Fair for the price. The outside looks outdated, the inside was ok. The only issue was the toilet. You guys need to keep a closer eye, the toilet had several dark moldy area around the border, not a good presentation for a business, people will notice it. Other than that, it was fair for the price

This is a great little hotel, clean, quiet, well situated, and everyone is very nice. However, the promised pool is not in use. I am a person with disabilities, and must plan my physical therapy tightly to ensure I have access to a pool, so not alerting me in advance to the closure of the pool facilities is a massive problem possibly on the level of an ADA violation.

The gentleman at the front desk was NOT friendly. Was rude about some $100 deposit because we were paying with cash....just paid in full with CC ASAP to avoid some weird policy we did not understand.

Because it’s a motel with plenty of free parking just outside the room door it makes bringing in luggage from the car a snap. No long corridors or elevators, it’s just so handy! Walmart and restaurants in walking distance. Top of the line linens and everything immaculate clean. Very friendly staff. The breakfast is limited and basic but perfect for getting back on the road fast. We’ve been there many times and never had a problem. Highly recommend.

Air con didn't work but I only needed a couple of degrees so not a huge complaint. Shower head could have been descaled. It sprayed everywhere when I turned it on. None of this bothered me enough to want to change rooms. The staff were great and friendly. The room was pleasant and comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Check in are brisk as the lady working the reception are fast and efficient. The room I am in (RM58) are indeed spacious but I think they just updated the flooring and bed. Other than that, bathroom are very outdated and the cleanliness of the refrigerator are not desirable. But they do provide you with an air purifier which I appreciated as it would be musty if not. Breakfast are very simple, coffee( till 12pm), bananas , cereals and granola bar. There are also a fridge for bottle water , 2 per person which is a nice touch.
I think they try to upgrade and still in the process of renovating as the area is pretty large. But for the price , I would still consider if I am at the area again.

This is a nice budget friendly hotel. Clean towels and sheets daily. The breakfast was foods you could take away and fresh fruit like apples, bananas and oranges. Free bottled water daily. It looks like they are working on refurbishing. It is a large motel. I was disappointed that the laundry was up a flight of stairs, and the step from my room was a little high. I would have liked a railing.

The room and the bathroom were very spacious, well-lit and clean. There were large mirrors and the room had a very upmarket feel. All the room amenities were as described and worked as expected. The breakfast saved me some time and it was nice that they had fresh fruit and even a no-sugar added yogurt in 2 flavors. The location was very convenient - close to the museum, the freeway and some large well-known stores nearby. All this at a great price! I slept well and was well rested during my stay.

The condition of the room was unacceptable. The floors were excessively dirty, to the point where it was uncomfortable to walk barefoot, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the space. Furthermore, I noticed that the exterior of the building, specifically the roofing area, appeared to be in a state of disrepair.
Given these conditions, I was very disappointed with my stay and do not believe this environment was suitable for a family. I hope you will address these issues for future guests.

This wa an ideal place for us on our road trip. Very spacious and clean with plenty of amenities in the room like a fridge and microwave. Close to a big Walmart and a couple of fast food places but only a short drive to nearby Corning where there's a lot of choice. I'd be happy to stay again. The lady on reception was lovely and welcoming. It was a nice touch that there was coffee available at reception all morning, not just at breakfast time. We appreciated that.
