The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you.

Loved the hot tub. Everything was great except we couldn't get all of the televisions to work, but no big deal. It was very comfy and clean. They had everything we could have needed! Would recommend!

I had a terrible experience with the staff here. The place itself is what you pay for, old and out dated. But, it’s a place to sleep. The staff on the other hand appeared to be offended with my questions and confusion regarding their virtual check in. After 45 minutes of failed attempts I was instructed to grab a master key from a binder that contained every key on the property. I’ve never been treated so rudely after asking such basic and common questions. I’m embarrassed for whoever hired their customer service reps and will never recommend this property. I can overlook the almost impossible, and horror movie-esc check in process but the way I was spoken to over the phone is simply unacceptable.

We liked the accessibility to the venue that we were attending. Loved the privacy, and all the amenities available at the condo. Check in was good, but maybe appreciate a person at the desk in the daytime a bit more, however \"whoever\" was checking us in was very good, and did appreciate it being available for 24 hours. In my condo, I would liked to have had a hanging space for clothes. Overall cleanliness was pretty good, but carpets going to upstairs condo really need a cleaning. Overall,really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay in Tahoe. Quiet, clean, and cool cabin/ condo style place. Not sure if it was supposed to work, but the fireplace switch didn’t turn anything on. Also the control for the AC didn’t work, luckily the weather was mild. The description advertised incline beach being walking distance (11 min but it was actually more like 30 min) and it’s a private beach with no access. They should probably remove that as a perk of the place. There are public beaches close by, just not in incline village.

Location to Shakespeare Festival, shopping and restaurants was very convenient. Plenty of parking and cozy beds. Located very close to incline beach which is private to locals and most rental property guests. However this property did not share their passes with the guests. Luckily we had family in the area who shared with us access to the beach and its activities. We rented space a villa that was poorly advertised on Expedia for clarity of what was actually availble for what the villa (townhouse) had to offer. Good to be aware if you plan to rent the villa that sleeps 8 it is two separate apartments with locking doors. Keys did not always work! Downstairs apartment does not have stove. Large stains on downstairs rug. Communal hot tub is the size of a small shallow kitty pool while the communal BBQ area has a picnic table not large glass table with 10 cushy seats for guests. Upstairs did have hot tub in room even though after I called was told we wont have in our room and there was nothing we can do about it. Which brings bringing me to one of the wierdest check ins I have experienced. When you walk into the check in hut there is a large TV screen behind a desk. Desk has a printer, phone and key making machine. When you walk in no one will greet you! You stand around for a bit wondering what you walked into. The phone will ring then a very unpleasantly rude woman will appear on screen, wave her arms to get your attention then motion to pick up the phone.

Generally great. Only two issues we had were that parking our vehicle was a challenge due to the skinny lot. If you have a larger vehicle you may struggle a bit parking. We also had an issue where housekeeping thought we were checking out a day earlier and woke us up knocking. Was resolved quickly but unfortunate.

2-bedroom is not functional for a young family

As a one-bedroom, we were happy with this condo. The living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were as expected and in-line with the pictures. If looking for a one-bedroom, I'd be happy to stay here again.

However, we booked this location specifically because it said there was a 2-bedroom option. What we learned upon arrival is that this was not a 2-bedroom unit. Instead, we were given access to two individual one-bedroom condos, part of the same duplex. This could be a fantastic value for two different groups of adults. Unfortunately, we booked the 2-bedroom as we have 2 small children

Almost great.

Great location. But, almost no hot water! So almost cold showers , not great in February!
The refrigerator makes loud annoying noises all night. Check in staff didn’t make our keys work for two nights, so I had to go get new keys in the middle of my stay. Bathrooms need updating.

I went to this property and the room was like an ice box, because the wall heater wasn’t working. I had to call the property they claimed they don’t do refunds (only hotels.com) so Hotels.con rep called for me. Blatant lie because then she had to ask the manager to refund ?? Even the hotels.com rep was shocked by the lack of care. Don’t sell a room with a broken heater! I was also almost late for a dinner dealing with all this.

I asked for a refund days ago and nothing! I didn’t stay here and had to get another room somewhere else and they refuse to refund my money. Horrible business practice especially in a small town lncline Village.

solid option for sleeping if you need a family type accommodation, plenty of room, proper amenities in working order, non luxurious appliances and finishes, would. not spend a week long vacation here but it is acceptable for a short crash

Beautiful property needs professional management.

This is a beautiful property in a great location- that is in serious need of professional management.
The internet did not work - it would pop in once in a while, but was mostly useless.
The TV did not work - it was not connected to anything but a DVD player.
There was a nice-looking gas fireplace- but it did not work.
There was a nice balcony and the weather was great - but not so much as a chair to sit on it.

This property advertised that it was waterfront. In fact it was at least 25 minutes walk to the water and most of the beaches nearby were private, and we couldn’t access them. The hot tub was in cold and dirty. Also, there was supposed to be a pool, however we did not find one. Accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the location was near a lot of shopping and dining.

No support from property management. WiFi doesn’t work. Smoke detector kept going off needing a new battery. Maintenance came in, looked at it and left and never came back to fix it. Fireplace didn’t work either

Everything was great except the sleeping arrangements. Queen bed needs updating and the pull out couch should be completely replaced. My kids could barely sleep on it which caused us to be up most of the night. Check in via video was fast and easy. Location was great as well.

Villa in North Lake Tahoe

The property was great and exactly like pictures presented! The issue we had was on the property management end. According to the listing, and a personal call to reservations before booking, I was told we had full use of the whole villa. When we checked in, the reservation clerk told me we only had half the villa. I explained that was not what I booked and he finally gave us full use, but informed me I needed to contact HomeAway in the morning. I did, they were awesome and said I was correct and the property manager could contact them to handle any issues. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and just wish we could’ve stayed longer! We would definitely book again!

We loved the layout of this unit. We found the two floors, each with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and family room to be the perfect fit for our large family! The only complaint I had is that the mattress on the fold out sofa is terrible. The springs were almost popping through the material. We could not use these beds, which was a bummer! Upgrade these mattresses and the place would be perfect!

They didnt have our reservation when we arrived, they did give an up grade. The place it self had no air conditioning was very uncomfortable, the tv remotes would not work. The tv had narrator/captions we couldnt get off. I called the front desk he put on hold and forgot about me, i called back and they never could figure it out. Very noisy, cars drive way too fast up and down the driveway.

No documentation/information regarding beach passes. No jacuzzi in room, felt like a bait and switch, no AC, baseboard heater was constantly on, could not turn it off.

Was a good deal for a Labor Day stay, you get what you pay for.

Room blazing hot

The property says they remodeled inside which they did, but the outside seriously needs a coat of paint. There was no air conditioning and the upstairs apartment was beastly hot. The ceiling fan had a wiring problem that did not allow us to run the fan and turn the light off at the same time, so we couldn't run the fan to sleep. Our key cards malfunctioned twice, so we had to keep going back and getting new ones.
The apartment was pretty cute inside but the remodel was cheap.
