The front desk staff was good and room was a good size with a large fridge. The positives end there.

We had low expectations being a 2 star motel however the cleanliness of the room was very poor, lacking basic amenities such as coffee maker, cups in the bathroom, basic utensils you would expect with a room advertised as a suite, bedding, pillows, and towels were extremely cheap and uncomfortable. It was extremely noisy 24/7 with doors slamming and noise traveling throughout the rooms.

Some very basic improvements by management could greatly elevate the experience.

Staff is very polite and friendly, that's the only bright piece Room and common areas are shabby and dirty. Few amenities (you have to turn in your towels for new ones). Loud \"neighbors\" that you hear right through the connecting doors and bathroom vents. We were here for the Wineglass Marathon and didn't sleep much - I guess our fault for not booking sooner.

Staff were friendly, facility was a little dated but overall clean. Layout of the room was akward, having a small bathroom but large room. Also, the fact there is no breakfast option was a drawback. If you get a good rate, then it's worth it.

We just needed a place to sleep and this was all it was. It smelled like smoke and wet dog, the doors bang all night, the pillows are completely flat and no extras, the towels were dirty in the bathroom, just was not place i would let my kids stay with me.

My stay was really bad. First of all I didn’t get any actual pillows. I got smaller pillows which are used for couches so I had to go get pillows from the lobby. Then my room was not clean. My bedsheets were dirty and the housekeeping did not give me a fresh set of towels the next day. And then staff there was a bit rude to me. So yea I want compensation for this trip. This was a bad experience.

The room only had 1 thin blanket with no spare. The pillows were the size of throw pillows for a kingsize bed. It is very dated. You hear everything around you. It just didn't look clean.

Would prefer next visit staying upstairs..

It was overall okay. The slamming of the room doors is very loud. The dogs barking at all times of the day is annoying. The smell of pet urine was strong at times. The other guest arguing loudly was not pleasant, but the front desk staff during first shift and second shift was great.

The attached restaurant was fantastic. Not so much for hotel. First floor was awful, hallways smelled like wet dogs, in 3 days, no room service, no cleaning, no new towels, no making beds, no emptying trash. Appears locals live long term on first floor with pest. After 2 days asked for fresh towels and front desk advised to come to desk and pick up. Bathroom floor and edges of tub dirty with grime and hair. I suppose I made my point and simply tired of writing and thinking about the stay there. The funniest thing was the envelope in the room to leave a tip???? Ha!!!

2023 remodeling certainly didn't include the room we were assigned. Room was dirty & dingy.

All external door safety locks were not functioning, anyone could enter the building.

Woken @ 5:00 by loud argument / conversation in Spanish followed 1/2 hour later by a loud noise which sounded like someone making multiple smoothies in an industrial blender

Definitely not a place for sensitive sleepers because the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Unfortunately heard a domestic dispute happening that spanned our whole 2 night stay.

The room set up was not as pictured, but the bed was a king size at least. There was quite a noticable amount of dirt in the floor by the window and I think cigarette ash in the AC unit, but thankfully the room didn't smell like smoke.

The bathroom was very bare minimum clean meaning the tub thankfully was ok.The drain unfortunately was not great and if you're coming from a camping trip expect to be standing in dirty water until the end of your shower. The toilet however looked like it had been used before I checked in and the bowl had scum rings and the base urine stains.

The fridge was thankfully clean, but the microwave wasn't due to what looked like to be old food spillage. Also, don't expect there to be any dish soap, plates, cups, or silverware even though the room has a kitchen sink, counter space, and cabinets.

The staff was friendly and the room look presentable, but I had to have the sheets changed because they were stains on them. The towels were important condition also including stains, even though they smelled clean. The overall appearance of the room seemed pretty clean. I asked the front desk to change the sheets and they did but it puts a bad taste in your mouth to even have to ask. I think they just needs to be new sheets and towels.

Several local people stay here with their pets, and the smell is less than desired. The hotel could use a good carpet cleaning. Pool was not accessible nor even in operation. Last but not least if you are staying on the second floor and have several items to carry in be prepared to take the elevator up to the second level and then have to walk down a flight of stairs to get to the second floor. Very unusual layout and not convenient after a 14-hour drive.

My overview

Well, even that the front desk personnel were friendly, but the condition of the hotel is a big disappointment. The room smells, the bedding had a yellow spot and pillows had a makeup on it. I called to front desk and they offered me the new set of bedding, but the new one wasn't much better. It was semi dry and very old with the signs of over usage. In other words it better throw away. Noisy and smelly air conditioner

This could be a very nice place to stay, but . . . advertised a stocked kitchen; nope, cupboards were bare. Door to room was over 1” from floor so you could hear everything. Door closing mechanism was not in good condition, they slammed so hard that your bed moved. People smoked weed and e-cigs right outside our room. Washer and dryer were ripped out with no facilities available. We blew a fuse just trying to microwave a snack. The location is nice and property has lots of potential if it was managed properly.

We arrived later but when going to watch tv we only had 3 stations, we got a room with a kichenette in it no coffee maker or ice bucket no coffee nothing. The supplies in bathroom were for only one person.. good thing we brought our own, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. When checking out I told the manager and he did nothing but ask if I told the night person I said no it was late we were tired. I’m sorry but when it’s late who really wants to deal with staff coming in your room for the things they could have checked and made sure was properly working. Plus the noise of the actual doors closing from other rooms was so loud it sounded like a gun shot each time the guest left their room so sleeping was not the greatest. Poor guest service in my eyes.

This hotel was very reasonably priced. Our room was clean and quiet. We slept well. The exterior needs work. The halls could use an update, carpet, paint, etc. The exterior doors were not always secure, sometimes left propped open. There were no ice machines. No coffee pots in the rooms. Coffee in the lobby just okay. The hotel's location was very convenient to shopping and Peaches and Cream ice cream and vegetable stand.

Our stay over all was good. The room and nice and the bed was very comfortable. My only problem would be the heating/cooling unit in the room was very loud at times but we could solve that by turning it off if we wanted. If you are wanting a nice affordable place to stay this is a good choice!

Good for the price

The price was right and overall a nice place to stay. A few suggestions...could use floor coverings, floors are very cold also the floors were quite dirty by the look of our socks after walking around. Secondly, there is a large gap under the door letting smells, sounds, light, and drafts into the room. The bed was comfortable, the hvac great. The lighting was very dim and the studio could of used additional seating aside from the table and bed. Again overall, I would stay here again but just a few upgrades would make stays much better.
