Jambo, I would like to extend my gratitude to the entire staff for being on point in every aspect of customer service. The ladies at the front desk, the night watch and the security staff for being very helpful, kind and always made me feel welcome. The location in Kilimani was strategically good and I will be happy to book again. Nielsen, Los Angeles.

My daughter and brother loved their stay at Fedha. The cleanliness, amenities and overall the stuff were so nice and helpful to them. The apartments are so spacious and worth every penny. They are private no noise and safe.

Nice family place to stay in Nairobi

Excellent place and quite for family. But, please consider putting a curtain in the kitchen area overlooking the patio/balcony. The privacy is compromised.

I felt very safe. My room was facing a number of bars/restaurants so it got really loud at late night. The service was great though, from security, check-in to check-out. I was bitten by a mosquito which I was able to kill and sucked a lot of blood off me - they need to address this to avoid guests getting sick from mosquito bites.

I only spent one night at Fedha Residences but I was pleasantly surprised. The check-in was quick and the staff is really friendly and accommodating. I stayed in the single room, and while it is very small, it works for a short stay. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. They also provide a kettle, tea bags and sugar, as well as a bottle of water. The compound is secure and is close to shops and restaurants.

Liked how we were welcomed. Were shown three difference room to choose one. That is where the good things ended.

The room was full of mosquitoes and had to go and get the to spray the room with mosquito spray. They did not want to give the spray to us because they told they only have one spray for the whole property. No extra blankets when requested. In all we did not have the good night sleep.

We do not think the residence is worth the money we paid; unfortunately.

Good price, but the rooms are too small. Management should offer breakfast even if it's a continental breakfast. Also, it would good to have some decent soap and shampoo and lotions as well.

Property is very spacious, great appearance, friendly staff.
I did not like them alerting me to my overbooking when I was checking in to the property, could have done so by email long before it was too late to get my refund.
Did not like them telling me at checkout that I could have had family or friends occupy the 2nd apartment.
I made a mistake in booking 2 apartments instead of one because of wording confusion, I thought Executive Room meant one room. It would have been nice if property had emailed to confirm booking details before I flew into the country

Floors were nice but a health hazard when wet, very slippery in the shower. Dining chairs are sagging and need to be replaced or reupholstered.

I had to find another apartment that was more appropriate which cost an extra $1200, money I did not have readily available.

I liked the location of the property, very central and also in a serene area. It is close to my Bank, Equity Diaspora Branch and Yaya Mall.
For the prize the twin room C4 is very tiny, no work desk or phone. It felt very tight. Basic amenities should be reviewed.The staff were accommodating. I requested them to fix the hot water and it was done promptly. There was a problem with the toilet sometimes as it appeared not flushed, there may be a plumbing issue. The bathroom door needs to be changed as it opens inside the room leaving no space to move freely. Perhaps a sliding door could fix the problem. Sometimes the towels looked warn.

The room was clean....the only issue I had was the water in the shower was not draining fast enough. Could use a larger bottle of water in the room. Also have electronic adapters for people from the USA to plug in electronics eg phone, computers.

Overpriced micro-room

It is not a room, but a closet. No desk. Just a bed with an attached 3/4 bath. The place is in a good location, but the micro-room was a bit much. I wish an earlier reviewer had mentioned that. The marketing on Hotels.com shows what appears to be a small room. In reality is a micro-room. There is a TV, but no one in the place could figure out how to get it to work. The wi-fi is pretty good. If you arrive late and just a place to sleep and shower for departure the next day, it is a bargain. Otherwise, skip it. You can get similar options for not much more per night.

Great place for a family of 4 or more...This is a full size 2 bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms. Very clean and spacious. For the price you can’t go wrong...They also arranged an airport shuttle for us too!

Facility is clean and close to shops and restaurants. Staff were great and if you are okay with a very small, single room, then this is the place for a short stay in Nairobi. I plan to make it my place to go for my short transit visits in Nairobi.

Great staff. Great hotel

I came with a late night flight and the front desk person at 3AM was very helpful. He showed me and explained the basics (Wi-Fi, TV, electric kettle etc.). I stayed in a single room that was very comfortable with a complementary tea/coffee, water, hot water shower etc. The Wi-Fi worked great. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice modern room in a very safe apartment complex, always felt very safe with increased security even for taxis coming to pick me up. This residences are in a very nice and walkable area in Nairobi.

Lovely place

The place is clean. Staff from the gate super friendly. This is super secure with entrance requiring codes. The few issues I had were addressed or fixed fast.

The Studio didn't have a computer table and relatively smaller but the two bedroom is a executive place with all amenities. The internet Wi-Fi is fast and reliable and the place is quiet for family.

Looking forward staying there in a near future

Fedha er topp!

Helt supert enda en gang på Fedha!! Alt klaffet,mosquitonett var satt opp og kjøleskapet var kaldt og fint da jeg kom. Internet funket fint og utvalget av tv kanaler var veldig bra. Den type leiligheter de har på Fedha kan ikke måle seg med noe annet jeg har funnet i Nairobi. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken, store luftige rom,gode senger og rent og pent.

建物入口にはガードマンがいて受付も24時間で安全。近くにショッピングセンターyayaがあって便利。部屋には電気ポット付属、水・コーヒー・紅茶無料。洗濯も出来た。皆良い人だった。

don't stay here

mosquitos a lot . becasue there no mosquitoes net at window and do not close window after make up room.
when you check in , please check properly with enough detail by everyday . if you do not that one , you need pay a lot for missed stuff and staff will ask you pay missed things so everynight you need check up inventory otherwise you need pay . even if made take small thing , you still need pay. when you stay here , don't trust anyone.

Ruim en modern appartement op goede locatie

Modern, ruim en licht appartement. Het complex heeft een goede locatie in een veilige buurt, vlakbij shopping mall, supermarkt en diverse restaurants. Handig: gratis parkeren naast het gebouw. WiFi is voldoende snel.
Alles is aanwezig voor een langer verblijf (zoals een wasmachine en een ruime, behoorlijk uitgeruste keuken). Het personeel is vriendelijk en attent.

Veldig fornøyd enda en gang! Bare synd nabohuset har en vannpumpe som går hele tiden.. lyden kan virke litt forstyrrende på soverommene så det er nok best med rom I A blokken, men man venner seg til det etterhvert. Rommene er store og romslige! Koselig å bli møtt av et brev med navnet mitt på som ønsket meg velkommen tilbake!
