The room was too small , you could hardly walk by the end of the bed due to a table/ desk that was attached to the wall .
The gym is excellent and the food throughout the hotel was all made to a high standard, really excellent quality .
The biggest issue is the position of the hotel in relation to the cliff , the beach and the sun beds are in the shade until 11.30 am each day . However the beach is gorgeous , the staff are helpful and the drinks served are good .

Loved the resort and especially the main bar and food options with the a la carte restaurants. Although the very steep hill down to the beach makes it very tough on joints when walking to and from the beach and I still have a bad knee 3 weeks later. There is an occasional hill buggy if you can get it, which is helpful if you suffer from joint pain.

The one sour note was that my partner's jacket went missing somewhere between the bellboy insisting to take our cases and 2 days later during a spell of rain, my partner realising she had it over the case during arriving in reception, and the jacket never made it back to the room. One of the receptionists was quite rude in our effort to retrieve it (giving off a huff and puff as if to say \"I have done all I can, now leave me alone\") but later the Supervisor was extremely nice and helpful in attempting to tack it down - although it never surfaced.

Such a beautiful relaxing all inclusive. The staff really make it, doing everything they can to make you feel comfortable and cared for. We were in a swim up room. Not much storage space but enough for what we needed. You share the swim ups with 8 other rooms so I’m sure during peak season it isn’t as secluded as you may like. For October it was fine, but we personally felt incline to close the curtains during the day if we were in the room as people would swim past. Next time I will probably just have a balcony. The food was amazing, everyday. We got to have a a la carte breakfast and dinner, both were lovely but I honestly feel the buffet food was just as good - terrific. The pools are a good size and beach is great. Transfers from the airport cost around 50gbp whether uber or through the hotel. Online it said I could get it for half the price through lyst/Freenow app but they don’t seem to drive to this part of Corfu. Also if you want to use the indoor heated pool/spa book ahead, it’s a small area and books up fast. The gym has everything you need but is also very popular so a little tight during the day, also being a small area.
Again beautiful clean rooms, great friendly staff, wonderful food. Oh and HUGE bonus you can stay on premises until your transfer for the airport… ours wasn’t until 7pm and we were free to use all the facilities even though we had checked out. We will definitely be returning ❤️

Excellent value for money, stunning scenery, and the food and drink options were great - though there were a couple of things that weren't up to scratch for a 5 star hotel.

On check-in our room was filled with ants, the reception staff member was not at all concerned - housekeeping came and swept some up.. We'd specifically booked a balcony sea view, but the balcony garden was overrun with weeds.

There are no maps and a lack of directions on where to find the restaurants etc, which while not a major, would be a quick fix.

The hotel was amazing, they really accommodated to the fact that my partner didn’t eat red meats and pork and you could see the effort they put in to keep up a standard of great service. The views were breathtaking it actually felt very surreal when sitting and taking it all in. The only downfall was from a member of staff (Socila) who blatantly racially profiled my partner and I at breakfast where she asked us what we wanted for drinks after her manager told her to come over, we told her our order she went to the station and didn’t put it through ignored us for about 20 minutes after asking multiple times for our drinks, until my partner called the manager and explained what happened and he ended up getting our drinks.

Overall the hotel was amazing I would highly recommend because they made us feel so comfortable.

Incredible hotel, newly renovated and aesthetically considered. Lots of good things and a few bad. Fantastic cocktails, sparkling wine with premium brand alcohol.
Super comfortable loungers. The beach is stunning.
The Italian restaurant is worth going to as much as possible - great steak and wine selection in there.
Love having 2 breafast buffets. The food on the whole was an excellent selection and standard.
This was my first time at an adults only hotel, so very quiet. No music during the day and not much entertainment - I liked that, but worthy of note.
This hotel is really only for able bodied people without injuries. There's a lot of stairs, slopes, walking in general. Even though the hotel has buggues for some areas, not all. Even getting to your room will likely require some walking up stairs.
Unfortunately our sunglasses were taken in the hotel one evening and not handed in. Unsure if this was a guest or staff, but disappointing.
The staff on the whole are very pleasant but highly stressed and overworked. Most of them would vocalise that - which made some situations a little tough.

Lovely hotel and good food with a great selection of drinks to choose from.
The hotel is quite isolated at the end of a small bay, guests stayed in the hotel grounds so sunbeds were quite difficult to get unless you were very early risers.
For us there wasn’t enough evening entertainment or seating for guests.
All in all though a lovely relaxing holiday.

Really lovely resort. Views from the hotel, the bedrooms, restaurants, bar areas etc are amazing over the sea and beach. Being quite high up on a rocky hill, tiered levels, there are lots of steps and slopes to pool areas and beach especially if you have mobility issues, not enough buggies around.

The property is uniquely placed on the hillside with amazing sunset views. The beach is also really nice, but sometimes a bit rough during the day. The food is great with loads of options at the buffet restaurant. Drinks are endless and the staff were very nice, friendly and attentive. Since it’s a newer resort, some areas could use a few finishing touches. Overall it’s a great resort, great location, excellent views, great food options and very relaxing atmosphere, perfect for adults and couples. Would definitely stay at Alkyna again.

My husband and I stayed at Alkyna in July and loved the place. The all inclusive nature of the resort made it ideal for us. The setting is beautiful; although can be challenging to walk up and down the steep hills to the sea. There is a golf cart for convenience and transportation.
The two pools were lovely and had no problem finding loungers. Yes-- people go out early and reserve chairs first thing in the morning. It was easier to get a lounger on the beach. We spent time in both locations.
One suggestion is to have servers take orders poolside or down at the beach.
The food was wonderful and could not complain about anything. The variety was great, with international foods, salads, and many options.
Our room was nice. We noticed ants one day and the cleaning staff took care of the problem.
Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend the property.

We stayed here for my husband’s 40th birthday (Room 3304) and were left disappointed.

Our “Deluxe Sea View” looked onto a concrete wall. The shower had a persistent sewage smell, basic toiletries were missing on arrival, fixtures were broken, housekeeping was slow, and restaurant bookings were almost impossible without chasing staff. Pool loungers were constantly “reserved” with towels, and key cards failed twice—including right before our airport transfer.

Manager Sophia promised follow-ups that didn’t happen, citing a “siesta” for delays. A room change was only offered on our last day, making it useless, and overall communication was poor.

Head office’s written response was equally disappointing—framing the obstructed view as technically a “sea view,” suggesting solutions had been offered promptly, and highlighting small “gestures” like a single à la carte meal, access to Breakfast Stories, and a €36 “goodwill” refund for shuttle costs. None of this addressed the real service failures or the gap between the 5-star promise and reality.

This was meant to be a special occasion, but instead felt overcrowded, poorly managed, and dismissively handled after the fact. Would not return.

For a luxury resort, service is too chaotic & stuck up.. The door girl at main restaurant, valentina, turned away a couple rudely because they had turned up for breakfast at 10 & breakfast ran till 10.30. Unacceptable. Reception staff slow. only decent &efficient checkin person was Katarina. They ask you to wait at checkin, then for bell boy to take ur bags &u to ur room, at dinner you sometimes wait to be seated. Getting an iron was a problem. Guest service sounded like they were doing me a favor there. Not relaxed, not luxury. Shoutout to waiting staff- Jennifer and Lana (Philippines), &Olia (Greece). Cute &genuinely helpful. Overall, i didn't feel welcome or relaxed. But hotel, food &beach are excellent

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the staff were nice, rooms were clean and the views are scenic. The walk down to the beach / up to the main entrance is steep and can be difficult for some, especially if it’s hot. However, you can ask the staff to arrange for a buggy to take you either way. The All Inclusive is great as the buffet restaurant offers a variety of options to suit all. You can also dine at one of the restaurants (frequency depends on the duration of your stay). We opted for the Italian, which was delicious! The bars also have great drink options & there are two different pool bars/sun lounge areas - both can get busy, but you should be able to locate a spot depending on the time of day. We also went to the spa and used the hydro facilities - these were nice, however, we have experienced some nicer ones in other hotels.

We absolutely loved our trip and are already looking ahead to our next visit. Only things to note would be the infrastructure, the resort has some very steep climbs to get around. You can order carts to move you around, but just to be aware. I would highly recommend though, everything else, the view, the service was outstanding. The interior is beautifully decorated and is so calming.

If you are looking for secluded, this is definitely the place for you. It’s huge. Downside; Can take forever to get places. It’s at least a half hour drive from the airport.
If you aren’t comfortable walking I’d advise not to come here. They have buggies but they either take forever to come or don’t turn up at all.
Hundreds of staff but most of them don’t really know what’s happening or at least don’t have answers. Sometimes it looked like more staff than guests.
The food was pretty average, lots of variety though. Generally not very hot. Drinks were great once you actually got service. You have so many staff on and you make us line up and wait forever for drinks. Maybe it would be worth looking into servers.
The rooms were great, the view was unbelievable.
If you want a sun bed, forget about it. I was absolutely shocked and angry. Our room was overlooking the pool. I saw people running down at 6am to put their beach towels on a sun bed. We went for a walk and had breakfast, they still had not returned to their sun bed. they would disappear for hours. It’s rude and selfish, the hotel should take some action to stop this from happening.
Would I stay here again. Nope

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious (penthouse room). The food was delicious and the cocktails amazing. The gym was fabulous, what a view to work out to. Staff were attentive too.
A couple of small things which could be improved. Pool towels only available from the pool at the bottom of the hill and these frequently ran out. Some need to be available from reception to assist guests using the pools further up the hill. We were a group of 9 which caused some problems with being seated for dinner and drinks. Once we flagged this up every effort was made to accommodate us. All in all a great holiday and I would definitely consider returning

This is a fantastic hotel however it’s not quite 5 star yet. There are still some fundamental issues with sunbeds being reserved all day & no one working by the pools to clear them, also housekeeping standards and drinks in paper cups being served. 5 star means exceptional, this place is great but not exceptional. I would expect pool service for a 5 star hotel these days & at the very least plastic glasses & not to be told by the bar man than he can’t fill up my reusable bottle with water as he doesn’t have enough bottles.
I make my bed better than mine there was being done & this really is where 5 star comes into play. Small details like this will let them down.
The staff uniforms are awful & nearly all of them were too big for the poor staff & needed ironing! Again, the small 5 star detail.
I feel that the the staff from the old hotel need some further training on exceptional standards. They will get there but not quite there yet.
Location is fantastic but do not stay here if you don’t like hill walking or any walking at all really.
Mosquitos in the rooms & told by reception to go & buy my own plug in, not great!!

This holiday was for my birthday and the staff provided a little surprise at dinner! Very friendly staff. Hotel room was clean and very quiet. Great amenities such as a razor, toothbrush, soap, dressing robe and slippers plus more. Buffet break, lunch and dinner was amazing every time. Great variety of food, always something to please everyone. Drinks were also amazing. No hidden costs at this hotel. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alkyna the staff were all super friendly. Rooms were very lovely with an incredible view, buffet and restaurant food were really good for an all inclusive really enjoyed that. Our only negatives were there was a flashing light in our room every night from the smoke detector and the bars were very understaffed we had to wait over an hour for a drink on the rooftop bar which was a bit annoying but the pool staff were unreal as were the beach staff.

We stayed a week at Alkyna as a group of six via Expedia. Overall, a mixed experience with definite highlights and a few disappointments.

Pros:
The à la carte restaurants (Lucata & NAFs) were fantastic—great food, wine guidance, and incredible sunset views. The decor is beautiful with high-quality furnishings and a calming aesthetic. Cocktails at Caduna & Boseto are top-notch. Swim-up rooms have stunning views, and sunsets are breathtaking. Lucata breakfast is relaxed with fresh omelets and delicious Greek yogurt. Quality alcohol brands are served. The sea is safe and fun—bring water shoes. Boardwalk across beach to great local simple cheap restaurants. Great natural vibe with lush plants.

Cons:
Sunbeds get reserved early; few options get morning sun. Swim-up patios get sun late, pools are too cold, and there's no heated pool. The buffet is small and food often cold. Resort lacks signage, a map, and has steep hills. Occasional sewage smell near Italian stairwell. Hot water inconsistent, bedroom lights flash from devices. Smoking allowed by pools and outdoor bars. Entertainment is minimal, and service can be inconsistent. Transfers into Corfu town now cost €18.

Tip:
Message the resort on Facebook before arrival for the app’s secret code. This lets you pre-check in and book à la carte restaurants—by far the best part of the resort.

Loved how the hotel is tucked into a hillside overlooking two pools as well as the ocean and beautiful cliffs and rocks. Gorgeous sunsets while you sit in the restaurant or outside with a drink. Live music entertains the crowd at the Mediterranean restaurant. Staff are polite and professional. Great variety of food at the buffet and excellent quality at both Mediterranean and Italian restaurants. Stroll through the adorable little village nearby and along the beach. Rent a car and explore more lovely areas of Corfu.

Hotel had reopened 2 days before our stay after extensive 18mth refurbishment. The hotel should have waited a couple of months before reopening to get it completely finished. Builders everywhere, heavy machinery everywhere, bars not open, new staff had no clue where anything was. Private beach not open yet.
Due to the ongoing situation hotel refunded our accommodation costs and gave us 4 compilmentary days for 2026.
Looking forward to returning in a year or so when it should be a lovely hotel with great views of the Ionain sea.

Facilities were nice, the staff were very helpful. Though there were one or two teething issues, those were to be expected for a facility of that size that only just opened. I believe volunteering to refund us the cost of the stay because of those minor issues is a mark of the excellence they are striving for. The quality of food was great too. I especially enjoyed the poolside restaurant and the variety they had.
I will visit again.

This was one of the best places Ive stayed. The views were so breathtaking and the rooms where stunning. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The all inclusive hotel there is no reason to leave the hotel. If you want a relaxing time away I’d highly recommend. Beach was small but beautiful to swim in. Town was quiet but has restaurants if you wanted to eat out. The buffet included in the hotel had so many great options each meal. Loved the food. Wish I knew before to book at the other restaurants on site however didn’t ruin my holiday. The lobby bar cocktails were properly the best out of all the bars. Service was amazing. They were low on staff overall the wait for drinks was a little longer than expected, so we ordered two any chance we got so we didn’t have to wait longer. But staff were extremely kind and helpful. As I said one of the best experiences and the views were beyond imaginable!!! We will be back!

När vi anlände till rummet fanns det myror där. Personalen tog bort det dag 1 men andra dagen var myrorna tillbaka. Vi tjatade på receptionen att de skulle fixa det eller låta oss byta rum och de lovade att fixa, men gjorde det inte. Vi fick inte byta rum, ingen kompensation, ingen uppföljning om vår trivsel. Dag 4 gav vi upp.

Vårt rum hade Swim-up-pool längst till vänster i korridoren. Det gjorde att vår del av poolen var där poolpersonalen gjorde sitt underhåll, alltså: oväntat besök på vår uteplats, inte uppskattat.

Vidare var rummet mindre än väntat och det fuktiga klimatet gjorde att sängkläderna lätt kändes fuktiga.

Det var svårt att veta hur det funkade med middagar och frukostar på andra restauranger. Det visade sig att man skulle boka i den medföljande appen men där fanns inte alla tider. Vi fick ta kontakt med personalen ändå.

De har en huvudrestaurang där man blir visad till ett bord men sen går man åndå och hämtar mat själv och sen får man beställa dryck vid bordet. Detta fick vi lista ut själva och senare berätta för andra par som var lika förvirrade över organisationen som vi var.
Maten var god och varierad.

Stranden var härlig och välfyllt. Man fick gå tidigt för en bra strandstol/plats.

Bra tillgänglighet med barer var man än befann sig.
