent for the one night we needed it.

I booked a one night stay there and it was horrible dog hair in the tub and some on the bed the toilet wasn’t flushing and the tub was stopped up I went down stairs to let someone know and the lady at the front desk said “well it is pet friendly” and that she will let house keeping know. My brother took a shower at 6pm our first night, I got up to check the tub to see if the water went down 6:30 something the next morning and it was still there. I went back down stairs and Gabriel was absolutely amazing although he wasn’t on the clock yet he still went out his way to help my family to have a better stay! He switched our room immediately even though we were about to to check out! I really appreciate all Gabriel and everything he did for us!

Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was excellent. They had tea bags in the room besides coffee....yay! Room was spacious. Didn't need it, but there was an iron and an ironing board. Breakfast was good (just wish it started at 6 vs 6:30). Check in and check out was easy. Room was quiet.
